A tilting tray sorting machine is characterized by comprising a track, a tilting tray sorting trolley, an unloading device, a driving device and a traction device; the tray overturning and sorting trolley comprises a base, a linkage component, a tray fixedly arranged on the linkage component and a travelling wheel arranged at the bottom of the base, wherein the linkage component can be rotatably arranged on the base to drive the tray to overturn so as to switch the tray between a first state capable of carrying goods and a second state capable of unloading goods, a locking component is arranged on the base and provided with a guide groove, the locking component is in sliding fit with the guide groove, when the locking component is matched with the first end of the guide groove, the locking component locks the linkage component and enables the tray to be in the first state, and when the locking component is matched with the second end of the guide groove, the locking component locks the overturned linkage component and enables the tray to be in the second state, the travelling wheels are movably matched with the tracks; the unloading device is positioned on the first side of the track and used for driving the linkage part to rotate so as to turn over the tray; the traction device is connected with the tray turnover sorting trolley; the driving device is in transmission connection with the traction device so as to drive the tray-overturning sorting trolley to run on the track.
2. The tip-up sorter as claimed in claim 1 wherein the output of said discharge means is switchable between a contact engagement with said linkage member and a disengaged condition from said linkage member.

The tray-turnover sorting machine according to claim 2, wherein the unloading device comprises a linear telescopic mechanism, a guide block and a guide rail arranged along the telescopic direction of the linear telescopic mechanism, the guide block is fixed with the movable end of the linear telescopic mechanism and is slidably matched with the guide rail, the top of the guide block is provided with a first inclined surface, and the linkage part is provided with a stirring part capable of being matched with the first inclined surface.
4. The tip-up sorter of claim 3 wherein the toggle member is a roller rotatably disposed on the linkage member, the roller being in rolling engagement with the first ramp.
5. The tip tray sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the linkage member further defines a locking groove at the first end of the guide groove and communicating with the guide groove, and the locking member is capable of switching between engaging and disengaging with the locking groove.

The tray turnover sorter as claimed in claim 5, wherein said guide groove has a groove width dimension larger than an outer diameter of said locking member, said locking recess is provided in a top wall of said guide groove, and an opening of said locking recess is opposed to a bottom wall of said guide groove; the tray turnover sorting trolley further comprises a lifting component, the first end of the lifting component is in pivot connection with the base, the second end of the lifting component is fixedly provided with a positioning shaft, the linkage component is in rotary connection with the positioning shaft, and the rotating center of the linkage component is perpendicular to the pivot center of the lifting component.

The tip-up sorter of claim 6 wherein the lifting member includes a floating plate and a pair of spaced apart links, a first end of the link being secured to a first end of the floating plate, a second end of the link being pivotally connected to the base by a pivot shaft, and the positioning shaft being secured to a second end of the floating plate.

The tray-flipping sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein a support base is disposed between the link member and the tray, a top of the support base is disposed as an inclined surface, the inclined surface is inclined upward in a discharge direction of the tray, and a discharge opening is disposed on a side of the tray near the discharge direction.
9. The tray sorter of claim 1 further comprising a reset device on a second side of the track, the reset device comprising a reset track, a top of the reset track configured with a second ramp, the second ramp slidably engageable with a bottom of the tray in the second configuration to lift and reset the tray to the first configuration.
10. The tipping tray sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the driving device is a motor, the traction device comprises an endless traction chain, a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket, the traction chain is wound around the driving sprocket and the driven sprocket, and an output end of the motor is in transmission connection with the driving sprocket.
