Description

Oral care composition with anti-sensitivity, gum repairing and antibacterial effects
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral care products, in particular to an oral care composition with anti-sensitivity, gingival repair and antibacterial effects.
Background
The oral cavity is a warm and moist irregular cavity which is directly communicated with the outside, and the temperature, the humidity and the food residues of the oral cavity are suitable for the growth and the propagation of microorganisms, so that the oral cavity is unsanitary, and even oral diseases such as oral local inflammation, ulcer and the like occur. Oral care is realized by selecting proper oral care products by adopting a certain method so as to achieve the purposes of cleaning the oral cavity, removing bacterial plaque, preventing and treating oral inflammation and the like.
The normal saline is the traditional nursing liquid in oral cavity nursing, has proved the function of cleaning oral cavity, has no peculiar smell, and has low price, easy acceptance by patients and wider clinical application, but the normal saline has no bactericidal function. At present, the oral care products have a wide variety of application ranges, and as for the components, the oral care products comprise antibiotics, surfactants, traditional Chinese medicines, minority herbs and the like. The western medicine oral care product is a chlorhexidine solution which has the widest application range at present, and chlorhexidine has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, can effectively remove dental plaque for 12 hours, and has strong affinity to oral mucosa and tooth surfaces. The traditional Chinese medicine oral care products mainly prevent oral infection, prevent and treat halitosis, prevent oral complications such as oral ulcer, parotitis and the like, such as honeysuckle flower dried herbal water, astragalus membranaceus water, isatis root liquid, honeysuckle flower mouthwash, radix zanthoxyli mouthwash and the like, and have certain effects of keeping the oral cavity clean and preventing oral infection.
The main effects of the currently marketed oral care products are: cleaning, inhibiting bacteria, resisting halitosis, preventing dental caries, and resisting sensitivity. The oral care evaluation indexes include antibacterial property, oral cleanliness, oral pH value, oral odor, oral care complications and the like. The comfort degree evaluation of the patient is carried out according to the individual subjective judgment of the patient, if the patient has dry and sore throat, fresh oral cavity, mouth feel and the like, the comfort degree is divided into comfortable, comfortable and uncomfortable degrees, and the satisfaction degree of oral care is also taken as an evaluation index. In addition, the average thickness of the dental plaque biofilm, the dental plaque index of the teeth, and the like can also be used as evaluation indexes. Although the oral care products sold on the market have the effects of cleaning, whitening, breath freshening, anti-inflammation, gingival bleeding prevention and the like, most of the products have the problems of short onset time, insufficient functional components, unreasonable formula, complex preparation process and the like, and some of the products can even damage enamel and tooth surface, stimulate oral mucosa and are not beneficial to oral health after long-term use.

Hesperidin (glycoside) is a flavonoid substance, has a dihydroflavodoxin structure, and is weakly acidic. The pure product is white needle crystal, and is the main component of vitamin P. Hesperidin has various biological characteristics, and modern researches find that: hesperidin has effects of resisting oxidation and cancer, preventing mildew and allergy, lowering blood pressure, inhibiting oral cancer and esophageal cancer, maintaining osmotic pressure, enhancing capillary toughness, and reducing cholesterol. Relevant studies have shown that: the hesperidin has broad-spectrum bacteriostatic action on common food-polluting bacteria, and has obvious inhibitory action on bacillus subtilis, salmonella typhimurium, shigella flexneri, streptococcus hemolyticus, vibrio cholerae and the like. In addition, hesperidin can be used in oral hygiene products for inhibiting dental plaque formation and simultaneously reducing halitosis. The chemical structure of hesperidin is as follows:
the magnolol is derived from wood
Figure BDA0002843968840000031
An active substance extracted from dried dry bark, branch bark and root bark of Magnolia officinalis of Orchidaceae (Magnolia officinalis) has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antitumor, endomycin resisting, muscle relaxing, and acute inflammatory pain relieving effects. In the aspect of antibacterial action, magnolol has obvious antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacteria, acid-resistant bacteria and filamentous fungi, has more obvious antibacterial action on streptococcus mutans, and has the strongest inhibition effect on staphylococcus. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is mainly used for eliminating chest and abdomen fullness and stuffiness, calming central nerves, relaxing muscles of athletes, resisting fungi, resisting ulcers and the like in clinic. Magnolol has strong anti-dental caries effect, and is mainly effective on Streptococcus mutans in oral cavity. The chemical structure of magnolol is as follows:

perlite is a volcano-ejected acidic vitreous lava, which is rapidly cooled to form a vitreous rock, which is named because it has a pearl fracture structure. The expanded perlite is a non-toxic, tasteless, non-inflammable, non-corrosive, acid-base resistant, heat insulating, sound insulating and heat insulating product with honeycomb structure inside, and is a white or light-colored high-quality heat insulating material prepared by crushing acid volcano vitreous lava (perlite), sieving to a certain particle size, preheating, and sintering at 14000 ℃ for a long time. The expanded perlite used as the grinding agent can effectively remove tartar and dental plaque without damaging enamel, and has the effects of whitening and brightening teeth.
Strontium is an important microelement essential to human body, is important for human body, just like steel bar cement for building human body, and is an important component of human skeleton and tooth. Lack of strontium easily causes fracture difficult healing, white hair, dental caries and senile osteoporosis. Strontium also participates in blood circulation, and can improve absorption and metabolism of sodium salt in vivo, and prevent hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. Strontium salts (e.g., strontium lactate) are often used in oral care compositions to provide anti-sensitivity to teeth because they can occlude dentinal tubules and prevent fluid flow in the tubules.
After the calcium silicate biomaterial is subjected to self-curing reaction, hydroxyapatite precipitate is generated on the surface of the material and permeates into the dentin tubules to form chemical bonding with dentin, so that the calcium silicate biomaterial has better root canal sealing performance. The calcium silicate has good biocompatibility and also has strong anti-inflammatory capability. The calcium silicate biomaterial has low solubility and long calcium ion continuous release time, can enhance the alkalization effect of the surrounding environment and can induce the formation of apatite precipitates.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the oral care composition prepared by the invention has obvious inhibition effect on common pathogenic bacteria of teeth, namely porphyromonas gingivalis, staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus mutans, pseudomonas aeruginosa and candida albicans. When the active ingredients hesperidin and magnolol are used in a specific ratio (2:1) in a matching way, a synergistic effect can be generated in the aspect of inhibiting the growth of tooth pathogenic bacteria, and the antibacterial efficiency can be obviously improved by using the hesperidin and magnolol in a matching way. The tooth pathogenic bacteria play an important role in the occurrence and development of dental caries, gingivitis and periodontitis, so that the oral care composition disclosed by the invention can play a good treatment effect in the aspects of gingival repair, bacteriostasis and inflammation diminishing. (2) The oral care composition prepared by the invention can effectively improve the accumulation of crystal substances in the dentinal tubules, reduce the area of the dentinal tubules, further reduce or avoid the liquid flow in the dentinal tubules, and further reduce the tooth sensitivity. When the anti-sensitivity components potassium oxalate, strontium lactate and calcium silicate are matched and used in a specific ratio (1:1:4), the area of dentinal tubules can be obviously reduced, namely, a synergistic effect can be generated in the aspect of reducing the sensitivity of teeth.
