Claims (9)

1.一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片，其特征在于：由以下重量份原料组成：黄芪10-15份、党参10-15份、白术5-10份、茯苓5-15份、枸杞15-20份、熟地10-20份、当归20-30份、川芎10-30份、白芍10-20份、阿胶15-30份、元肉5-10份、大枣10-25份、人参5-10份、夜交藤10-15份、黄精10-30份。
2.一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备：包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将权利要求1中的阿胶和元肉放入蒸煮设备中加水进行蒸煮，当液体量为水量的1/10时，将阿胶，元肉和液体利用破壁设备进行压泥备用；
步骤二：将权利要求1中的黄芪、党参、白术、茯苓、枸杞、熟地、当归、川芎、白芍、大枣、人参、夜交藤和黄精清洗后通过干燥机进行干燥；
步骤三：将步骤二中的原料利用粉碎机进行粉碎至300目；
步骤四：将步骤一和步骤三得到的原料放入搅拌设备中进行搅拌；
步骤五：将搅拌后的软料放入造粒机中进行造粒，然后把颗粒在真空干燥机中进行干燥，真空度控制在0.053-0.060Mpa，温度控制在60-65度使颗粒的水分控制在小于3%左右；
步骤六：将干燥的颗粒利用压片机进行压片；
步骤七：将含片放入杀菌箱，利用紫外线进行照射30后进行包装。
3.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤一中的所述蒸煮设备型号为ZR-309。
4.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤二中所述干燥机型号为FZG-800。
5.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤三中所述粉碎机型号为TY-100L中药超微粉碎机。
6.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤四中所述搅拌设备为VSH锥形螺旋混合机。
7.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤五中所述造粒机型号为FL-90，所述真空干燥机型号为MD-100kw。
8.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤六中的压片机型号为ZP17-19A。
9.根据权利要求2一种治疗气血双亏的中草药含片制备方法和设备，其特征在于：步骤七中杀菌箱型号为HTYB-50。
