Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a kit for visually and rapidly detecting the content of ethanol in a disinfectant and a detection method, and belongs to the technical field of chemical rapid detection.
Background
2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), due to its extremely strong infectivity, causes epidemic outbreaks and rapid epidemics in China and other countries. 2019-nCoV is a single-stranded positive-strand RNA virus of the genus Beta, order Neuroviridae, family Coronaviridae. The virus is sensitive to ultraviolet rays and heat, and can be effectively killed by diethyl ether, 75% ethanol, chlorine-containing disinfectant, peracetic acid, chloroform and the like at the temperature of 56 ℃ for 30 min. Ultraviolet ray, chlorine-containing disinfectant and peracetic acid are suitable for disinfection of places and are not suitable for people. Chloroform is highly toxic and has little practical application. The 75% ethanol has low toxicity and is volatile, is suitable for local disinfection of common people and medical workers, and is widely used. However, if the alcohol content in the disinfectant is too low, 2019-nCoV is killed, so that the quality of the 75% alcohol disinfectant sold in the market is necessary to be effectively regulated. According to the specification of the disinfectant (2002 edition), methods for detecting the ethanol content in the disinfectant comprise gas chromatography and a hydrometer method. The gas chromatography detection is accurate, but needs large instruments and professional personnel to operate, and the whole process has long detection period and high cost. Hydrometric methods can only detect solutions containing only ethanol and water, and cannot be used if the disinfectant contains other components. In order to strengthen the supervision of the related departments on the quality of the 75 percent ethanol disinfectant, the method which is simple to operate, low in cost and rapid to visualize on site is established, and has practical significance.
