In step S3, the rod-shaped material is pushed out of the guide groove and then enters the discharging block 5 disposed obliquely, so as to receive the material, and the material is conveyed to the next process by a manipulator or other equipment.

s1, conveying rod-shaped materials to the inlet side of a guide groove through an outlet of a mechanical arm or processing equipment, and positioning a poke rod 12 at the lower part of the inlet side of the guide groove and receiving the rod-shaped materials;
s2, driving the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, simultaneously starting the cleaning device, driving the poke rod 12 to rotate from the inlet side to the outlet side of the guide groove by the rotating shaft 11, and when the poke rod 12 rotates to the bottommost part of the guide groove, separating the poke rod 12 from the rod-shaped material, and stopping the rod-shaped material at the bottom of the guide groove;
and S3, continuing to rotate the poke rod 12 until the poke rod 12 rotates for a circle or abuts against the other side of the rod-shaped object through another poke rod 12, and pushing the rod-shaped object to move to one side of the outlet side of the guide groove until the rod-shaped object is pushed out of the guide groove to enter the next procedure.
Wherein in step S1, the rod-shaped material is delivered to the obliquely arranged feeding block 4 through the outlet of the mechanical arm or the processing device (thread rolling machine), so that the rod-shaped material is received by the delivery device.
In step S2, the shaft 11 is driven by the motor 13, the motor 13 can start working after sensing the rod-shaped material entering the feeding block 4, or can always keep running, the manipulator or the processing equipment can convey the rod-shaped material to the feeding block 4 at the corresponding time, similarly, the cleaning device (ultrasonic cleaning equipment) can start when sensing the rod-shaped material entering the guiding groove, or can always keep running, the motor 13 can drive the shaft 11 to rotate at a constant speed, when the poke rod 12 rotates to the lower part of the inlet of the guide groove, a rod-shaped object is conveyed to enter the guide groove from the feeding block 4, the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved, the more the poke rods 12 are arranged in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 11, the more the rod-shaped object materials are cleaned by rotating the rotating shaft 11 for one circle, wherein each rod-shaped object is preferably soaked in the cleaning liquid for more than 1min, so that the cleaning effect is ensured.
In step S3, the rod-shaped material is pushed out of the guide groove and then enters the discharging block 5 disposed obliquely, so as to receive the material, and the material is conveyed to the next process by a manipulator or other equipment.
Although the invention has been shown and described with respect to a certain embodiment or embodiments, it is obvious that modifications will occur to others skilled in the art upon the reading and understanding of the specification, and that the invention includes all such modifications.
Claims (22)
1. The rod-shaped object conveying device comprises a transition piece and a poking mechanism, wherein a guide groove used for receiving a rod-shaped object is formed in the transition piece, the poking mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and a poking rod arranged on the rotating shaft, and the distance from one end of the poking rod, which deviates from the rotating shaft, to the axis of the rotating shaft is longer than the distance from one side of the rod-shaped object, which deviates from the guide groove, to the axis of the rotating shaft.
2. A rod conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the transition member has a plate shape, and at least two transition members are provided in parallel.
3. A stick conveyor according to claim 2, wherein the axis of the tap lever is located on one side of the circular groove.
4. A rod conveying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the guide groove is a circular arc groove, a trapezoidal groove or a V-shaped groove.
5. A rod conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the transition member has a block shape, the guide groove is an arc groove, and the pivot is located at a center of the arc groove.
6. A stick conveyor according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the toggle lever is perpendicular to the axis of the spindle.
7. A rod-like object conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the one or more paddle levers are provided so as to surround the axis of the rotary shaft.
8. A stick conveying apparatus according to claim 7, wherein more than one tap lever are provided at equal intervals along the axis of the rotary shaft.
9. A rod-like object conveying apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein an inlet block and an outlet block are provided obliquely at both ends of the guide groove, respectively.
10. A rod conveying apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a driving mechanism for driving the rotary shaft to rotate.
11. A rodlike object conveying device comprises a box body with an upward opening, transition pieces arranged in the box body and a material stirring mechanism arranged above the transition pieces, wherein the transition pieces are plate-shaped and are at least arranged in parallel along the length direction of the box body, the transition pieces are provided with guide grooves used for bearing rodlike objects, the guide grooves are arc grooves, the material stirring mechanism comprises a rotating shaft and stirring rods arranged on the rotating shaft, the axes of the stirring rods are vertical to the axis of the rotating shaft, at least two stirring rods are arranged on the surface where the axes of the rotating shaft are vertical to the axis of the rotating shaft and are arranged at equal intervals in an environment array, at least two groups of stirring rods arranged on the same plane are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, the axes of the stirring rods are positioned on one side of the arc grooves, and the distance from one end of the stirring rods to the axis of the rotating shaft is longer than the distance from each groove surface of the guide grooves to, the pivot is passed through the connecting block and can be dismantled with the pivot and be connected, the pivot passes through the bearing frame and rotates the setting in the box both sides, still including setting up the motor in the box outside, and the motor is connected with pivot one side, the box is located the transition piece both sides and is provided with feed block and ejection of compact piece respectively, feed block sets up downwards towards the box slope, ejection of compact piece deviates from the box slope and sets up downwards.

A cleaning apparatus for rod-like objects comprising a cleaning tank body and a rod-like object carrying apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10 provided on the tank body, wherein guide grooves for transition pieces are provided in the tank body, and the rotary shaft is rotatably provided on both sides of the tank body, and further comprising a driving mechanism for driving the rotary shaft to rotate.
13. A cleaning device for rod-like objects according to claim 12, wherein said drive mechanism is provided outside the casing.
14. A cleaning apparatus for cleaning rod-like objects according to claim 12, wherein an inclined plate is provided in the case at the bottom of the transition member.
15. A cleaning apparatus for a rod-like object according to claim 12, wherein an ultrasonic cleaning device is provided in said case.
16. A cleaning device for rod-like objects as defined in claim 12, wherein said transition piece is provided with a catching portion protruding from the case at both sides of the case, and the transition piece is caught on the case by the catching portion.
17. A rod-like object thread rolling cleaning device comprising a thread rolling machine, a cleaning box body and a rod-like object conveying device according to claim 9 provided on the box body, wherein the outlet of the thread rolling machine is connected with a feeding block or a conveying manipulator is provided between the outlet of the thread rolling machine and the feeding block.
18. A stick conveying method including a stick conveying device, comprising:
the rodlike material is conveyed to the inlet side of the guide groove through an outlet of a mechanical arm or processing equipment, and the poke rod is positioned at the lower part of the inlet side of the guide groove and receives the rodlike material;
the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the poke rod to rotate from the inlet side to the outlet side of the guide groove, when the poke rod rotates to the bottommost part of the guide groove, the poke rod is separated from the rod-shaped materials, and the rod-shaped materials stay at the bottom of the guide groove;
the poke rod continues to rotate until the driving rod rotates for a circle or abuts against the other side of the rod-shaped object through another poke rod, and the rod-shaped object is pushed to move to one side of the outlet side of the guide groove until the rod-shaped object is pushed out of the guide groove, and then the next procedure is carried out.
19. The stick conveying method according to claim 18, wherein a distance from an end of the lever facing away from the rotary shaft to an axis of the rotary shaft is longer than a distance from a side of the stick facing away from the guide groove to the axis of the rotary shaft.
20. A rod cleaning method comprises a rod cleaning device, wherein a cleaning solution is contained in a cleaning box body, and the rod cleaning method comprises the following steps:
the rodlike material is conveyed to the inlet side of the guide groove through an outlet of a mechanical arm or processing equipment, and the poke rod is positioned at the lower part of the inlet side of the guide groove and receives the rodlike material;
the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, the cleaning device is started, the rotating shaft drives the poke rod to rotate from the inlet side to the outlet side of the guide groove, when the poke rod rotates to the bottommost part of the guide groove, the poke rod is separated from the rod-shaped object, and the rod-shaped object stays at the bottom of the guide groove;
and the poke rod continues to rotate until the poke rod rotates for a circle or abuts against the other side of the rod-shaped object through another poke rod, and the poke rod is pushed to move to one side of the outlet side of the guide groove until the rod-shaped object is pushed out of the guide groove and enters the next procedure.
21. The rod cleaning method according to claim 20, further comprising a driving mechanism for driving the rotation shaft to rotate, the driving mechanism being provided outside the case.
22. A rod cleaning method according to claim 20, wherein the cleaning means is an ultrasonic cleaning device provided in the casing.
