The invention has excellent flame retardant property, no toxic substance after high temperature combustion and good comprehensive performance.

adding quartz sand, quartz powder and an inorganic flame retardant into a ball mill for ball milling to obtain inorganic powder;
then uniformly stirring and mixing the silane coupling agent, the thermosetting resin, the styrene, the curing agent, the hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene and the plant extract, and then adding the mixture into the inorganic powder and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed material;
and (3) performing extrusion forming on the mixed material, solidifying, cooling, demolding and polishing to obtain the quartz plate with flame retardant property.
When the mixed material is extruded, the mixed material is pushed into an extrusion forming machine for first extrusion, the pressure is 1-2MPa, the pressing time is 20-30s, and then the mixed material is extruded for the second time, the pressure is 2-3MPa, and the extrusion time is 150-200 s.
The curing temperature is 78-85 ℃, and the curing time is 40-50 min.
According to the invention, through multiple times of extrusion, air in the forming process can be effectively extruded, so that the forming quality is improved, the overall strength is higher, and the hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene is used as an organic flame-retardant material and is matched with an organic flame-retardant material, namely aluminum hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide, so that the flame-retardant effect of the plate can be improved, the production cost can be greatly reduced, and the plant extractant has a certain antibacterial property.
