本发明涉及文化产品印刷新材料及其制备技术领域,特别涉及高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜。本发明还涉及上述高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜的生产工艺。
背景技术
热转印花膜广泛应用于文具、玩具、竹木、五金、玻璃、金属、日用品、化妆品等领域。具体地,热转印花膜是指带有胶黏剂的图文,在热与压力的共同作用下,连同离型层一起脱离载体薄膜,牢固转印在承印物表面的特殊功能印刷膜。热转印膜一般由3~5层构成。三层热转印膜由基底层、印刷层和胶黏层构成;四层热转印膜由基底层、离型层、印刷层和胶黏层构成;五层热转印膜由基底层、离型层、印刷层、胶黏层和热熔胶粉层构成。基底层:即离型剂、油墨及胶黏剂涂布的载体,要求该载体耐温、耐压、拉伸变形小。离型层:是一层离型剂的涂层,在常温下保持固体状态,在一定的温度下可熔化,与基底层的粘结力变小,能很快从基底层上脱离,无粘连剩余物。离型剂是完成印刷层从基底层上分离,向承印物表面转移的关键。它要求具有良好的耐磨性,起到保护彩色油墨,降低紫外线的辐射强度,降低空气中不利因素对油墨的侵袭,延长油墨使用期的作用,并能缓冲基材薄膜和印刷层的附着力。印刷层:该层是转印制品质地美感的根本。随着印刷技术的进步、图像处理技术的发展,印刷层具有各种色泽,各种图案。特别是采用凹版印刷得到的图文,能很好体现出细腻的图文,让其包装装饰效果更完美。胶黏层:它的基本性能是与承印物表面有较高的粘结力,保证印刷层与承印物表面结合牢固。该层胶黏剂必须与承印材料相匹配。不同的胶黏剂,由于化学成分的不同,与承印物的粘结力相差很远。应根据不同的承印物,进行选择。目前所有的热转印花膜在使用时,要确保承印物表面无白点、脏污、条痕等弊病,否则会影响整个印花膜的性能,如美观性、耐候性、耐刮性、热断裂性、重叠性等;另外,热转印花膜的耐磨性,一定程度上决定其使用寿命。因此,研制高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜可以增加热转印花膜的美观性、增加对底材的遮盖性,提高产品档次。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高遮盖凹版银墨转印花膜,该膜适用范围更广,且透明度和表明张力更好。本发明所要解决的技术问题还包括提供一种上述高遮盖凹版银墨转印花膜生产工艺。
本发明提供一种高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜,其特征在于:包括PET基膜层、离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层,所述PET基膜层、离型层、印花油墨层、背胶层依次复合为一体,所述高遮盖凹版银墨层的原料组分包括:铝银粉、丙烯酸树脂、羧基氯醋树脂、羟基氯醋树脂、纤维素、防掉银助剂、乙酸乙酯、正丙酯。

本发明提供了一种上述高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(a)材料制备:包括首先乙酸乙酯34%、乙酸乙酯38%混合后通过水域加温到沸点,然后将加温好的乙酸乙酯、正丙酯倒入料缸后启动分散机,最后依顺序将丙烯酸树脂、羧基氯醋树脂、羟基氯醋树脂、纤维素逐步加入料缸中分散120分钟,直至充分分散均匀;
(b)各层材料准备:准备PET基膜层、离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层,并将各层按需求修剪为同等大小;
(c)涂布:使用PET基材对离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层表面进行涂布,放入辊筒之间碾压;
(d)印刷图文:在离型层、背胶层中任意两层之间印刷油墨,形成印刷油墨层;将需要转印的图案制作成高分辨率的图片;按照图片尺寸制作出网点式凹版电雕版;
(e)凹版印刷:把凹版安装上印刷机械上,按照由下至上分别为:PET基膜层、离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层的顺序进行叠放,并进行凹版印刷等到热转印花膜。
本发明实施例2提供的优选的,所述步骤(a)材料制备,包括首先乙酸乙酯34%、乙酸乙酯38%混合后通过水域加温到沸点,然后将加温好的乙酸乙酯、正丙酯倒入料缸后启动分散机,最后依顺序将丙烯酸树脂、羧基氯醋树脂、羟基氯醋树脂、纤维素逐步加入料缸中分散120分钟,直至充分分散均匀;
第一步:乙酸乙酯、正丙酯、铝银粉倒入料缸中搅拌以1000转/分钟搅拌30分钟,然后静止12-24小时;
第二步:泡好的银粉溶液、树脂液、防掉银助剂倒入料缸中,以1000转/分钟搅拌30分钟即可使用;
氯醋树脂有良好的展色性、丙烯酸树脂对颜料有良好的润湿分散性、纤维素在增稠的同时可以防止银粉比重过大而造成沉淀,防掉银助剂添加在以上混合树脂液中可以起到良好的链接作用,转印经过热转印后,经过思高3M810胶带剥离测试,未见脱落现象。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜设有PET基膜层、离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层,各层采用环保、成本低的原料配方材料,各层协同作用;
PET基膜:是具有抗双向拉伸且耐高温的基材,表面张力一般为38-40、透明度极好,PET薄膜是一种载体;
离型层:分子量范围60000-90000、TG值范围100-115,固含量范围18%-23%丙烯酸树脂液,涂布版雕刻工艺为70线角0,湿涂量6.5-7.5g/㎡,干涂量1.17-1.75g/㎡;
油墨层:高遮盖凹版银墨,版辊雕刻工艺分两种(a)无文字底色版和单文子为60线角0工艺,(b)返白文字版70线角0工艺,60线角0比70线角0深15%,相对遮盖力会更好,所有呈现出来的图文均为油墨层;
背胶层:背胶层分为两大类(a类:丙烯酸体系,用于ABS类底材上;b类:氯化聚丙烯体系,用于PP类、玻璃、竹木、不锈钢等底材上)
具有美观性、耐候性、耐刮性、热断裂性、重叠性等,且简单便捷、应用广泛,可用于很多产品上,如纸制品、木制品、塑料、皮革、玻璃制品等。

(d)印刷图文:在离型层、背胶层中任意两层之间印刷油墨,形成印刷油墨层;将需要转印的图案制作成高分辨率的图片;按照图片尺寸制作出网点式凹版电雕版;

3.根据权利要求1所述的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述印花油墨层的油墨的原料组分的重量份配比为:
乙酸乙酯6%、
正丙酯12%
铝银粉20%
树脂液55%
防掉银助剂7%。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜,其特征在于:所述有机树脂连结料是羟基氯醋树脂、羧基氯醋树脂、丙烯酸树脂、防掉银助剂、铝银粉按照比例组成。
5.一种权利要求1或2或3所述的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(a)材料制备;
(b)各层材料准备:准备PET基膜层、离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层,并将各层按需求修剪为同等大小;
(c)涂布:使用PET基材对离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层表面进行涂布,放入辊筒之间碾压;
(d)印刷图文:在离型层、背胶层中任意两层之间印刷油墨,形成印刷油墨层;将需要转印的图案制作成高分辨率的图片;按照图片尺寸制作出网点式凹版电雕版;
(e)凹版印刷:把凹版安装上印刷机械上,按照由下至上分别为:PET基膜层、离型层、高遮盖凹版银墨层、背胶层、热熔胶粉层的顺序进行叠放,并进行凹版印刷等到热转印花膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(a)材料制备,包括首先乙酸乙酯34%、乙酸乙酯38%混合后通过水域加温到沸点,然后将加温好的乙酸乙酯、正丙酯倒入料缸后启动分散机,最后依顺序将丙烯酸树脂、羧基氯醋树脂、羟基氯醋树脂、纤维素逐步加入料缸中分散120分钟,直至充分分散均匀。
7.根据权利要求5所述的高遮盖凹版银墨热转印花膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(a)材料制备,包括首先乙酸乙酯34%、乙酸乙酯38%混合后通过水域加温到沸点,然后将加温好的乙酸乙酯、正丙酯倒入料缸后启动分散机,最后依顺序将丙烯酸树脂、羧基氯醋树脂、羟基氯醋树脂、纤维素逐步加入料缸中分散120分钟,直至充分分散均匀;
第一步:乙酸乙酯、正丙酯、铝银粉倒入料缸中搅拌以1000转/分钟搅拌30分钟,然后静止12-24小时;
第二步:泡好的银粉溶液、树脂液、防掉银助剂倒入料缸中,以1000转/分钟搅拌30分钟即可使用;
氯醋树脂有良好的展色性、丙烯酸树脂对颜料有良好的润湿分散性、纤维素在增稠的同时可以防止银粉比重过大而造成沉淀,防掉银助剂添加在以上混合树脂液中可以起到良好的链接作用,转印经过热转印后,经过思高3M810胶带剥离测试,未见脱落现象。
