The composition is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: deionized water, adsorbent, emulsifier, pH regulator, halogenated hydantoin, antiseptic, aromatic, and Moringa seed oil. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: can purify the odor and sewage generated by various wastes in a complex environment, and improve and reduce the generation of bacteria and odor. And the raw materials and the preparation are relatively simple, the price is low, the production process is simple, and the preparation cost of the product is low.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of deodorizers, and particularly relates to a deodorizer for garbage and sewage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The garbage is a main substance generated in daily life of urban residents, is also a main source of organic phases in the urban household garbage, is easy to decay, has high water content and high organic matters, can generate a large amount of strong-stimulation malodorous gases in the processes of collection, transportation and disposal, and has direct or indirect influence on the surrounding environment and human health.
Most of deodorants on the market at present are used for deodorizing kitchen waste, but in the actual environment, various types of waste are mixed together, so that more odor is generated, various germs are bred, and therefore a deodorant capable of deodorizing and sterilizing is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a deodorant for garbage and sewage and a preparation method thereof, which aim to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a deodorant for garbage and sewage is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 90 percent of deionized water, 3 to 25 percent of adsorbent, 0.5 to 18 percent of emulsifier, 0.07 to 10 percent of pH regulator, 0.5 to 10 percent of dissolution stabilizer, 10 to 25 percent of halogenated hydantoin, 2 to 15 percent of moringa seed oil, 0.01 to 2 percent of preservative and 0.01 to 1 percent of aromatic.
Preferably, the adsorbent is in particular one or a combination of more of the following categories: ferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, aluminum chlorohydrate, magnesium sulfate, magnesium stearate, zinc chloride, zinc stearate, aluminum chloride, zinc benzenesulfonate, magnesium chloride, ferric chloride, zinc sulfate, ferrous chloride, and ferric potassium oxalate.
Preferably, the emulsifier is in particular one or a combination of more of the following classes: sorbitan stearate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan cocoate, sorbitan olivate, sorbitan caprylate, sorbitan laurate and sorbitan palmitate.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent is specifically one or a combination of more of the following categories: hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, lactic acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium lactate, sodium oxalate, and sodium citrate.
Preferably, the preservative is in particular one or a combination of more substances from the following classes: methyl paraben, ethyl paraben, propyl paraben, butyl paraben, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, benzisothiazolinone, potassium sorbate, sodium sorbate, phenoxyethanol.
Preferably, the fragrance is a combination of one or more of the following categories: rose essence, magnolia essence, orange flower essence, gardenia essence, lavender essence, ylang-ylang essence, green apple essence, orange essence, lemon essence, mint essence, almond essence, citronellal, citral, cinnamaldehyde, walnut essence and vanilla essence.
A preparation method of a deodorant for garbage and sewage is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: uniformly mixing the emulsifier and the moringa seed oil, and controlling the process temperature to be 40-80 ℃;
step 2: adding 1-bromo 3-chloro-5, 5-dimethylhydantoin and a dissolution stabilizer into deionized water, stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, and simultaneously adjusting the pH of the materials to 7.5 by using a pH regulator;
and step 3: adding the mixture prepared in the step 1 into the liquid prepared in the step 2, heating and stirring the mixture to 70-80 ℃;
and 4, step 4: adding adsorbent, antiseptic and aromatic, mixing, stirring, adjusting pH to 7.0-7.5 with pH regulator, and stirring.
Detailed Description
The deodorizing and sterilizing effects of the deodorizer of the present invention will be described with reference to the following tests.
The first embodiment:
the experimental results in a certain medium-sized garbage disposal station are as follows:
according to the garbage and sewage deodorant garbage disposal station test, the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide reaches 95.7%, the removal rate of ammonia reaches 92.5%, and the destruction rate of bacteria reaches 96%.
Second embodiment:
the experimental results at a certain large garbage disposal station are as follows:
according to the garbage and sewage deodorant garbage disposal station test, the removal rate of hydrogen sulfide reaches 96.93%, the removal rate of ammonia reaches 94.95%, and the destruction rate of bacteria reaches 89.55%.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments.
