Background
In bridge engineering, a concrete pouring mode is mostly adopted to construct the anti-collision guardrail of the bridge. After the guardrail is poured, quality defects such as air bubbles, honeycombs, pitted surfaces, sand lines and the like easily appear in the appearance of concrete, the steel bars inside the guardrail can be exposed seriously, and the protection effect of the guardrail is reduced. The outer wall of the guardrail is suspended outside the bridge, so that constructors are difficult to directly contact the surface of the defect, and the repairing is difficult. Therefore, a cage is generated, constructors stand in the cage, the cage is lifted through the lifting equipment, and the cage is moved to the defect position of the guardrail to carry out repairing operation. Current cage adopts the steel construction welding to form, and highly fixed relies on the frame of cage to provide safety protection. During actual maintenance operation, a part of the repairing position is difficult to directly touch by constructors, and the position where the maintenance operation is difficult to perform is also adjusted by lifting equipment, so that the constructors are required to stretch out the body of the constructors to the outer side of the frame of the suspension cage, the operation mode is extremely dangerous, and the conventional suspension cage is difficult to effectively protect; meanwhile, after the body of a constructor is extended out of the suspension cage, the body of the constructor is not effectively supported and does not have a stable hand position, so that the body of the constructor is unstable, and the maintenance effect is difficult to ensure. Based on this, the applicant provides a cage structure which is good in safety and convenient to use.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cage structure for maintaining a bridge guardrail, and a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: the support device can effectively support when a constructor visits the body, improves the stability of the constructor, improves the safety of the suspension cage and other technical effects, and is explained in detail below.

Preferably, the cage body comprises a cage frame of a rectangular frame structure, a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the cage frame, and the outward-expanding support structure is fixedly connected with the cage frame.
Preferably, the upper end of the sliding rod is provided with a handrail part, the handrail part is horizontally arranged and faces the upper part of the suspension cage frame, the end part of the handrail part is provided with an upper fixing rod, and the upper fixing rod is connected with the suspension cage frame through the upper fixing plate.
Preferably, the lower end of the sliding rod is provided with a bent part facing the cage hanging frame, and the bent part is connected with the cage hanging frame through a lower fixing plate.
Preferably, a plurality of lifting rings are uniformly arranged at the top of the cage hanging frame, and inclined struts are arranged on the inner side of the cage hanging frame corresponding to the lifting rings.
Preferably, a sliding sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the sliding rod, and the positioning part is arranged on the sliding sleeve; the sliding sleeve is provided with a rotating seat which is matched with the bottom of the outward-expanding support frame to rotate, and the bottom of the outward-expanding support frame is in rotating fit with the rotating seat through a pin shaft.
Preferably, the slide bar is provided with a plurality of positioning adjusting holes corresponding to the positioning portions, and the positioning adjusting holes are equidistantly distributed on the surface of the slide bar along the length direction of the slide bar.
Preferably, the positioning part is a spring bolt, the outer wall of the spring bolt is fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve, and a handle is arranged at the end part of the spring bolt.
Preferably, the external expanding support frame comprises two vertical rods and at least one cross rod, two ends of the cross rod are respectively connected with the two vertical rods and are respectively perpendicular to the two vertical rods, and the vertical rods are in running fit with the rotating seat; in an initial state, the height of the top of the vertical rod is not higher than that of the top of the sliding rod.
Preferably, one end of the connecting rod is in running fit with the vertical rod through a pin shaft, and the other end of the connecting rod is in running fit with the upper part of the sliding rod through a pin shaft.
In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: 1. by arranging the foldable outward-expanding support structure outside the suspension cage frame, at the position where a part of constructors need to lean over to maintain construction, the outward-expanding support structure can be supported to support the constructors, so that the stability of the constructors is improved, and the maintenance operation of the bridge guardrail is facilitated;
2. after the outward-expanding support structure is supported, safety protection can be provided when constructors lean to the body, and the safety of the suspension cage is improved;
3. under initial condition, expand bearing structure and cage frame top nearly parallel and level outward, do not influence the structure of cage self, and adjust simple operation, convenient to use.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides a suspension cage structure for maintaining a bridge guardrail, which comprises a suspension cage body and an outward-expanding support structure 1, wherein the outward-expanding support structure 1 is arranged on the side surface of the suspension cage body; the two outward-expanding support structures 1 are arranged and are respectively arranged at two symmetrical sides of the suspension cage body; the external expanding support structure 1 comprises an external expanding support frame 106 and two slide bars 102, wherein the slide bars 102 are vertically arranged at two side edges of the suspension cage body, the upper end and the lower end of the slide bars 102 are fixedly connected with the suspension cage body, the middle part of the side surface of the external expanding support frame 106 is hinged with the upper part of the slide bars 102 through a connecting rod 108, two sides of the bottom of the external expanding support frame 106 are respectively in sliding fit with the slide bars 102, and a positioning part 105 for fixing the relative position of the bottom of the external expanding support frame 106 and the slide bars 102 is arranged on the external expanding support frame 106. The outward-expanding support frame 106 upwards slides along the slide rod 102, the contact angle between the connecting rod 108 and the outward-expanding support frame 106 is gradually increased, the top of the outward-expanding support frame 106 is ejected to a position far away from the cage frame 2, along with the lifting of the outward-expanding support frame 106, the outer side of the cage frame 2 is in an inclined state, the top height is higher than the height of the cage frame 2, when a constructor carries out maintenance construction on the outer wall of a guardrail, the outward-expanding support frame 106 can be held by hand to carry out repair and other maintenance operations on the guardrail, the stability of the constructor is improved, and the safety of the construction operation is improved.

By adopting the structure, the foldable outward-expanding supporting structure 1 is arranged on the outer side of the suspension cage frame 2, and at the position where a part of constructors need to lean over to maintain and construct, the outward-expanding supporting structure 1 can be supported to support the constructors, so that the stability of the constructors is improved, and the maintenance operation of the bridge guardrail is facilitated; after the outward-expanding support structure 1 is supported, safety protection can be provided when a constructor visits the body, and the safety of the suspension cage is improved; under initial condition, expand bearing structure 1 and cage frame 2 top nearly parallel and level outward, do not influence the structure of cage self, and adjust simple operation, convenient to use.
