(3) soil improvement: irrigating water to the soil in the step (2), and then applying a soil conditioner, wherein the dosage is 650 kg/mu; the soil conditioner is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 40 parts of potassium fulvate, 23 parts of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 14 parts of alum paste, 9 parts of sodium bentonite, 4 parts of silica micropowder and 6 parts of water-retaining agent; standing for 21 days; the Chinese medicinal residues are Glycyrrhrizae radix residue, radix astragali residue, radix Angelicae sinensis residue, rhizoma Gastrodiae residue, and herba Dendrobii residue; the water retention agent is selected from polypropylene oxide-sodium alginate hydrogel, chitosan-sodium alginate hydrogel and ammonium polyacrylate;
(4) and (3) culturing microorganisms: screening soil microorganism suspension from surface soil of a healthy grassland area, carrying out shake culture in a domestication culture medium for 3d, and then continuing shake culture in the same domestication culture medium for 3d to prepare a microbial agent; mixing a microbial agent with an adsorption carrier to prepare a solid microbial ball; the acclimatization culture medium comprises 10g/L of tryptone, 5g/L of yeast extract, 5g/L of sodium chloride and pH of 7.4;
the adsorption carrier is prepared by synthesizing raw powder from sodium silicate, aluminum hydroxide, agar powder, sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and peptone, adding clay, drying, mixing, molding and roasting.
(5) And (3) microbial improvement: applying solid microbial balls to the soil in the step (3) with the dosage of 210 kg/mu, then performing shallow ploughing for 20cm, and standing for 21 days;
(6) management: irrigating water at proper time, and applying the solid microbial balls once every half year, wherein the dosage is 80 kg/mu; the soil conditioner is applied once a year, and the dosage is 200 kg/mu.

Claims (8)

1. A method for quickly repairing surface soil of degraded grassland is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) sealing and sterilizing: spraying the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution on the land of the degraded grassland area, wherein the spraying amount is 100-;
(2) land preparation: adding grass fiber and biomass activated carbon into the soil in the step (1), and then, deeply ploughing for 40-50cm to embed the grass fiber and the biomass activated carbon into the bottom of the soil, wherein the mass ratio of the grass fiber to the biomass activated carbon is 100:10-15, and the application amount is 800-;
(3) soil improvement: irrigating water to the soil in the step (2), and then applying a soil conditioner with the dosage of 600-800 kg/mu; the soil conditioner is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 20-40 parts of fulvic acid potassium, 20-30 parts of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 10-15 parts of alum paste, 5-10 parts of sodium bentonite, 3-4 parts of silicon micropowder and 4-6 parts of water-retaining agent; standing for 14-21 days;
(4) and (3) culturing microorganisms: screening soil microorganism suspension from surface soil of a healthy grassland area, carrying out shake culture in a domestication culture medium for 2-3d, and then continuing shake culture in the same domestication culture medium for 3-5d to prepare a microorganism bacterium agent; mixing a microbial agent with an adsorption carrier to prepare a solid microbial ball;
(5) and (3) microbial improvement: applying solid microbial balls to the soil in the step (3) with the dosage of 200-300 kg/mu, then performing shallow ploughing for 15-25cm, and standing for 14-21 days;
(6) management: irrigating water at proper time, and applying solid microbial balls once every half year, wherein the dosage is 50-80 kg/mu; the soil conditioner is applied once a year, and the dosage is 200-400 kg/mu.

The method for rapidly restoring the surface soil of the degraded grassland according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution in the step (1) is an aqueous extract of honeysuckle, pseudo-ginseng, dandelion and alfalfa, and the mass concentration of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is 4-6%.

The method for rapidly restoring the surface soil of the degraded grassland according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the forage grass fiber in the step (2) is selected from the forage grass fiber of local grassland, preferably more than one of alfalfa, stipa capillata, green bristlegrass, saxifrage and small fleabane, and the forage grass is dried and crushed to obtain the forage grass fiber.

The method for rapidly restoring the surface soil of the degraded grassland according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the Chinese medicinal residue in the step (3) is more than one of licorice residue, honeysuckle residue, pseudo-ginseng residue, astragalus residue, angelica residue, gastrodia residue and dendrobium residue.

The method for rapidly restoring the surface soil of the degraded grassland according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the water retention agent in the step (3) is selected from more than one of polypropylene oxide-sodium alginate hydrogel, chitosan-sodium alginate hydrogel, hydroxyethyl cellulose-sodium alginate hydrogel, sodium polyacrylate and ammonium polyacrylate.
7. The method for rapidly restoring the surface soil of the degraded grassland according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the acclimatization culture medium in the step (4) comprises 10g/L of tryptone, 5g/L of yeast extract, 5g/L of sodium chloride and pH 7.4.

The method for rapidly restoring the surface soil of the degraded grassland according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the adsorption carrier in the step (4) is prepared by synthesizing raw powder by taking sodium silicate, aluminum hydroxide, agar powder, sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and peptone as raw materials, adding clay, drying, mixing, molding and roasting.
