According to the invention, the carriage hoisting and unloading module 4 is a carriage hoisting and unloading vehicle provided with a front end traction module and a support structure, the front end traction module comprises a traction hook 41 and a hydraulic rocker 42, the traction hook 41 is installed at the front end of the carriage hoisting and unloading vehicle, a freely steerable guide wheel 43 capable of controlling and adjusting the direction of the carriage hoisting and unloading vehicle is arranged below the traction hook 41, a traction reinforcing support rod 44 for realizing traction force multi-point traction is arranged at the rear end of the carriage hoisting and unloading vehicle, the support structure comprises a bearing panel 45 and a plurality of groups of bearing panel hydraulic support rods 451 for supporting the bearing panel 45, and the size of the bearing panel 45 is larger than the overlooking section of the suspended carriage 52.

Example 1
The vehicle maintenance vehicle suitable for the air rail transit system is used for maintenance, and the vehicle to be maintained is a suspended permanent magnet suspension rail transit system.
Referring to fig. 3, a bogie 51 of a vehicle 5 to be overhauled is parked at a tip interface of a train track beam, a vehicle maintenance vehicle is stably parked at the tip of the train track beam, so that a track steel plate is butted with the track beam interface, each group of upright hydraulic rods 12 and each group of large hydraulic rods of the vehicle maintenance vehicle extend in place, a manual spiral support rod 14 on the track steel plate extends in place, and hydraulic rollers 13 supported by four steel beam uprights are retracted into a beam arm supported by the steel beam uprights or one side of the beam arm.
The preparation work in the early stage is completed, the bogie 51 of the vehicle 5 to be overhauled is slowly pulled by the traction of a tractor or the drive of manual traction and the like, and the permanent magnet suspension train is in a vertical suspension state and basically does not receive friction force in the horizontal direction, so that the train can move without needing large traction force in the horizontal traction of the whole train. When the front end of the bogie 51 enters the joint between the rail steel plate of the vehicle maintenance vehicle and the train rail beam, the load of the train is still supported by the permanent magnet suspension module, but the extension bearing arm 511 of the permanent magnet suspension module is positioned above the rail steel plate extending outside the maintenance vehicle, see fig. 3. Then, a maintenance worker correspondingly places the bearing wheel set 6 on a steel frame table 31 of the maintenance operation table module 3 to a rail steel plate extending outside the maintenance vehicle, a hydraulic support shaft on the bearing wheel set 6 corresponds to a groove of an extending bearing arm 511 of a bogie 51 of the train, then a hydraulic machine on the bearing wheel set 6 is started through a mechanical rocker or a mechanical remote control and the like, the hydraulic support shaft is gradually jacked to the groove of the extending bearing arm 511 until the bearing wheel sets 6 on the left side and the right side completely replace a permanent magnet suspension module of the bogie 51 of the train, and the load at the front end of the train is supported, which is shown in fig. 8.
Wherein, at the moment of starting the hydraulic press on the bearing wheel set 6, the plastic wheel 61 of the bearing wheel set 6 is fastened on the wheel hub by the brake plate 63 and is in a braking state. In addition, the soft protective shell can be embedded in the permanent magnet suspension module, so that the permanent magnet suspension module can be protected, and the danger problem to workers possibly caused by the adsorption effect of the permanent magnet in the maintenance process can be effectively avoided, for example, the adsorption of the permanent magnet to a ferromagnetic tool under strong magnetism of the permanent magnet threatens the safety of the workers in real time. Meanwhile, the driving permanent magnet stator arranged at the top of the train still has strong magnetic characteristics, so that when the bogie gradually pulls out the suspension beam of the train, the soft protective shell is embedded in time to act as the soft protective shell of the permanent magnet suspension module, and the danger caused by the strong magnetic characteristics to the strong adsorption effect of the ferromagnetic tool in the maintenance process is avoided.
After the bearing wheel set 6 at the front end is smoothly arranged, the brake plate 63 of the plastic wheel 61 below the bearing wheel set 6 can be opened, the bogie 51 is drawn to move forwards along the rail steel plate of the vehicle maintenance vehicle, when the following multiple groups of suspension modules of the bogie 51 are sequentially arranged with the bearing wheel sets 6 according to the first group of suspension modules, referring to the attached drawing shown in fig. 3, until all the permanent magnetic suspension modules on the bogie 51 of the train are completely replaced by the bearing wheel sets 6 to support the whole loads of the train bogie 51 and the suspension carriage 52. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the train bogie 51 and the suspended car 52 stay at the middle position of the vehicle maintenance vehicle. In addition, after the bogie 51 of the train is pulled to a preset position of the vehicle maintenance vehicle, the brake plates 63 of the plastic wheels 61 fasten the wheel hubs, and the fixed blocking buckles 64 are additionally arranged at the front and the rear of the bearing wheel set 61 to realize two-layer reinforcement of the bogie 51, so that dangerous conditions caused by factors such as inclination are avoided, and the reference of fig. 4 shows that.
At the moment that the bearing wheel set 6 supports the load of the train bogie 51, between the support shaft of the hydraulic jack 62 and the extending bearing arm 511 of the bogie 51, the hydraulic jack 62 and the extending bearing arm 511 are reinforced by the fixing bolt, the condition that the bearing wheel set 6 is slipped outwards and even falls off due to uneven stress is avoided, the heavy pressure friction between the hub of the plastic wheel 61 and the groove of the steel track plate, which is caused by the unbalance of the bearing wheel set 6, can be effectively avoided, the damage/damage of the plastic wheel 61 is caused, the service life is shortened, and the like.
When the bogie 51 of the train stably stops on the rail steel plate of the vehicle maintenance vehicle, under the dual fixation of the brake plate 63 of the plastic wheel 61 and the fixed stop buckle 64, the manual spiral support rod 14 is connected on the cross beams at the two sides of the vehicle maintenance vehicle, and the manual spiral support rod 14 can manually adjust the telescopic length to reinforce the bogie 51 of the train in the horizontal direction, which is shown in fig. 1 and 5.
Wherein, one end of the manual screw support rod 14 is connected to the cross beams at both sides of the vehicle maintenance vehicle, and the other end is connected to the corresponding engaging buckle of the bogie 51. In particular, only corresponding engagement buckles need to be provided on the bogie 51 of the train.
In the implementation of the portable scaffold 32, the suspended carriage 52 of the train needs to be taken off and removed from the operating space of the maintenance vehicle by the tractor.
Specifically, the suspended carriage 52 is first supported by the bearing panel 45 of the carriage crane, and is pulled out of the carriage crane by the tractor to move to a specified position, so as to assemble the portable scaffold frame 32 for the top equipment box of the suspended carriage 52 and the internal service equipment such as an air conditioner and a display screen.
The carriage crane truck is used by placing the carriage crane truck at the bottom of the suspension carriage 52, at the moment, the bottom of the suspension carriage 52 is higher than the height of the bearing panel 45 of the carriage crane truck, through the operation of the hydraulic rocker 42 of the front end traction module, a plurality of groups of bearing panel hydraulic support rods 451 are lifted slowly until the grooves of the bearing panel 45 correspond to the supporting pads for placing the suspension carriage 52, the whole weight of the suspension carriage 52 is stably supported by the carriage crane truck, the hydraulic height is slightly adjusted again at the moment, a hanging connecting rod used for connecting the suspension carriage 52 with the bogie 51 and arranged at the top of the suspension carriage 52 can be conveniently and smoothly removed by related workers, and then the carriage crane truck can be pulled by a tractor to move to a specified position.
In particular, when maintenance of lines and parts is required in a situation where the overhead equipment box on the top of the suspended car 52 or the steel frame table 31 such as the bottom of the bogie 51 cannot be reached, the maintenance of the machine structure can be further performed by moving the position of the suspended car 52 by the support and traction of the car crane.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, numerous simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention, including combinations of the specific features in any suitable way, and the invention will not be further described in relation to the various possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.

Claims (12)

1. A vehicle access cart adapted for use in an air rail transit system, the vehicle access cart comprising:
the support frame module (1), the support frame module (1) is a main body support of the vehicle maintenance vehicle and is used for supporting and fixing the whole vehicle maintenance vehicle;
the track module (2) is installed on the support frame module (1), the track module (2) can be butted with a track beam of a vehicle (5) to be overhauled, the vehicle (5) to be overhauled enters the track module (2) after being butted, and the track module (2) can support the weight of a bogie (51) and a suspension carriage (52) of the vehicle (5) to be overhauled;
a repair console module (3) mounted on the support frame module (1), the repair console module (3) providing a manual operation platform for mounting, dismounting and maintaining the bogie (51);
the support frame module (1) further comprises a bearing wheel set (6) arranged on the upper surface of the track module (2), and the bearing wheel set (6) can support a bogie (51) of the vehicle (5) to be overhauled;
an extension bearing arm (511) is arranged on a bogie (51) of the vehicle (5) to be overhauled, and the bearing wheel set (6) is arranged below the extension bearing arm (511);
an opening groove capable of being in butt joint with the bearing wheel set (6) is formed in the lower surface of the extension bearing arm (511), and the bearing wheel set (6) is limited and fixed through the opening groove;
and the suspension carriage (52) is matched with the carriage lifting and unloading module (4) and is used for mounting and unloading the suspension carriage (52) of the vehicle (5) to be overhauled.

The vehicle maintenance vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the supporting frame module (1) comprises a plurality of upright supports (11) arranged vertically, and two adjacent upright supports (11) are connected by a tripod fixing frame (111), so that the supporting frame module (1) forms a mechanical hardware structure in a quadrilateral structure.

the front end of track steel plate is provided with track hydraulic stem (22) that are used for supporting this track steel plate of reinforcement, the one end of track hydraulic stem (22) connect in track steel plate front end connector link, the other end connect in the connector link on waiting to overhaul vehicle (5) track mouth, the upper surface of track steel plate is provided with concave type wheel rail groove.
8. The vehicle inspection vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the load-bearing wheel set (6) comprises a plastic wheel (61) and a hydraulic jack (62);
the plastic wheel (61) adopts a plurality of groups of structures for supporting load and moving, brake plates (63) for fixing the plastic wheel are arranged in front of and behind the plastic wheel (61), the hydraulic jack (62) is at the position of a bearing layer of the plastic wheel (61), and the hydraulic jack (62) is driven by a mechanical hydraulic press or manually; and/or the like and/or,

the front end and the rear end of the bearing wheel set (6) are provided with detachable fixed blocking buckles (64) which can reinforce the bearing wheel set (6).
