Abstract

本发明公开了一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,包括灯罩、灯座、灯头、LED发光组件、驱动IC、电阻,灯罩与灯头配合形成一密封腔;灯座卡装在灯罩开口处,将密封腔分隔为上仓体、下仓体;LED发光组件置于上仓体中;LED发光组件部分插入灯座中与灯座内的驱动IC连接配合。本发明实施时,由于可以在注塑成型灯座时,将驱动IC可以与LED发光组件与之固定为一体,使得在实际组装时,只需要焊接电阻上的焊点,可以大量简化组装的过程,提高生产效率。

Description

一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明应用领域,具体的说是一种可以大大简化LED球泡灯生产难度的易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯。
背景技术
LED以其特有的发光特性的耗能、环保的优势,越来越多的被使用,为满足传统的灯座的使用需要,替换传统钨丝球泡灯或是莹光式球泡灯,就必然需要与传统的螺旋卡口灯座、卡座式灯座进行适配连接,LED球炮灯由此被大量生产和使用。
现有的LED球泡灯,包括灯罩、LED灯条、灯座、灯头,至少一根LED灯条被安装在灯座上形成一个组合体,该组合体置入灯罩与灯头形成的球泡腔体中,同时,由于LED灯条的工作离不开驱动电路,所以需要在球泡灯的尾部灯头内设置与LED灯条连接配合的若干电器元件,上述电器元件组合形成一驱动组件。
具体的说,如图4所示,现有的驱动组件与灯座和LED灯条间是独立的分离的,在生产过程中,LED灯条在灯座的注塑成型过程中与之连固为一体,而后再通过人工焊接的方式将驱动组件的各个电器元件与从灯座中引出并与LED灯条相连的引脚连焊在一起,在上述过程中,由于是分离且无基板的焊连,不利于自动化焊接,只能依靠人工操作焊接,故而在球泡灯的大批量生产过程中,需要大量工人,而当下,人工成本高的同时,也极为短缺,使得LED球泡灯的整体生产效率低、生产成本高,与现代企业生产的趋势和发展方向不符。
综上所述,现有的LED球泡灯在结构上制约了生产效率并提高了生产成本,有较大的改善空间和必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术所存在不足,提供一种将电器元件集成后与LED灯条自动化焊固后,使之可以利用自动化设备注胶成型为特定形状灯座以方便快速组装的易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,包括灯罩、灯座、灯头、LED发光组件、驱动IC、电阻,灯罩与灯头配合形成一密封腔;灯座卡装在灯罩开口处,将密封腔分隔为上仓体、下仓体;LED发光组件置于上仓体中;LED发光组件部分插入灯座中与灯座内的驱动IC连接配合;驱动IC还与伸出灯座的第一引脚、第二引脚连接配合;电阻位于下仓体中,第一引脚与电阻电性相接;电阻与灯头的底端中心部电性连接;第二引脚通过位于下仓体内的类U形的的电连接件与灯头内壁面电性连接配合;灯座包括柱形本体、设置在柱形本体上表面的上凸台、设置在柱形本体下表面的下凸台;下凸台用于将第一引脚、第二引脚隔离。
进一步的说,LED发光组件包括灯架、灯条,灯架上设置有至少一根灯条。
进一步的说,上凸台呈等腰梯形,驱动IC埋设在上凸台内。
进一步的说,下凸台呈直角梯形。
进一步的说,上凸台与下凸台以柱形本体为中心在径向错开90度,呈十字形交错。
进一步的说,电连接件的一边与灯头的内壁面抵触配合,该接触的一边呈波浪弯折。
本发明实施时,由于可以在注塑成型灯座时,将驱动IC可以与LED发光组件与之固定为一体,可以实现自动化生产,也可以简化组装的过程,提高生产效率。

实施例:
如图1-3所示,本发明包括灯罩1、灯座2、灯头3、LED发光组件4、驱动IC5、电阻6,灯罩1与灯头3配合形成一密封腔;灯座2卡装在灯罩1开口处,将密封腔分隔为上仓体7、下仓体17;LED发光组件4置于上仓体7中;LED发光组件4包括灯架8、灯条9,灯架8上设置有两根灯条9;LED发光组件4的灯架8插入灯座2中与埋设在灯座2内的驱动IC5连接配合;驱动IC5还与伸出灯座2的第一引脚10、第二引脚11连接配合;电阻6位于下仓体8中,第一引脚10与电阻6电性相接;电阻6与灯头3的底端中心部电性连接;第二引脚11与位于下仓体8内的类U形的的电连接件12相接;电连接件12的一边与灯头3的内壁面抵触配合,该接触的一边13呈凹凸弯折;灯座2包括柱形本体14、设置在柱形本体14上表面的上凸台15、设置在柱形本体14下表面的下凸台16;上凸台15与下凸台16以柱形本体14为中心在径向错开90度,呈十字形交错。上凸台15呈等腰梯形,驱动IC5埋设在上凸台15内;下凸台16呈直角梯形;将第一引脚10、第二引脚11隔离。

Claims (6)

1.一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,其特征在于:包括灯罩、灯座、灯头、LED发光组件、驱动IC、电阻,灯罩与灯头配合形成一密封腔;灯座卡装在灯罩开口处,将密封腔分隔为上仓体、下仓体;LED发光组件置于上仓体中;LED发光组件部分插入灯座中与灯座内的驱动IC连接配合;驱动IC还与伸出灯座的第一引脚、第二引脚连接配合;电阻位于下仓体中,第一引脚与电阻电性相接;电阻与灯头的底端中心部电性连接;第二引脚通过位于下仓体内的电连接件与灯头内壁面电性连接配合;灯座包括柱形本体、设置在柱形本体上表面的上凸台、设置在柱形本体下表面的下凸台;下凸台用于将第一引脚、第二引脚隔离。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,其特征在于:LED发光组件包括灯架、灯条,灯架上设置有至少一根灯条。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,其特征在于:上凸台呈等腰梯形,驱动IC埋设在上凸台内。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,其特征在于:下凸台呈直角梯形。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,其特征在于:上凸台与下凸台以柱形本体为中心在径向错开90度,呈十字形交错。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种易于组装的一体式LED球泡灯,其特征在于:电连接件呈类U形,电连接件的一边与灯头的内壁面抵触配合,该接触的一边呈波浪弯折。
