A preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for delaying cell and blood vessel aging comprises the following steps: s1: mixing, cleaning and drying various components; s2: drying and crushing the components, and sieving the crushed components with a 120-mesh sieve; s3: sterilizing, and making into tablet with weight of 0.5 g.

Test of
Acute oral toxicity test of mice
The experimental scheme is as follows: selecting healthy and mature ICR mice with the weight of 20-25g, and 10 male and female mice respectively; after the mice were fasted for 12 hours without water deprivation, the mice were gavaged for 3 times at 20g/kgBW within 1 day, and 1 time every 8 hours.
