Claims (6)
1. A processing technology for animal carcass treatment comprises a base (1), and is characterized in that: the upside fixed mounting of base (1) has crushing case (2), one side fixed mounting of crushing case (2) has first motor (3) and second motor (7), the first axis of rotation of output fixedly connected with (4) of first motor (3), the outside fixed mounting of first axis of rotation (4) has first roller (5) of rolling, the fixed surface of first roller (5) of rolling installs first arch (6), the output fixedly connected with second axis of rotation (8) of second motor (7), the outside fixed mounting of second axis of rotation (8) has second roller (9) of rolling, the outside fixed mounting of second roller (9) has the second arch (10) with first protruding looks adaptation, the upside fixed mounting of crushing case (2) has feeder hopper (18).

A process for the treatment of animal carcasses according to claim 3 wherein: the upside fixed mounting of base (1) has cushion (24) and support column (25), the upper end fixed mounting of support column (25) has support (26), the upside fixed mounting of support (26) has feed delivery cylinder (27), the one end fixed mounting of feed delivery cylinder (27) has fourth motor (28), the output fixedly connected with of fourth motor (28) carries axle (29), the outside fixed mounting who carries axle (29) has spiral delivery leaf (30), the lower extreme of first row of material pipe (23) and the feed inlet fixed connection of feed delivery cylinder (27), the downside fixed mounting of feed delivery cylinder (27) has the second to arrange material pipe (33), the inside fixed mounting that the second arranged material pipe (33) has second valve (34).

A process for the treatment of animal carcasses according to claim 5 wherein: the upside fixed mounting of base (1) has centrifuge (43), the left and right sides of centrifuge (43) is provided with grease collecting box (41) and residue collecting box (45) respectively, the first pipe (42) of one side fixedly connected with of centrifuge (43), the other end of first pipe (42) extends to the inside of grease collecting box (41), the other side fixedly connected with second pipe (44) of centrifuge (43), the other end of second pipe (44) extends to the inside of residue collecting box (45).
