一种SO2防疫消杀方法及其装置,用SO2作防疫消杀剂,在相对封闭的有限空间内释放消杀剂,使细菌、病毒等病原体与其接触后失去增殖活性,阻断由呼吸道传染及密切接触传染的疫病传播,并用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,其所配置的防疫消杀装置不仅可以精确控制SO2的释放速度和施放剂量,而且还能做到SO2气体在防疫消杀过程收放自如,杜绝环境污染和人员伤亡的事故发生,具有防疫效果好,消杀成本低,操作简便,环境友好等优点,适用于相对封闭的公共场所、交通工具、家庭住房、家禽家畜养殖厂房、冷鲜食品加工厂等的防疫消杀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于卫生防疫领域,具体涉及一种SO2防疫消杀方法及其装置。
背景技术
众所周知,二氧化硫(SO2)是无色气体,有强烈刺激性气味,是大气主要污染物之一。SO2可作为漂白剂、还原剂及杀菌剂使用,然而,SO2气体释放后就无法驾驭,其在防疫消杀过程中稍有不慎,就会造成人员伤亡及环境污染,且消杀残留的SO2气体也容易造成室内人员的不适。因此,尽管SO2是一种十分有效的消毒剂及抗菌剂,但当今世界,无人敢用也没人愿用它作为防疫消杀剂。
防疫消杀的目的为了杀灭环境中的传染源(病原体),切断疫病的传播链,从而使疫情得到有效的控制。常规的防疫消杀方法有物理法和化学法等。物理法包括打扫、洗刷(冲洗)、日晒、通风、干燥、紫外消毒、火焰消毒、焚烧等方法,是防疫消毒中最常用、最简单的方法,但这些方法在大多情况下是受限的。化学法是采用化学药剂喷洒和熏蒸等方法使环境中的病原体得以杀灭,传统的消杀化学药剂包括含氯消毒剂、含碘消毒剂、过氧化物类消毒剂等,传统化学法存在的缺陷是消毒药剂的使用有许多顾忌事项,稍有不慎,极易给人畜及环境造成危害和污染,且一般只能进行点消杀和面消杀,消杀后的残留物对人畜及环境造成的伤害较大。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种防疫效果好,消杀成本低,对人畜及环境造危害小的操作简便的防疫消杀方法。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,用SO2作防疫消杀剂,在相对封闭的有限空间内释放消杀剂,使细菌、病毒等病原体与其接触后失去增殖活性,阻断由呼吸道传染及密切接触传染的疫病传播,并用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化;
所述SO2源自通过物理或化学的方法能释放SO2的化合物,优选气态或液态SO2、亚硫酸或/和亚硫酸盐的溶液及含S(IV)的烟雾中的至少一种;
所述亚硫酸盐优选亚硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸钾、亚硫酸氢钾、焦亚硫酸钾、亚硫酸镁、亚硫酸氢镁中的至少一种。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,具体是指,先将相对封闭的有限空间内的有生命的物体撤离,再释放SO2气体,使空气中SO2的浓度升至6~500ppm,消杀0.1~1小时后,再用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,然后恢复有生命的物体在其中的活动,或
先将相对封闭的有限空间内的有生命的物体撤离,喷洒浓度为0.1~6%的亚硫酸或/和亚硫酸盐的溶液,让其挥发出SO2,使空气中SO2的浓度升至6~500ppm,消杀0.5~2.5小时后,再用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,然后恢复有生命的物体在其中的活动,或
直接在相对封闭的有限空间内释放SO2,控制SO2的浓度为0.5~5ppm,消杀3~30分钟后,再用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,每天消杀1次或多次,或
直接在相对封闭有限空间的进风口释放SO2,控制SO2的浓度为0.1~1ppm,进行连续消杀或间断定时消杀,并在排风口用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,或
直接在相对封闭有限空间的进风口释放SO2和NH3,形成浓度为1~15ppm的亚硫酸铵或/和亚硫酸氢铵的烟雾,进行连续消杀或间断定时消杀,使细菌、病毒等病原体与其接触失去增殖活性,阻断呼吸道及密切接触的疫病传播。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,所述含S(IV)的烟雾,是指SO2与碱性气体或蒸汽混合形成的亚硫酸盐或/和亚硫酸氢盐的烟雾,优选SO2与NH3混合形成的亚硫酸铵或/和亚硫酸氢铵的烟雾。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,所述氨气源自能释放NH3的化合物,优选气态或液态氨及通过物理或化学的方法能释放氨气的化合物中的至少一种。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,所述固化是指,SO2与氨或/和其它碱性物质接触,使之转化成亚硫酸盐或/和亚硫酸氢盐,阻止其在空气中继续扩散。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,所述碱性物质是指能吸收SO2的碱性物质,其中优选氧化钙、氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、氧化镁、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾中的至少一种。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀方法,经SO2消杀后,细菌、病毒等病原体的增殖失活率≥99%,消杀后再用氨或/和其它碱性物质固化,空气中残留的SO2≤0.05ppm、NH3≤0.1ppm。
本发明还提供了一种SO2防疫消杀装置,包括依次连接的进风管、风机和出风管,所述进风管内置有释放器,释放器连接至SO2气源或/和氨气源,用于释放SO2或/和氨,所述出风管内设有内置气体检测仪。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀的装置,安装于相对封闭的有限空间的进风口或固定于相对封闭的有限空间内的移动支架上,所述相对封闭的有限空间内设有若干外挂气体检测仪。
本发明一种SO2防疫消杀装置,空气由进风管吸入,SO2或/和氨由释放器释放,SO2或/和氨与空气经风机搅拌混合后,进入出风管进一步混合,然后送至相对封闭的有限空间内,并依据内置气体检测仪和外挂气体检测仪反馈的信息,适时调节释放器中SO2或/和氨的释放速度,进行定期定量防疫消杀。
本发明与已有的技术相比具有以下优点及效果:
1、本发明用SO2或/和亚硫酸铵盐的烟雾作防疫消杀剂,利用S(IV)对蛋白质分子中的巯基(-SH)、硫键(-S-、-S-S-)的侵蚀作用,及其对细胞内外能量传输的迟缓作用,使细菌、病毒等病原体与其接触后失去增殖活性,从而阻断呼吸道及密切接触的疫病传播。
2、本发明用SO2或/和亚硫酸铵盐的烟雾作防疫消杀剂,可实现消杀区域所有物体的表面及空气全方位无死角的消杀,且消杀后SO2固化形成的亚硫酸盐对病原体仍然有杀灭效力,对人畜及环境的危害较小,而传统防疫消杀剂大多是液体或固体,只能进行点消杀或面消杀,且消杀后的残留物对人畜及环境的伤害大。
3、本发明利用人畜对SO2或/和亚硫酸铵盐都有一定的耐受性,人畜吸入的SO2,先在呼吸道转化成亚硫酸和亚硫酸盐,亚硫酸和亚硫酸盐再经肺部的血液循环扩散至体内的各个部位,然后在体内亚硫酸盐氧化酶的作用下逐渐转化成无毒害的硫酸盐,排泄出体外,且人畜持续定量接触含有低浓度SO2或/和亚硫酸铵盐烟雾的空气,还可逐渐提高其对呼吸道传染疾病的免疫力。
4、本发明用SO2或/和亚硫酸铵盐作防疫消杀剂,在相对封闭的有限空间内释放消杀剂,使病原体与其接触后失去增殖活性,阻断呼吸道及密切接触的疫病传播,具有防疫效果好,消杀成本低,操作简便,环境友好等优点,且所配置的防疫消杀装置不仅可以精确控制SO2的释放速度和施放剂量,而且还能做到SO2气体在防疫消杀过程收放自如,杜绝环境污染和人员伤亡的事故发生,适用于相对封闭的公共场所、交通工具、家庭住房、家禽家畜养殖场及冷鲜食品加工厂等的防疫消杀。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步描述,以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。
如图1所示,为本发明的防疫消杀装置的结构示意图,包括依次连接的进风管1、风机3和出风管4,所述进风管1内置有释放器2,释放器2连接至SO2气源或/和氨气源,用于释放SO2或/和氨,所述出风管4内设有内置气体检测仪5。
本发明的防疫消杀的装置,安装于相对封闭的有限空间的进风口或固定于相对封闭的有限空间内的移动支架上,所述相对封闭的有限空间内还设有若干外挂气体检测仪6。
工作时,空气由进风管1吸入,SO2或/和氨由释放器2释放,SO2或/和氨与空气经风机3搅拌混合后,进入出风管4进一步混合,然后送至相对封闭的有限空间内,并依据内置气体检测仪5和外挂气体检测仪6反馈的信息,适时调节释放器中SO2或/和氨的释放速度,进行定期定量防疫消杀。
实施例1
某养鸡场个别鸡舍出现偶发性禽流感,为了遏制疫病大面积扩散,养鸡场先将患病鸡扑杀填埋,并暂停活禽交易,同时将防疫消杀装置安装于移动支架上对所有的活鸡及鸡舍用浓度为6~9ppm的亚硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢铵的烟雾消杀一遍后,然后改用SO2消杀,将防疫消杀装置安装于鸡舍进风口,每隔6~8小时消杀1次,严格控制鸡舍内SO2浓度为0.4~0.8ppm,每次消杀0.25~0.5小时,并将释放的SO2在鸡舍的排风口用氨固化,以免消杀过程对活鸡及环境造成不必要的伤害。连续消杀3天后,养鸡场内新增染疫鸡的数量显著减少,7天后,禽流感疫情在养鸡场内的传播被彻底阻断。另外,在消杀过程,还在鸡舍的地面撒上石灰,每次消杀前先用塑料布将其盖好,消杀结束后再将塑料布揭开,利用石灰将鸡舍内残留的SO2吸收,以利于鸡舍内空气质量的快速改善。
实施例2
某班有几名同学患流感,为了阻止流感在校园内传播,学校将患病的学生隔离,并用SO2对全校所有教室进行消毒。课前10分钟,在门窗关闭的教室里,将防疫消杀装置安装于移动支架上,进行释放SO2,待SO2浓度升至2.5~3.5ppm,消杀5~8分钟后,再释放氨气将教室里的SO2全部快速转化成亚硫酸铵或/和亚硫酸氢铵,确保教室内残留的NH3≤0.1ppm、SO2≤0.05ppm,然后打开门窗,让学生和老师进入教室上课,每天消杀3~5次,连续消杀1周,流感在学校蔓延的势头得到有效遏制。
实施例3
某家庭有人患了高致病传染性肺炎,在患者送医就诊的同时,将其家庭的其他成员进行隔离,并对其房屋实施消杀:先将门窗关闭,再将防疫消杀装置安装于移动支架上,进行释放SO2,将SO2浓度升至15~50ppm,消杀2.5小时后,再释放氨气将室内的SO2固化。患者住房消杀后取样化验,结果发现,屋内残留的肺炎病原体全部失去增殖活性,1周后房屋内残留的肺炎病原体彻底消亡。
实施例4
某养猪场偶发疫情,为了避免疫情传播,将染疫的猪快速处置后,每天对健康的生猪进行防疫消杀,以防疫病蔓延。具体措施为:在养猪场内建起管道式的防疫消杀通道,通道的进气口安装有防疫消杀装置,释放SO2,控制通道内SO2的浓度为1.5~3.5ppm,对生猪进行防疫消杀,通道的排气口接喷淋塔,释放的SO2用石灰乳喷淋吸收,消杀过程,生猪从排气端的侧门进入消杀通道,生猪经3~5分钟防疫消杀后,再从进气端的侧门鱼贯而出,每天消杀1~3次,6天后养猪场内的疫情得到有效控制。
Claims (10)
1.一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:用SO2作防疫消杀剂,在相对封闭的有限空间内释放消杀剂,使细菌、病毒等病原体与其接触后失去增殖活性,阻断由呼吸道传染及密切接触传染的疫病传播,并用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化;
所述SO2源自通过物理或化学的方法能释放SO2的化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:具体是指,先将有限空间内的有生命的物体撤离,再释放SO2气体,使空气中SO2的浓度升至6~500ppm,消杀0.1~1小时后,再用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,然后恢复有生命的物体在其中的活动,或
先将相对封闭的有限空间内的有生命的物体撤离,喷洒浓度为0.1~6%的亚硫酸或/和亚硫酸盐的溶液,让其挥发出SO2,使空气中SO2的浓度升至6~500ppm,消杀0.5~2.5小时后,再用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,然后恢复有生命的物体在其中的活动,或
直接在相对封闭的有限空间内释放SO2,控制SO2的浓度为0.5~5ppm,消杀3~30分钟后,再用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,每天消杀1次或多次,或
直接在相对封闭有限空间的进风口释放SO2,控制SO2的浓度为0.1~1ppm,进行连续消杀或间断定时消杀,并在排风口用氨或/和其它碱性物质将释放的SO2固化,或
直接在相对封闭有限空间的进风口释放SO2和NH3,形成浓度为1~15ppm的亚硫酸铵或/和亚硫酸氢铵的烟雾,进行连续消杀或间断定时消杀,使细菌、病毒等病原体与其接触失去增殖活性,阻断呼吸道及密切接触的疫病传播。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:所述亚硫酸盐选自亚硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢铵、亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸钾、亚硫酸氢钾、焦亚硫酸钾、亚硫酸镁、亚硫酸氢镁中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:所述含S(IV)的烟雾,是指SO2与碱性气体或蒸汽混合形成的亚硫酸盐或/和亚硫酸氢盐的烟雾。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:所述氨气源自能释放NH3的化合物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:所述固化是指,SO2与氨或/和其它碱性物质接触,使之转化成亚硫酸盐或/和亚硫酸氢盐,阻止其在空气中继续扩散。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:所述碱性物质是指能吸收SO2的碱性物质。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种SO2防疫消杀方法,其特征在于:经SO2消杀后,细菌、病毒等病原体的增殖失活率≥99%,消杀后再用氨或/和其它碱性物质固化,空气中残留的SO2≤0.05ppm、NH3≤0.1ppm。
9.一种SO2防疫消杀装置,其特征在于:包括依次连接的进风管、风机和出风管,所述进风管内置有释放器,释放器连接至SO2气源或/和氨气源,用于释放SO2或/和氨,所述出风管内设有内置气体检测仪。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种SO2防疫消杀装置,其特征在于:所述SO2防疫消杀装置安装于相对封闭的有限空间的进风口或固定于相对封闭的有限空间内的移动支架上,所述相对封闭的有限空间内设有若干外挂气体检测仪。
