Abstract

本发明公开一种电磁阀的驱动装置,导磁板设有向内凹的下凸台,动铁芯设有向内凹的上凸台,导磁板的下凸台放在动铁芯上凸台的上方,导磁板和动铁芯的凹槽与外套的塑封电磁线圈构成环形空间或异形空间,所述环形空间或异形空间中放置一磁块,且磁块的上端与导磁板的下端面相吸合,动铁芯上凸台的顶面与导磁板下凸台的底面接触配合为永磁锁吸合主接触面,动铁芯上凸台两侧的下端面与环形磁块的下端面间隙配合为永磁锁吸合次接触面,调整吸合次接触面之间的间隙距离调整磁锁力的大小,动铁芯沿着塑封电磁线圈的轴心线上下位移。本发明的优点是永磁锁有两个主次吸合端面,永磁锁的利用率高,产生的永磁力为现有单面吸合的1.5~2倍。

电磁阀的驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁阀领域,特别涉及一种电磁阀的驱动装置。
背景技术
现有文献CN101737547B公开了一种电磁阀的驱动装置,如图1a和图1b所示,该装置包含了手柄11,小轴套12,小轴13,导磁板14,环形磁体15,线圈16,导向套17,导磁体外壳18和芯轴19;永磁锁产生的磁场力的有效吸合面积为环形磁体15中空部分中的导磁板14与芯轴19的接触面积,线圈16解锁时产生的磁场有效面积为环形磁体15的中空部分的面积,故环形磁体15和线圈16产生的磁场的利用率不高。这是本申请需在着重改善的地方。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种磁锁力更强的电磁阀的驱动装置。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本发明提供了一种电磁阀的驱动装置,导磁板设有向内凹的下凸台,动铁芯设有向内凹的上凸台,导磁板的下凸台放在动铁芯上凸台的上方,导磁板和动铁芯的凹槽与外套的塑封电磁线圈构成环形空间或异形空间,所述环形空间或异形空间中放置一磁块,且磁块的上端与导磁板的下端面相吸合,动铁芯上凸台的顶面与导磁板下凸台的底面接触配合为永磁锁吸合主接触面,动铁芯上凸台两侧的下端面与环形磁块的下端面间隙配合为永磁锁吸合次接触面,调整吸合次接触面之间的间隙距离调整磁锁力的大小,动铁芯沿着塑封电磁线圈的轴心线上下位移。
所述动铁芯一端与隔磁密封件相连接,另一端与穿过导磁板中心孔的小轴连接,小轴另一端与关阀按钮连接,开阀手柄套接在小轴上。
所述塑封电磁线圈外套有导磁体外壳。所述塑封电磁线圈为整体塑封成型,有产生电磁场和导向动铁芯的作用。所述塑封电磁线圈与导磁体外壳是分体组合结构;或者,塑封电磁线圈与导磁体外壳塑封为一体式结构。
本发明的优越功效在于:
1) 本发明永磁锁有两个主次吸合端面,永磁锁的利用率高,产生的永磁力为现有单面吸合的1.5~2倍;
2) 本发明永磁锁产生的磁场力的大小通过调整次接触面之间的间隙距离来调整,适用于不同公称尺寸的阀门,应用面广;
3) 本发明电磁线圈产生的电磁场被充分有效利用,是现有只利用环形磁体的中空部分面积的1.2~2倍;
4) 本发明结构对称简单、装配容易、一致性好、成本低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
图2a和图2b示出了本发明实施例一的结构示意图。如图2a和图2b所示,本发明提供了一种电磁阀的驱动装置,导磁板设有向内凹的下凸台242,环形磁块25套接在导磁板下凸台242的外围,且环形磁块25的上端与导磁板24的下端面241相吸合,环形磁块25外套有塑封电磁线圈26,塑封电磁线圈26外套有导磁体外壳28,在塑封电磁线圈26内装有动铁芯27,动铁芯27设有向内凹的上凸台271,导磁板的下凸台242放在动铁芯上凸台271的上方,且上下凸台结构配合。导磁板24和动铁芯27的凹槽与外套的塑封电磁线圈26构成环形空间,环形磁块25放置在该环形空间中,动铁芯27一端与隔磁密封件29相连接,另一端与穿过导磁板24中心孔的小轴23连接,小轴23另一端与关阀按钮21连接,开阀手柄22套接在小轴23上,动铁芯25沿着塑封电磁线圈26轴心线上下位移。本实施例中,动铁芯上凸台271的顶面与导磁板下凸台242的底面接触配合为永磁锁吸合主接触面,动铁芯27上凸台两侧的下端面272与环形磁块25的下端面间隙配合为永磁锁吸合次接触面,本实施例有两个吸合面,提高了永磁锁的利用率,产生的永磁力提高了1.5~2倍。本实施例调整次接触面之间的间隙距离来调整磁锁力的大小。
图3a和图3b示出了本发明实施例二的结构示意图。如图3a和图3b所示,本发明提供了一种电磁阀的驱动装置,本实施例二的结构与实施例一的结构基本相同,不同之处仅在于,动铁芯37向内凹的上凸台371为锥形凸台,导磁板34和动铁芯37的凹槽与外套的塑封电磁线圈36构成锥形空间,锥形空间中放置锥形磁块35。本实施例二中,动铁芯上凸台371的顶面与导磁板下凸台342的底面接触配合为永磁锁吸合主接触面,动铁芯37上凸台两侧的下端面372与环形磁块35的下端面间隙配合为永磁锁吸合次接触面,本实施例有两个吸合面,提高了永磁锁的利用率,产生的永磁力提高了1.5~2倍。本实施例调整次接触面之间的间隙距离来调整磁锁力的大小。本实施例二中,塑封电磁线圈26与导磁体外壳28塑封为一体式结构,环形磁块25外套有塑封一体式的塑封电磁线圈和导磁体外壳。

Claims (4)

1.一种电磁阀的驱动装置,其特征在于:导磁板设有向内凹的下凸台,动铁芯设有向内凹的上凸台,导磁板的下凸台放在动铁芯上凸台的上方,导磁板和动铁芯的凹槽与外套的塑封电磁线圈构成环形空间或异形空间,所述环形空间或异形空间中放置一磁块,且磁块的上端与导磁板的下端面相吸合,动铁芯上凸台的顶面与导磁板下凸台的底面接触配合为永磁锁吸合主接触面,动铁芯上凸台两侧的下端面与环形磁块的下端面间隙配合为永磁锁吸合次接触面,调整吸合次接触面之间的间隙距离调整磁锁力的大小,动铁芯沿着塑封电磁线圈的轴心线上下位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述动铁芯一端与隔磁密封件相连接,另一端与穿过导磁板中心孔的小轴连接,小轴另一端与关阀按钮连接,开阀手柄套接在小轴上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁阀的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述塑封电磁线圈外套有导磁体外壳。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电磁阀的驱动装置,其特征在于:所述塑封电磁线圈与导磁体外壳为分体组合结构,或塑封为一体式结构。
