本发明公开了一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺,该生产出的产品通过添加的抗菌工艺,提高抗菌性,并能很好的阻止细菌的侵入,使人们身体能够得到更好的保障,其次,通过环保材料布料以及一次性烫金纸组合的加工工艺使,使产品更为健康,更为环保,带来更好的使用前景。

本发明涉及环保型仿真皮织物面料技术领域,特别涉及一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
环保型仿真皮织物面料所合成的面料较单一,不具有抗菌抗紫外线功能。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤;
(1)、湿法制备的成分重量配比
a、二甲基甲酰胺的重量配比10-17份、色浆的重量配比5-10份、改性膨润土重量10-15、木质纤维素25-35;
b、先将二甲基甲酰胺与色浆进行混合搅拌30分钟,然后经过加工后导出的溶液无明显的杂质即可;
c、改性膨润土、木质纤维素与混合后的溶液进行搅拌30分钟,然后经过加工后导出的溶液无明显的杂质即可;
2、皮革合成
d、通过设备(滚涂机)将上述湿法制备成的溶液均涂有消光剂,然后再通过100-120度进行烘干,然后再进行冷却,形成得环保型仿真皮革;
(2)纺织面料的加工工艺
1、布料编织:布料通过腈纶经纱与涤纶纬纱机织形成;
2、布料抗菌抗紫外线工艺:然后将布料分别放置抗菌液内进行浸泡,然后烘干30分钟所得,再放置抗紫外线整理液浸泡,然后烘干30分钟所得;
3、布料浸轧:当布料进过抗菌与抗紫外线处理后,进行第一次进轧,浸轧时间为30分钟;
4、布料成品:当浸轧后的布料再通过120-150度进行烘干,然后再经过200-250度烘烤2分钟所得。
优选的,抗紫外线整理液的重量配比:机染料的重量为2-8份,抗紫外线添加剂的重量10-15份,然后进行混合搅拌,将搅拌后的整理液与布料进行浸泡30分钟所得。
优选的,抗菌整理液的重量份组成:千里光提取物8-15份、茯苓提取物12-15份、水300-400份、粘合剂2-10份、抗菌剂8-13份,然后将其全部倒入水中进行搅拌,再将混合和的溶液进行提取并加热80-100度,然后再将面料放置提取液内进行浸泡30分钟,所得。

实施例1
1.一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤;
(1)、湿法制备的成分重量配比
a、二甲基甲酰胺的重量配比10-17份、色浆的重量配比5-10份、改性膨润土重量10-15、木质纤维素25-35;
b、先将二甲基甲酰胺与色浆进行混合搅拌30分钟,然后经过加工后导出的溶液无明显的杂质即可;
c、改性膨润土、木质纤维素与混合后的溶液进行搅拌30分钟,然后经过加工后导出的溶液无明显的杂质即可;
2、皮革合成
d、通过设备(滚涂机)将上述湿法制备成的溶液均涂有消光剂,然后再通过100-120度进行烘干,然后再进行冷却,形成得环保型仿真皮革;
(2)纺织面料的加工工艺
1、布料编织:布料通过腈纶经纱与涤纶纬纱机织形成;
2、布料抗菌抗紫外线工艺:然后将布料分别放置抗菌液内进行浸泡,然后烘干40分钟所得,再放置抗紫外线整理液浸泡,然后烘干40分钟所得;
3、布料浸轧:当布料进过抗菌与抗紫外线处理后,进行第一次进轧,浸轧时间为30分钟;
4、布料成品:当浸轧后的布料再通过120-150度进行烘干,然后再经过200-250度烘烤2分钟所得。
进一步的,抗紫外线整理液的重量配比:机染料的重量为3-6份,抗紫外线添加剂的重量12-15份,然后进行混合搅拌,将搅拌后的整理液与布料进行浸泡40分钟所得。
进一步的,抗菌整理液的重量份组成:千里光提取物8-15份、茯苓提取物13-14份、水330-370份、粘合剂3-8份、抗菌剂10-11份,然后将其全部倒入水中进行搅拌,再将混合和的溶液进行提取并加热80-100度,然后再将面料放置提取液内进行浸泡40分钟,所得。
进一步的,然后将合成的环保型皮革与织物面料进行涂抹,使其合成环保型仿真皮织物面料。
该一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺,通过该实施例反复实验认证,比现有的环保型仿真皮织物面料产品质量更好,还具有抗菌抗紫外线功能。

(2)纺织面料的加工工艺

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型仿真皮织物面料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:抗菌整理液的重量份组成:千里光提取物8-15份、茯苓提取物12-15份、水300-400份、粘合剂2-10份、抗菌剂8-13份,然后将其全部倒入水中进行搅拌,再将混合和的溶液进行提取并加热80-100度,然后再将面料放置提取液内进行浸泡30分钟,所得。
