本发明公开的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备及应用该涂布设备的网版涂布方法,该涂布设备包括设备主体,设备主体上设有工位面板、电动轨道、电动位移台、涂布机构和加热机构,该涂布设备结构简单,操作便捷,可有效快速的完成将网版与聚合物薄膜复合为一体,一机搞定,无需额外加工,基于改进的涂布设备进行工艺改良设计,大大降低了工艺复杂性,提高了涂布良率,从而大大提高太阳能网版的产品质量和产能。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能网版技术领域,特别是一种滚筒式网版涂布设备及应用该涂布设备的网版涂布方法。
背景技术
太阳能网版是一种用于太阳能电池的印刷模板,其主体结构包含网框、聚酯网布、热熔胶圈和金属丝网,制作流程包括绷网、冲洗、涂布、曝光、显影、检版等诸多环节,其制作流程控制节点数量庞大,因此影响良率和结果的因素非常多,为了管控产品良率和质量,需要针对每一个环节进行严格的质量把控。而其中最重要的环节则是涂布,其良率和质量直接决定成品良率。
目前太阳能网版领域的涂布依旧是完全依靠人工的作业方式,涂布的均匀性无法得到精准控制,另外感光胶反复回收,使得其中极易出现微小沉淀或杂志,影响涂布良率。
因此,选择带有背胶的聚合物薄膜较为适宜,如聚酰亚胺膜,进行涂布。首先,聚酰亚胺膜材本身洁净度较高,厚度均匀性好,涂布良率高;其次,膜材本身带有背胶,采用热粘贴的方式,无需感光胶,从而提升产品品质,而且膜材机械性能好,能够提高网版寿命,提升网版质量。
为此,我公司针对该涂布改进,开发了相应的涂布设备,并针对性改良了涂布工艺。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,从而公开了滚筒式网版涂布设备及应用该涂布设备的网版涂布方法。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其特征在于,包括设备主体,所述设备主体上设有工位面板、电动轨道、电动位移台、涂布机构和加热机构;
所述电动轨道对称设置于设备主体中部的两侧,且相对设置,所述工位面板水平设置,其两端通过连接块与电动轨道相连接,由电动轨道控制水平移动,工位面板的中部设置有涂布工位;所述电动位移台设置于工位面板的正下方,所述涂布机构安装于电动位移台上,包括安装座、第一伸缩器和涂布滚筒,所述安装座与电动位移台固定连接,所述第一伸缩器竖直设置,其下端与安装座固定连接,其伸缩端与涂布滚筒连接,所述涂布滚筒自由转动;所述加热机构固定设置于工位面板的正上方,包括第二伸缩器、安装板和加热板,所述第二伸缩器竖直设置,且伸缩端竖直朝下,第二伸缩器的上端与设备主体固定连接,其伸缩端与安装板固定连接,所述安装板水平设置,所述加热板固定设置于安装板的下端面上,且水平设置;
所述涂布工位处设置定位槽,所述定位槽周边设置定位工装。
上述的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其中,所述加热机构处设置导向机构,所述导向机构由导向套和导向柱构成,所述导向套竖直设置,并套在导向柱外,导向套的下端与安装板固定连接,所述导向柱与导向套间隙配合,其上端与设备主体固定连接。
上述的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其中,所述导向机构的数量为2组,对称设置于第二伸缩器的两侧。
上述的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其中,所述定位工装为定位PIN。
上述的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其中,所述第一伸缩器和第一伸缩器为电动伸缩器、气动伸缩器或液压伸缩器。
上述的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其中,所述设备主体前侧设置有显示器和控制面板。
一种应用滚筒式网版涂布设备的的网版涂布方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)选材:基于网版规格选择适宜大小和厚度的聚合物薄膜,聚合物薄膜上的背胶厚度亦按规格调整;
(2)清洁:使用粘尘滚筒将网版上的落尘清理干净,并将网版P面朝上放置;
(3)预复合:将聚合物薄膜贴附在网版P面上,背胶面朝下,与网版接触,薄膜面朝上;
(4)再清洁:将聚合物薄膜表面的落尘清理干净,并覆盖上一层胶垫;
(5)涂布:将网版连同聚合物薄膜一并置于轮式网版涂布设备上,启动加热机构和涂布机构,进行涂布,待背胶彻底固化后,网版贴附完成;
(6)后处理:利用激光、镭射等设备,在聚合物薄膜上处理图案,即得到太阳能网版。
上述的一种应用滚筒式网版涂布设备的的网版涂布方法,其中,步骤(5)的具体步骤如下:
(a)放置网版:将网版连同聚合物薄膜一并置于涂布工位的定位槽处,使网版居中放置,并使用定位工装将网版定位;
(b)工位调整:启动电动轨道,使工位面板水平运动,直至将涂布工位调整到合适位置;
(c)加热:启动第二伸缩器,使加热板下降至指定位置,对聚合物薄膜和背胶进行加热;
(d)滚压:启动第一伸缩器,使滚筒上升,对网版和聚合物薄膜施压,并启动电动位移台,使滚筒往复运动,从而使加热熔化的的背胶挤入到网版的网孔中,并加速网孔排气;
(e)复位:待滚压完成,加热机构和涂布机构复位,随后,待背胶彻底固化后,网版贴附完成,即可取下网版。

实施例一
本实施例的一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其特征在于,包括设备主体1,所述设备主体1上设有工位面板2、电动轨道3、电动位移台4、涂布机构和加热机构;
所述电动轨道3对称设置于设备主体1中部的两侧,且相对设置,所述工位面板2水平设置,其两端通过连接块7与电动轨道3相连接,由电动轨道3控制水平移动,工位面板2的中部设置有涂布工位8;所述电动位移台4设置于工位面板2的正下方,所述涂布机构安装于电动位移台4上,包括安装座9、第一伸缩器10和涂布滚筒11,所述安装座9与电动位移台4固定连接,所述第一伸缩器10竖直设置,其下端与安装座9固定连接,其伸缩端与涂布滚筒11连接,所述涂布滚筒11自由转动;所述加热机构固定设置于工位面板2的正上方,包括第二伸缩器12、安装板13和加热板14,所述第二伸缩器12竖直设置,且伸缩端竖直朝下,第二伸缩器12的上端与设备主体1固定连接,其伸缩端与安装板13固定连接,所述安装板13水平设置,所述加热板14固定设置于安装板13的下端面上,且水平设置;
所述涂布工位8处设置定位槽15,所述定位槽15周边设置定位工装16;

实施例二
本实施例的一种应用滚筒式网版涂布设备的的网版涂布方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)选材:基于网版规格选择适宜大小和厚度的聚合物薄膜,聚合物薄膜上的背胶厚度亦按规格调整;
(2)清洁:使用粘尘滚筒将网版上的落尘清理干净,并将网版P面朝上放置;
(3)预复合:将聚合物薄膜贴附在网版P面上,背胶面朝下,与网版接触,薄膜面朝上;
(4)再清洁:将聚合物薄膜表面的落尘清理干净,并覆盖上一层胶垫;
(5)涂布:将网版连同聚合物薄膜一并置于轮式网版涂布设备上,启动加热机构和涂布机构,进行涂布,待背胶彻底固化后,网版贴附完成;
(6)后处理:利用激光、镭射等设备,在聚合物薄膜上处理图案,即得到太阳能网版。
上述的一种应用滚筒式网版涂布设备的的网版涂布方法,其中,步骤(5)的具体步骤如下:
(a)放置网版:将网版连同聚合物薄膜一并置于涂布工位的定位槽处,使网版居中放置,并使用定位工装将网版定位;
(b)工位调整:启动电动轨道,使工位面板水平运动,直至将涂布工位调整到合适位置;
(c)加热:启动第二伸缩器,使加热板下降至指定位置,对聚合物薄膜和背胶进行加热;
(d)滚压:启动第一伸缩器,使滚筒上升,对网版和聚合物薄膜施压,并启动电动位移台,使滚筒往复运动,从而使加热熔化的的背胶挤入到网版的网孔中,并加速网孔排气,避免聚合物薄膜与网版之间产生气泡;
(e)复位:待滚压完成,加热机构和涂布机构复位,随后,待背胶彻底固化后,网版贴附完成,即可取下网版;
本实施例提供的网版涂布方法,用于太阳能网版的生产,基于改进的涂布设备进行设计,大大降低了工艺复杂性,提高了涂布良率,从而大大提高太阳能网版的产品质量和产能。

1.一种滚筒式网版涂布设备,其特征在于,包括设备主体,所述设备主体上设有工位面板、电动轨道、电动位移台、涂布机构和加热机构;
所述电动轨道对称设置于设备主体中部的两侧,且相对设置,所述工位面板水平设置,其两端通过连接块与电动轨道相连接,由电动轨道控制水平移动,工位面板的中部设置有涂布工位;所述电动位移台设置于工位面板的正下方,所述涂布机构安装于电动位移台上,包括安装座、第一伸缩器和涂布滚筒,所述安装座与电动位移台固定连接,所述第一伸缩器竖直设置,其下端与安装座固定连接,其伸缩端与涂布滚筒连接,所述涂布滚筒自由转动;
所述加热机构固定设置于工位面板的正上方,包括第二伸缩器、安装板和加热板,所述第二伸缩器竖直设置,且伸缩端竖直朝下,第二伸缩器的上端与设备主体固定连接,其伸缩端与安装板固定连接,所述安装板水平设置,所述加热板固定设置于安装板的下端面上,且水平设置;所述涂布工位处设置定位槽,所述定位槽周边设置定位工装。
