Referring to the attached drawing 10, the suspension type air-iron overhaul warehouse provided by the invention comprises one or more tracks for parking suspension type trains, each track can be provided with one or more overhaul platforms, and the movable suspension type air-iron overhaul platforms arranged on two sides of a track beam can be butted pairwise to form annular overhaul platforms; in the embodiment, one vehicle parking track can be simultaneously provided with four maintenance platforms aiming at two adjacent bogies, so that the maintenance of a pair of bogies on one empty railway vehicle by the maintenance platforms is realized; further, through the lift, the flexible setting that correspond load-bearing platform, can realize each and overhaul the butt joint of platform and track roof beam to and to the lift of overhauing specific parts, improve maintenance work efficiency, guarantee staff's safety simultaneously.

Referring to the attached figure 11, the maintenance platform provided by the invention can be arranged according to a track beam arranged in a maintenance warehouse, namely, the longitudinal length of the lifting bearing platform is consistent with the length of a unit air-rail vehicle parked on the track beam, the occupied space of the bearing platform is reduced, and meanwhile, the maintenance of the vehicle by an operator is ensured; in the invention, the maintenance platform is fixedly connected with the upright post of the track beam in the maintenance warehouse, and has different moving and fixed structures, thereby reducing the space and the floor occupation area; it will be understood by those skilled in the art that if the track beam in the service depot is configured to be movable, the service platform used in conjunction therewith may also be configured to be movable, and the invention is not limited in its scope.
Furthermore, the bearing platform further comprises a butt joint device, wherein the butt joint device is fixedly arranged on the side face, far away from the supporting device, of the bearing platform and is used for butt joint with a fixing device arranged at the cantilever end on the outer side of the track beam in a butt joint state. The butt joint device is fixedly arranged on the outer end face of the bearing platform; the butting device comprises at least one group of convex structures; in a butt joint state, the convex structure is clamped with the groove structure arranged on the cantilever at the outer side of the track beam, so that butt joint of the corresponding bearing platform and the track beam is realized; or the butt joint device is fixedly arranged on two side surfaces of the bearing platform; the butting device comprises at least one group of bayonet structures; and in a butt joint state, the bayonet structure is clamped with a clamping bolt structure arranged on a cantilever at the outer side of the track beam, so that the butt joint of the bearing platform and the track beam is realized.
The supporting device can also be a hydraulic telescopic upright post which is fixedly arranged on the ground; the maintenance platform comprises one or more hydraulic telescopic upright columns; when the hydraulic telescopic upright columns are multiple, the multiple hydraulic telescopic upright columns are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the track beam.
In addition, the first bearing platform, the second bearing platform and the third bearing platform can also be arranged in a telescopic manner, the third bearing platform is connected with the first bearing platform in a telescopic manner, the second bearing platform is arranged at one end, far away from the first bearing platform, of the third bearing platform and is arranged with the third bearing platform in a telescopic manner, namely, the liftable maintenance platform is arranged on the ground only through the supporting device connected with the first bearing platform; under the working state, the first bearing platform can move up and down under the driving of the driving device, the third bearing platform can extend outwards relative to the first bearing platform, the second bearing platform can extend outwards relative to the third bearing platform, and a first maintenance platform formed by the second bearing platform, the third bearing platform and the first bearing platform is arranged in parallel with the track beam for suspending the air iron.
Further, the guard device of the present invention may be provided in a telescopic guard rail structure.
Furthermore, the supporting device is a spiral lifting device; the maintenance platform comprises one or more spiral lifting devices; when the number of the spiral lifting devices is multiple, the spiral lifting devices are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the track beam; in the working process, the spiral lifting device drives the bearing platform to ascend or descend through the driving device.
Furthermore, a reinforcing auxiliary supporting device fixedly connected with the ground can be arranged on the peripheral side of each spiral lifting device, so that the supporting effect on the bearing platform is enhanced.

Claims (10)

1. A movable suspended air-rail maintenance platform is characterized by comprising a bearing platform, a driving device and a supporting device, wherein the bearing platform and the driving device are both arranged on the supporting device;
the bearing platform is movably arranged relative to the supporting device; the bearing platform is arranged on one side or two sides of the track beam;
in a working state, the bearing platform can be driven by the driving device to lift along the height direction of the supporting device, or the bearing platforms arranged on two sides are driven by the driving device to move inwards for butt joint to form an overhauling platform.
2. The movable suspended air iron maintenance platform according to claim 1, wherein the bearing platform is a telescopic structure and/or the bearing platform is a liftable structure.

The movable suspended air-rail overhaul platform according to claim 2, wherein the bearing platform comprises a first bearing platform, a second bearing platform and a third bearing platform, and the first bearing platform and the second bearing platform are respectively arranged at two ends of the third bearing platform; the first bearing platform and the second bearing platform are both connected with the supporting device;
in a working state, the first bearing platform, the second bearing platform and the third bearing platform move up and down under the driving of the driving device to realize the maintenance of the suspended hollow iron at different heights.

The movable suspended air-rail service platform of claim 2, wherein the load-bearing platform comprises a first load-bearing platform, a second load-bearing platform, and a third load-bearing platform, the third load-bearing platform being telescopically connected to the first load-bearing platform; the second bearing platform is arranged at one end of the third bearing platform far away from the first bearing platform and is arranged in a telescopic way with the third bearing platform;
the first bearing platform is connected with the supporting device;
in a working state, the first bearing platform can move up and down under the driving of the driving device, the third bearing platform can extend outwards relative to the first bearing platform, the second bearing platform can extend outwards relative to the third bearing platform, and a first overhauling platform formed by the second bearing platform, the third bearing platform and the first bearing platform is arranged in parallel with a track beam for suspending the air rail.
5. The mobile suspended air break maintenance platform according to any one of claims 3 or 4, wherein the first load-bearing platform comprises a first housing means and a first telescoping means, the first telescoping means being movably disposed with respect to the first housing means;
the second bearing platform comprises a second accommodating device and a second telescopic device, and the second telescopic device is movably arranged relative to the second accommodating device;
in a working state, the first accommodating device, the first telescopic device, the second accommodating device, the second telescopic device and the third bearing platform form a second overhauling platform which is of a concave structure.
6. The movable suspended air-rail maintenance platform according to claim 5, wherein the first telescopic device comprises a first butt joint structure and a first lifting structure, and the first lifting structure is in lifting connection with the first butt joint structure;
the second telescopic device comprises a second butt joint structure and a second lifting structure, and the second lifting structure is connected with the second butt joint structure in a lifting manner;
under the working state, the first lifting structure is driven by a first power mechanism to be far away from the first butting structure and extend upwards, the second lifting structure is driven by a second power mechanism to be far away from the second butting structure and extend upwards, and the first lifting structure and the second lifting structure form a third maintenance platform.

The movable suspended air iron maintenance platform according to claim 6, further provided with a guard comprising a first member and a second member, wherein the first member and the second member are respectively telescopically mounted on the periphery side of the maintenance platform to form a circumferential guard.
8. The mobile suspended air iron maintenance platform of claim 1, wherein the support device is a spiral lifting device;
the service platform comprises one or more spiral lifting devices;
when the number of the spiral lifting devices is multiple, the spiral lifting devices are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the track beam;
in the working process, the spiral lifting device drives the bearing platform to ascend or descend through the driving device.
9. The movable suspended air-rail maintenance platform according to claim 1, further comprising a reinforcing device, wherein the reinforcing device is fixedly arranged between the supporting device and the rail beam supporting upright and used for reinforcing the supporting device.
10. A suspended air-rail overhaul garage comprising one or more overhaul platforms, one or more tracks for parking suspended trains, wherein the overhaul platform is a movable suspended air-rail overhaul platform according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
