Referring to fig. 12-14, as a preferred embodiment, the tray-flipping sorting machine further comprises a reset device 7 located at the outer side (second side) of the track 2, the reset device 7 is located at the tail end of the sorting area 9 (the running direction of the tray-flipping sorting cart 3 on the track 2 is: the head end of the sorting area 9-the tail end of the sorting area 9), the reset device 7 comprises a reset track 71, the top of the reset track 71 is configured with a second inclined plane 711, the bottom end of the second inclined plane 711 is adjacent to the tail end of the sorting area 9, the tail end of the second inclined plane 711 far from the sorting area 9, the second inclined plane 711 can be slidably matched with the bottom of the tray 33 in the second state, so that the tray 33 can ascend along the reset track 71 during the running of the tray-flipping sorting cart 3, and drive the linkage member 32 to rotate and reset to make the locking groove 323 on the linkage member to be matched with the locking member 34, then, the tray 33 is supported and reset to the first state, a pure mechanical structure is facilitated to serve as the reset device 7 of the turnover sorting trolley 3, the structure is simple, energy consumption is low, and running cost is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, the resetting device 7 further comprises a bracket 72, a first end of the bracket 72 is fixed to the resetting rail 71, and a second end of the bracket 72 is fixed to the outer side of the frame 1, so that the resetting device 7 can be assembled on the frame 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the driving device is a motor (not shown) disposed in the frame 1, the traction device includes an endless traction chain 53, a driving sprocket 51 and a driven sprocket 52, the traction chain 53 is wound around the driving sprocket 51 and the driven sprocket 52, the base 31 of the tip-up sorting cart 3 is fixedly connected to the traction chain 53, and the output end of the motor is in transmission connection with the driving sprocket 51, so that the tip-up sorting cart 3 is driven to travel on the track 2.
The tray turnover sorting device has the following advantages:
the tray 33 is arranged on the linkage part 32, the linkage part 32 is rotationally connected with the base 31, the overturning action of the tray 33 can be realized, the swinging amplitude is small when the linkage part 32 changes the position, the time required for switching the tray 33 from the first state to the second state is short, the sorting efficiency is improved, and the width of the grid 91 is reduced;
the distance from the tray 33 to the rotation center of the linkage part 32 is short, and the throwing force borne by the articles to be sorted is small, so that the articles to be sorted can be stably conveyed to the set grid 91, and the phenomenon that the articles to be sorted are damaged by throwing does not exist;
the locking component 34 and the guide groove 322 are matched to ensure that the tray 33 can stably carry the articles to be sorted, the locking component 34 and the guide groove 322 are in sliding fit to play a role in guiding the tray 33 in the overturning process of the tray 33, and the overturning action of the tray 33 is more stable, so that the articles to be sorted can be more stably conveyed to the set grid 91, the throwing force borne by the articles to be sorted is reduced, meanwhile, the locking component 34 and the guide groove 322 can also play a role in limiting the tray 33, and the tray 33 is prevented from being excessively overturned and contacting with the track 2 or the rack 1 to influence normal operation;
the overturning plate sorting trolley 3 and the unloading device 4 are arranged in a separated mode, namely, no driving part is arranged on the overturning plate sorting trolley 3, so that the overturning plate sorting trolley 3 is more compact in overall structure, more convenient to assemble and arrange, and greatly reduced in weight, the overturning plate sorting trolley can run on the track 2 more smoothly and stably, the required driving force is smaller, the energy consumption is reduced, and the running cost is lower;
the tray 33 type bearing structure is adopted, so that the tray type sorting machine is suitable for normally sorting articles which are not suitable for being sorted by a cross belt sorting machine, such as light throwing, round rolling and the like, and has extremely strong sorting adaptability;
the reset device 7 of the tray-turnover sorting trolley 3 is beneficial to a pure mechanical structure, has simple structure and low energy consumption, and is beneficial to reducing the running cost;
the main drive adopts a common motor to drive the traction chain 53, the tilting tray sorting trolley 3 adopts a pure mechanical structure, the whole system has low manufacturing cost and extremely high economic value;
when the speed of the main ring of the turnover sorting trolley 3 is 1.2m/s, the sorting efficiency can reach 8640 pieces/hour, if double-end piece supply configuration is adopted, the maximum theoretical processing efficiency can reach 17280 pieces/hour, and the sorting efficiency is high;
the tray-overturning sorting machine is suitable for low-speed operation, is more suitable for a manual workpiece supply mode, does not need a multi-stage workpiece supply system, simultaneously adopts an integrated design for a plurality of grid openings 91 sliding chutes and the track 2, has a very compact system structure, has a total width of about 3.5 meters including the sliding chute bag frame, occupies a small area, can be flexibly arranged, and is particularly suitable for places with limited sites;
the equipment is applicable to industries: shoes and dresses, books and periodicals, electronic commerce, medicine, daily consumer goods, express delivery, post and the like, can sort the object types: regular shaped articles, irregular shaped articles, flexible packaging articles.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A tray turnover sorting device is characterized by comprising a base, a linkage part and a tray fixedly arranged on the linkage part, wherein the linkage part can be rotatably arranged on the base to drive the tray to turn over, so that the tray can be switched between a first state capable of carrying goods and a second state capable of unloading goods, a locking part is arranged on the base, a guide groove is formed in the linkage part, the locking part is in sliding fit with the guide groove, when the locking part is matched with a first end of the guide groove, the locking part locks the linkage part and enables the tray to be in the first state, and when the locking part is matched with a second end of the guide groove, the locking part locks the linkage part after turning over and enables the tray to be in the second state.
2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the linkage member further defines a locking groove at the first end of the guide groove and communicating with the guide groove, and the locking member is capable of switching between engaging and disengaging with the locking groove.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the guide groove has a groove width dimension larger than an outer diameter of the locking member, the locking groove is located at a top wall of the guide groove, and an opening of the locking groove is opposite to a bottom wall of the guide groove.
4. The tray turnover sorting device according to claim 3, further comprising a lifting member, wherein a first end of the lifting member is pivotally connected to the base, a positioning shaft is fixedly provided at a second end of the lifting member, the linkage member is pivotally connected to the positioning shaft, and a rotation center of the linkage member is perpendicular to a pivot center of the lifting member.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the lifting member comprises a floating plate and a pair of spaced apart links, a first end of the link is fixed to a first end of the floating plate, a second end of the link is pivotally connected to the base via a pivot, and the positioning shaft is fixed to a second end of the floating plate.
6. The apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the base is fixed with a support frame, the support frame comprises at least a pair of spaced vertical plates and a cross plate disposed on top of the pair of vertical plates, the second end of the connecting rod is disposed between the pair of vertical plates, the rotating shaft is fixed on the second end of the connecting rod, and both ends of the rotating shaft are respectively connected with the pair of vertical plates, and the locking member is fixed on the cross plate.
7. The tray-flipping sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a support base is provided between the link member and the tray, a top of the support base is provided with an inclined surface, the inclined surface is inclined upward in a discharge direction of the tray, and a discharge opening is provided on a side of the tray near the discharge direction.
8. The tray-overturning sorting device according to claim 7, wherein the tray comprises a bottom supporting plate and a baffle plate, the baffle plate is arranged on the top of the bottom supporting plate and arranged around the edge of the bottom supporting plate, and the baffle plate is provided with the unloading opening.
9. The apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the supporting base comprises a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate which are arranged at intervals, the tops of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are provided with the inclined surfaces, and the height of the first supporting plate is smaller than that of the second supporting plate; the tray includes bottom plate, first baffle and second baffle all dispose in bottom plate's top and center on bottom plate's edge sets up, first baffle is close to first backup pad, the first end of second baffle with first backup pad links up, the second end of second baffle extends to and is close to the second backup pad, and the unloading mouth with the second backup pad is relative.
10. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is provided at a bottom thereof with at least a pair of traveling wheels respectively disposed at both sides of the base, and a guide wheel disposed between the pair of traveling wheels.
