Further, the inner sides of the first side rail and the second side rail which are opposite to each other can be arranged into a groove structure, and the grooves can be used for the outer rollers of the guide device to horizontally roll along the longitudinal direction; the outer side roller of the guide device can be provided with an elastic telescopic structure, so that the rigid collision between the suspension train transfer device and the inner side of the guide rail in the process of the guide rail advancing is avoided; the height of the guide rail is greater than the distance from the guide device in the suspension train transfer device to the ground; longitudinal centerlines of the first and second side rails are in a same vertical plane as a longitudinal centerline of the second track in the sub-library.
Further, a bearing plate is arranged between the roller wheel assembly and the first supporting member, so that the transfer stability and safety of the suspension train transfer device are further improved.
The suspension train warehouse-in and warehouse-out system comprises at least one suspension train transfer device and at least one suspension garage, the suspension train transfer device can be in butt joint with different sub-garages through guide rails arranged in different areas, and flexible carrying control of the whole system is achieved.
Continuing to refer to fig. 1, the first supporting member is a lifting structure; the suspension type garage is of a fixed type structure which can not be lifted, when a sub-garage on the upper layer of the suspension type garage needs to be subjected to suspension type train entering butt joint, the suspension train transfer device ascends through the first supporting device and then is in butt joint with a target sub-garage; the suspension train transfer device further comprises a hoisting device, the hoisting device is arranged above the first supporting device and is connected with a first suspension member of the first supporting device through a hoisting part, and the hoisting part can be a hook, a rope and other members capable of assisting in hoisting the first supporting device; when the first supporting device is lifted, the lifting device provides upward force through the lifting part to assist the first supporting member in the first supporting device to lift so as to reduce the pressure of the transferred suspended train on the first supporting member; when the docking of the sub-warehouses of a non-layer (more than one layer) is completed, the suspension train transfer device is lowered to the standard lowest height through the first supporting device before moving, and in the process of lowering the first supporting member, the lifting device provides upward force through the lifting part to assist the first supporting member in the first supporting device to lower so as to reduce the pressure of the transferred suspension train on the first supporting member.
The first track further comprises a limiting device, the limiting device comprises a first limiting part and a second limiting part, the first limiting part and the second limiting part are fixedly connected, and the second limiting part is arranged on the running board of the first track in a lifting manner; when the suspension type train is in a parking state on the first track, the second limiting part rises relative to the walking plate, and the second limiting part is attached to the outer wheel surface of the walking wheel of the suspension type train through the first limiting part and used for limiting the sliding of the walking wheel; the first limiting part is made of elastic material and is protruded.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the docking position in fig. 1, which shows that when the suspension train transfer device is docked with the suspension garage, in order to further enhance the bearing strength of the docking area, the suspension train warehousing-in/out system further includes a docking fixing device 8, which includes a first docking assembly 81 and a second docking assembly 82; the first butt joint assembly is arranged at one end of the first rail to be butted; the first butt joint assembly comprises a first butt joint bayonet, a second butt joint bayonet, a third butt joint bayonet and a fourth butt joint bayonet, the first butt joint bayonet and the second butt joint bayonet are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the first track, and the third butt joint bayonet and the fourth butt joint bayonet are symmetrically arranged on the bottom sides of the left walking plate and the right walking plate of the first track; the second butt-joint component is arranged at one end, far away from the sub-warehouse, of the second rail; the second butt joint assembly comprises a first butt joint bolt, a second butt joint bolt, a third butt joint bolt and a fourth butt joint bolt, the first butt joint bolt and the second butt joint bolt are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the second track, and the third butt joint bolt and the fourth butt joint bolt are symmetrically arranged on the bottom sides of the left walking plate and the right walking plate of the second track;
in the butt joint process, the first butt joint bayonet and the second butt joint bayonet are in butt joint with the first butt joint bolt and the second butt joint bolt respectively, and the third butt joint bayonet and the fourth butt joint bayonet are in butt joint with the third butt joint bolt and the fourth butt joint bolt respectively.
Further, the first butt joint component can be a butt joint bayonet, the second butt joint component can be a butt joint bolt, the butt joint bolt is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the end portion of the second rail, the butt joint bayonet is fixedly arranged on the periphery of the end portion of the first rail to be butted, and the butt joint bayonet and the butt joint bolt can realize butt joint of the butt joint fixing device in the moving process of the suspension train moving and carrying device.
It should be noted that the number and the positions of the first butt joint assembly and the second butt joint assembly can be flexibly set according to the magnitude of the external fixing force required by the actual butt joint area; in addition, an external reinforcing device may also be disposed in the butt joint region, and it is understood by those skilled in the art that the bearing strength of the butt joint region may be ensured by the bearing of the first supporting device and the second supporting device under the condition that the butt joint fixing device is not present after the first rail and the second rail are butted, where the butt joint fixing device only further enhances the bearing strength of the butt joint, so as to achieve the effects of being safer and more stable, and does not limit the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, which is a partially enlarged view of the end to be butted in the suspension train transfer device of the present invention, in the figure, six columns at the end of the traveling plates on both sides are damping columns, and the damping columns are telescopically arranged at the end of the rail and play a role of damping when the first rail and the second rail are butted, it is understood by those skilled in the art that, in the present embodiment, the end of the first rail is six, and this number is not a limitation to the protection scope of the present invention, as long as the purpose of damping and preventing hard collision during butting can be achieved.
It should be noted that, an embodiment of the present invention is an internal suspension type track beam as an example, and the concept of the present invention is to protect the transfer and storage system of a suspension type train that can be realized by the external suspension type track beam in the case of being applied to the external suspension type track beam, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. The system for the hanging train to go out of and enter the garage is characterized by comprising a hanging train transfer device and a hanging garage;
the suspension train transfer device comprises a first supporting device, a first suspension device, a traveling device and a guiding device; the first suspension device comprises a first track for carrying a suspension train, the walking device is used for driving the first supporting device to move towards different directions, and the guide device is rotatably arranged outside the first supporting device;
the suspended garage comprises a plurality of sub-storehouses which are arranged in one or more layers; the sub-depot comprises a second support device, a second suspension device and a guide rail, wherein the second suspension device comprises a second track for carrying a suspended train; the guide rail is arranged in the area to be butted of the sub storehouses in a lifting manner;
in the butt joint process, the suspension train transfer device moves in the guide rail through the guide device to realize butt joint with the sub-warehouse.
2. The suspended train garage door system of claim 1, wherein said first support means comprises a first support member and a first suspension member; the first suspension member is provided at an upper portion of the first support member; the first support member and the first suspension member form a space for driving into a suspended train; the first track is fixedly arranged at the lower part of the first suspension member through a fixing device;
the second support device comprises a second support member and a second suspension member; the second supporting member is fixedly arranged on the ground, and the second suspension member is arranged at the upper part of the second supporting member; the second support member and the second suspension member form a space for entering a suspended train; the second rail is fixed to a lower portion of the second suspension member by a fixing device; the guide rail comprises a first side rail and a second side rail, and the first side rail and the second side rail are oppositely arranged.
3. The suspended train entry and exit system of claim 2, wherein said suspended train entry and exit system comprises at least one said suspended train transfer device and at least one said suspended garage, said suspended train transfer device enabling docking with different said sub-garages through different regional arrangements of said rails.
4. A suspension train transfer device is characterized by comprising a first supporting device, a first suspension device, a traveling device and a guiding device; the first supporting device comprises a first supporting member and a first suspension member, and the first suspension member is arranged at the upper part of the first supporting member; the first supporting member is a liftable structure and comprises a first part and a second part, one end of the second part can be accommodated in the first part in a relatively movable manner, and the other end of the second part is fixedly connected with the first suspension member; the first suspension device comprises a first track carrying a suspended train, the first track being secured to a lower portion of the first suspension member by a fixture; the walking device is used for driving the first supporting device to move towards different directions, and the guiding device is rotatably arranged on the outer side of the first supporting component.
5. The transfer device for hanging trains as claimed in claim 4, wherein said first supporting means is a liftable column, and said first supporting means comprises four liftable columns, and said four liftable columns are spaced apart and mounted at two ends of said first suspension means, respectively.
6. The suspension train transfer device according to claim 5, wherein the running gear includes a rail wheel set and a roller connecting member, the rail wheel set being rotatably disposed below the first support portion by the roller connecting member;
the guide device is rotatably arranged on the outer side of the lifting upright post, and the rotating direction of the guide device is consistent with the butt joint moving direction of the suspension train transfer device.

The suspension train transfer device according to any one of claims 4 to 6, further comprising a lifting device provided above the first support device and connected to the first suspension member of the first support device through a lifting portion; when the first support device is lifted, the lifting device provides upward force through the lifting part so as to reduce the pressure of the transferred suspension train on the first support member.
8. The suspended train transfer device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first rail further comprises a stopper device, the stopper device comprises a first stopper member and a second stopper member, the first stopper member and the second stopper member are fixedly connected, and the second stopper member is liftably provided on the running plate of the first rail;
when the suspension type train is in a parking state on the first track, the second limiting part rises relative to the walking plate, and the second limiting part is attached to the outer wheel surface of the walking wheel of the suspension type train through the first limiting part and used for limiting the sliding of the walking wheel;
the first limiting part is made of elastic material and is protruded.
9. A suspended garage is characterized by comprising a plurality of sub-storehouses, wherein the sub-storehouses are arranged in one layer or a plurality of layers; the sub-garage comprises a second supporting device, a second hanging device and a guide rail, wherein the second supporting device comprises a second supporting member and a second hanging member; the second supporting member is fixedly arranged on the ground, and the second suspension member is arranged at the upper part of the second supporting member; the second support member and the second suspension member form a space for entering a suspended train; the second suspension device comprises a second track for the suspension type train to drive in, and the second track is fixed at the lower part of the second suspension member through a fixing device;
the guide rail comprises a first side rail and a second side rail, and the first side rail and the second side rail are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the to-be-butted end of the sub-warehouse; one ends, far away from the sub-warehouse, of the first side rail and the second side rail are arranged in a horn mouth shape; the guide rail is arranged in the area to be butted of the sub storehouses in a lifting mode.
10. The suspended garage of claim 1, wherein the suspended monorail car garage system further comprises a docking fixture, the docking fixture comprising a first docking assembly and a second docking assembly;
the second butt-joint component is arranged at one end, far away from the sub-warehouse, of the second rail; the second butt joint assembly comprises a first butt joint bolt, a second butt joint bolt, a third butt joint bolt and a fourth butt joint bolt, the first butt joint bolt and the second butt joint bolt are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the second track, and the third butt joint bolt and the fourth butt joint bolt are symmetrically arranged on the bottom sides of the left walking plate and the right walking plate of the second track;
the first butt joint assembly is arranged at one end of the first rail to be butted; the first butt joint assembly comprises a first butt joint bayonet, a second butt joint bayonet, a third butt joint bayonet and a fourth butt joint bayonet, the first butt joint bayonet and the second butt joint bayonet are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the first track, and the third butt joint bayonet and the fourth butt joint bayonet are symmetrically arranged on the bottom sides of the left walking plate and the right walking plate of the first track;
in the butt joint process, the first butt joint bayonet and the second butt joint bayonet are in butt joint with the first butt joint bolt and the second butt joint bolt respectively, and the third butt joint bayonet and the fourth butt joint bayonet are in butt joint with the third butt joint bolt and the fourth butt joint bolt respectively.
