In order to better illustrate the device and method of the present invention, the following description will take suspension type monorail three month inspection, wheel changing operation and key overhaul/comprehensive overhaul operation as examples.
When the vehicle performs the three-month inspection operation, the vehicle runs on the operation platform to start the operation. The lifting device 5 goes deep into the bogie, the bogie and the car body are lifted together for 3-5 mm, and at the moment, the wheels are separated from the track beam. The movable platform 3 moves to both sides of the track, exposing the roof equipment, a central suspension system between the bogie and the car body, a secondary suspension device, and the like. The operator ties a safety rope on the fixed platform 2 and connects the other end to the bracket structure 1, the equipment of the vehicle roof is carefully checked, after the checking is finished, the operator leaves the vehicle roof, the movable platform 3 moves to the middle to restore the original state, and the lifting device drops the bogie and the vehicle body.
When the vehicle performs wheel changing operation, the operation flow of the movable maintenance operation platform is basically consistent with that of March inspection, and the maintenance content is adjusted to be changed into wheel pairs.
When the vehicle performs the major overhaul/comprehensive overhaul operation, the vehicle is towed to the operation platform to start the operation. The lifting device 5 goes deep into the bogie, the bogie and the car body are lifted together for 3-5 mm, and at the moment, the wheels are separated from the track beam. The movable platform 3 moves to both sides of the track, exposing the roof equipment, a central suspension system between the bogie and the car body, a secondary suspension device, and the like. The suspended monorail overhauling operation is concentrated on the roof, in order to ensure the safety of operators, safety padlock is preferably arranged, the operators tie safety ropes on the fixed platform 2 and connect the other end of the safety ropes to the support structure 1, and the workshop connecting device and the coupler are separated to complete the unlocking of the vehicle. Two transfer trolleys 6 are arranged under a single-section vehicle, and the transfer trolleys 6 are lifted upwards to lift the vehicle body. At this time, the overhauling operator first installs and removes roof equipment on the roof, including air conditioning equipment, traction substation equipment, electric pipeline and gas pipeline etc., removes the equipment that will tear down to fixed platform 2 through the crane 4 and puts, disassembles connecting device between bogie and the automobile body again for after bogie and the automobile body separation, the operator goes to on the fixed platform 2. At this time, the transfer trolley 6 moves to move the vehicle body into the vehicle body overhaul storage for overhaul. After the bogie is lifted by the crane 4, the lifting arms of the lifting device 5 are moved away, the bogie is slowly put down on the transfer trolley 6 below, and the transfer trolley 6 moves the bogie to the bogie warehouse for disassembly and maintenance. The other parts are moved from the fixed platform 2 to the transfer trolley 6 by the same method and are respectively transferred to the part classification maintenance areas for maintenance. And the operation flow of the movable maintenance operation platform of the assembly work is reversed.
The operation method of the movable maintenance operation platform of the suspended monorail train is matched with the operations of disassembly, assembly, transportation, hoisting and the like in the maintenance process flow, has high precision, can improve the overall maintenance efficiency, ensures the maintenance safety of operators, can meet the requirements of three-month maintenance, wheel replacement maintenance, key maintenance and comprehensive maintenance, and has strong applicability.

Claims (9)

1. The movable maintenance work platform of the suspended monorail train is characterized by comprising a bracket structure (1), a fixed platform (2), a movable platform (3) and a lifting device (5), wherein the fixed platform (2), the movable platform (3) and the lifting device (5) are arranged on the bracket structure (1);
the support structure (1) comprises a plurality of horizontal supports and vertical supports, two fixed platforms (2) are arranged on the inner sides of the vertical supports, moving platforms (3) are correspondingly arranged on the fixed platforms (2) respectively, the tops of the moving platforms (3) can slide transversely along the support structure (1) so as to expose roof equipment, and track beams corresponding to a positive line track are arranged on the top surfaces of the moving platforms (3); the mobile platform (3) comprises a bottom plate, connecting rods and sliding blocks, and the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the sliding blocks through a plurality of connecting rods;
the support structure (1) is also symmetrically provided with a middle horizontal support so as to transversely fix the lifting device (5), the lifting device (5) can longitudinally slide along the middle horizontal support, and the lifting device (5) is transversely provided with corresponding telescopic and lifting units so as to lift the bogie and the vehicle together to be separated from the track beam;
the lifting device (5) comprises a sliding rod (501), two fixing units (502) are arranged at the bottom of the sliding rod (501), the top of the sliding rod is fixed with the sliding rod (501), and a telescopic lifting unit (503) is transversely fixed in the middle of the sliding rod.

The movable maintenance work platform of the suspension type monorail train according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of transfer trolleys (6) capable of lifting up and down are arranged at the bottom of the support structure (1), and the trolley body is towed when the train is disassembled and is used for transferring the trolley body and the parts after the disassembly is completed.
3. A suspended monorail car mobile service work platform according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the top of the supporting structure (1) is provided with a crane (4).

5. The mobile maintenance platform of claim 4, wherein one end of the telescopic lifting unit (503) is a telescopic end and is disposed opposite to the telescopic end.
6. The mobile maintenance platform of a suspended monorail car of claim 5, wherein said telescoping lifting unit (503) is vertically movable along said fixed unit (502).

The movable maintenance work platform of the suspended monorail train according to claim 1, wherein the sliding blocks are arranged on a transverse horizontal bracket at the top of the bracket structure (1), and sliding grooves matched with the transverse horizontal bracket are formed in the transverse horizontal bracket, so that the moving platforms (3) at two sides can integrally slide along the transverse horizontal bracket.
8. A method of operating a mobile maintenance platform for a suspended monorail car according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, a vehicle runs from a positive line to a track beam of a mobile platform (3);
s2, a lifting device (5) adjusts a proper lifting point to lift the vehicle so as to separate the vehicle from the track beam on the mobile platform (3);
s3, the movable platform (3) moves to two sides to expose roof equipment;
for the operation of three-month inspection and wheel changing of the vehicle, an operator overhauls the roof equipment or changes the wheel set on the fixed platform (2); after the movement is completed, the movable platform (3) moves to the middle until the track gauge meets the running requirement of the vehicle; the lifting device (5) falls down the bogie and the car body;
when the vehicle is subjected to key or comprehensive maintenance operation, an operator performs vehicle de-braiding, the bottom of the vehicle is lifted and towed by the transfer trolley (6), and/or the lifting device (5) is moved downwards and is arranged on the transfer trolley (6); the operator disassembles roof equipment first, disassembles connecting devices between the bogie and the car body, disassembles all parts in the car at last, and moves to a transfer trolley (6) through a crane (4) at the top of the maintenance operation platform, and conveys to a corresponding maintenance warehouse.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein in step S3, during the major or complete maintenance operation, the assembly operation comprises the steps of:
placing the overhauled bogie on a track beam of a mobile platform (3) through a crane (4), lifting the bogie through a lifting device (5), and opening the mobile platform (3); under the lifting of the movable trolley, the traveling crane (4) lifts up parts of the roof and moves the parts to the roof, and an operator performs vehicle body assembly operation on the fixed platform (2);
the car body and the bogie are connected, the movable platform (3) moves to the middle to enable the track gauge to meet the running requirement of the car, the bogie and the car body are dropped by the lifting device (5), after wheels are contacted with the track beams, the lifting device (5) moves to two sides, the car bodies move to be in butt joint, and the car couplers are connected.
