Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a Chinese patent medicine pill for treating liver diseases, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
For the treatment of liver diseases, the antiviral treatment is the key to the treatment of hepatitis B in western medicine. Once the indication is present and the condition is met, antiviral therapy must be performed. Although the treatment effect of taking the antiviral drugs is faster and better, once the drugs are stopped, the viruses are easily replicated again, and the disease is relapsed and rebounded. However, long-term administration of the drug will cause drug resistance variation, which can treat both symptoms and root causes. The problem is not worried about when taking traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine is used for treating liver diseases by means of multi-way, multi-level and multi-target points such as liver protection, anti-inflammation, immunity regulation, hepatic fibrosis resistance and the like, and by differentiation of symptoms and signs, clinical symptoms are improved, liver functions are restored, the immune function of an organism is adjusted, the damage of liver pathological tissues is repaired, hepatic fibrosis is prevented, and HBV is inhibited or eliminated. Although there is no direct antiviral drug, the traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the functions of viscera and strengthen the healthy qi of human body, and the virus is killed by the method of improving human immunity to a great extent (no culture medium for virus growth is provided). Can also achieve the effect of inhibiting or eliminating viruses. Moreover, the traditional Chinese medicine has stable effects of reducing enzyme, removing jaundice, resisting virus and improving symptoms and small side effect, and is a treatment method worthy of recommendation, so the traditional Chinese medicine is undoubtedly the most safe and effective treatment method for liver diseases.

ultrasonic observation: the liver is slightly small, the shape is normal, the surface is uneven, the lower edge angle of the liver becomes pure, the light spots of the liver parenchyma are thickened, increased and disordered, the distribution is uneven, and no obvious occupation is seen. The hepatic vein becomes thin, and the intrahepatic bile duct is not expanded. There was no dilation of the main portal vein, no internal exploration and substantial echo. CDFI: the portal vein is the blood flow into the liver.
The cut section of the gallbladder is normal in size and shape, the wall is not thick, and no obvious calculus or tumor is found in the gallbladder. The common bile duct did not dilate. CDFI: the gallbladder wall has no abnormal blood flow signal.
The section of pancreas is normal in size and shape, the parenchyma echo is uniform, obvious space occupying lesion is not seen, and the main pancreatic duct is not obviously expanded. CDFI: an abnormal blood flow signal is indicated.
The spleen was removed.
The section of the double kidneys is normal in size and shape, the parenchyma echoes are uniform, no space occupying lesion is seen, the integration system is not separated, and no abnormal echogenic clique is seen. CDFI: the kidney blood flow is well perfused and distributed in finger shape and is uniform.
No expansion of bilateral ureters was observed.
Ultrasonic diagnosis:
diffuse lesions of the liver (cirrhosis acoustic image);
no obvious abnormality is seen in the biliary, membranous and double renal echoes;
no expansion of bilateral ureters was observed.
2. The results of color ultrasonic diagnosis of liver after taking the anti-inflammatory, blood-enriching and detoxifying pill provided in example 9 for a patient with liver disease are as follows:
ultrasonic observation: the liver has normal size and shape, smooth liver envelope line, thickened light spots in the liver, uniform distribution, clear display of blood vessels in the liver, normal diameter of hepatic veins and normal running. The diameter of the portal vein is normal, the wall of the portal vein is smooth and continuous, and abnormal echo is not seen in the lumen.
The gallbladder has normal size and shape, smooth wall, no pathological change of occupying space in gallbladder cavity, and no expansion of common bile duct.
The spleen is normal in size and shape, the envelope is complete and smooth, the internal echo is uniform, and the internal diameter of the splenomegaly vein is normal.
The pancreas has normal size and shape, smooth contour line, uniform internal echo, no real light mass or liquid dark area, and no expansion of the main pancreatic duct.
The shape and the size of the double kidneys are normal, the envelopes are smooth and complete, the skin and the marrow are clearly demarcated, no real light mass or liquid dark areas are seen in the essence, and no separation and abnormal echo are seen in the echo of the kidney assembly system.
CDFI: no detectable and significant abnormal blood flow signals.
Ultrasonic prompting: the liver parenchymal light spots thicken the image. No abnormalities were found in the biliary, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys.
Thirdly, the results of five hepatitis B virus indicators before and after taking the anti-hepatitis pill provided in example 9 are shown in Table 2.
