Referring to fig. 1 to 6, optionally, the device uses the storage sleeve 1 as a storage space of the LED lamp substrate, and a plurality of storage base frames 4 are disposed in the storage sleeve 1, the storage base frames 4 are uniformly disposed along the vertical central line direction of the vertical support 102, and the horizontal central line of the storage base frames 4 and the vertical central line of the vertical support 102 are mutually perpendicular, so as to form a plurality of single-layer storage spaces which are arranged in parallel, so that the storage density of the whole device is improved, and the stacked storage of the LED lamp substrates can be avoided, meanwhile, the storage base frames 4 are rotationally connected with the vertical support 102 through the overturning rotating shaft 401, and the storage base frames 4 are further connected with the vertical support 102 through the tension springs 402, so that the storage base frames 4 can be naturally kept inclined by traction of the overturning rotating shaft 401, and the storage base frames 4 at the lower side of the storage base frames are exposed, so that the LED lamp substrates are placed or taken out layer by layer, and the storage base frames 4 are prevented from being blocked by layer, and the use is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, optionally, the device uses the storage base frame 4 as a single-layer storage space, a placement flat frame 5 is disposed on the inner side of the storage base frame 4, a plurality of horizontal support rods 502 are disposed in the middle of the placement flat frame 5, the horizontal support rods 502 are uniformly and parallelly disposed along the horizontal center line direction of the placement flat frame 5, the horizontal center lines of the horizontal support rods 502 and the horizontal center lines of the placement flat frame 5 are mutually perpendicular, so that the LED lamp substrates can be borne by the plurality of horizontal support rods 502, the contact area with the LED lamp substrates can be kept small, damage to components on the LED lamp substrates is avoided, the placement flat frame 5 is slidably connected with the storage base frame 4 through a lateral sliding groove 403, the horizontal center lines of the lateral sliding groove 403 and the horizontal center lines of the placement flat frame 5 are mutually parallel, the LED lamp substrates at corresponding positions can be taken out or placed by pulling out the placement flat frame 5, and the LED lamp substrates at specific positions can be taken and placed under the state that the storage base frame 4 is kept in a horizontal stacking state, and the use is more flexible and convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, optionally, the device can bear the LED lamp substrate through placing a plurality of horizontal support rods 502 in the middle of the flat frame 5, and the horizontal support rods 502 can be provided with positioning baffle posts 6, the positioning baffle posts 6 are mutually connected with the horizontal support rods 502 through C-shaped fixing clips 601, the vertical center lines of the positioning baffle posts 6 are mutually perpendicular to the horizontal center lines of the horizontal support rods 502, the positioning baffle posts 6 can be fixed at corresponding positions of the horizontal support rods 502 so as to block the side edges of the LED lamp substrate, limit the side edges of the LED lamp substrate, prevent the LED lamp substrate from being damaged due to mutual sliding collision during integral movement and transportation of the device, and are more convenient and safe to store and use, the sizes of the C-shaped fixing clips 601 and the horizontal support rods 502 are mutually matched, and the positioning openings 602 and the positioning flanges 503 are mutually matched, so that the positioning baffle posts 6 are convenient to install, detach and adjust, and use is more flexible and convenient.
When in use, corresponding pipelines of the device are connected, then the sealing baffle plates 202 can slide along the vertical guide rails 2 to drive the folding baffle plates 204 to move to open or close the storage opening 104, and the positions and the sizes of the openings can be adjusted by moving and adjusting the two sealing baffle plates 202 which are oppositely arranged, after the adjustment is completed, all the storage base frames 4 can be sequentially rotated upwards from top to bottom through the turnover rotating shaft 401, so that the storage base frames 4 are naturally kept inclined by traction of the extension springs 402, the lowest storage base frames 4 are kept horizontal, the LED lamp substrates can be placed on the horizontal support rods 502 on the corresponding placement flat frames 5, the positioning baffle columns 6 are connected with the horizontal support rods 502 through the C-shaped fixing clips 601, the side edges of the LED lamp substrates can be blocked by adjusting the number and the positions of the positioning baffle columns 6 to limit the side edges of the LED lamp substrates, when the whole device is moved and transported, the LED lamp substrates are prevented from being damaged by mutual sliding collision, after the LED lamp substrates of one layer of storage base frame 4 are placed, the storage base frame 4 on the upper side of the device can be rotated to a horizontal state through the overturning rotating shaft 401, the interval stop block 404 on the front side of the device is placed above the storage base frame 4 on the lower side of the device, then the layer can be stored and placed until the storage and placement work of the storage base frames 4 of all layers are completed, the storage opening 104 can be closed, the whole device is moved through the universal roller 103, the ventilation fan 303 arranged in the heat dissipation sleeve 3 can suck air into the storage sleeve 1 through the air inlet 301 and output the air through the air outlet grille 105 of the storage sleeve 1, so that a positive pressure space is formed inside the storage sleeve 1, the LED lamp substrates stored inside the storage sleeve can be dissipated while external dust is prevented from entering the storage sleeve, when the stored LED lamp substrate needs to be taken out, the storage opening 104 can be restarted, then the storage base frame 4 at the uppermost layer starts to take out the stored LED lamp substrate, after the storage base frame 4 at the uppermost layer finishes taking the material, the storage base frame 4 at the uppermost layer can be rotated upwards through the turning rotating shaft 401, so that the storage base frame 4 is pulled by the tension spring 402 to naturally keep inclined, and the storage base frame 4 at the lower side of the storage base frame is exposed, so that the material taking work can be completed from top to bottom.
According to the interval storage device for welding the LED lamp substrates, the storage LED lamp substrates can be placed through the placement flat frame 5, the placement flat frame 5 is provided with the plurality of horizontal support rods 502 for supporting the storage of the LED lamp substrates, the horizontal support rods 502 are provided with the convenient-to-detach adjusting and positioning mechanisms for limiting the LED lamp substrates, the placement flat frame 5 is arranged on the storage base frames 4 in a sliding mode, the storage base frames 4 can be turned over through the turning rotating shafts 401 so as to conveniently feed and discharge the plurality of storage base frames 4 stacked up and down, the plurality of storage base frames 4 which are arranged horizontally and vertically uniformly are arranged in the storage sleeve 1, the storage sleeve 1 is of a semi-closed structure, the front storage opening 104 can be opened or closed through the folding retaining cloth 204 so as to further protect the LED lamp substrates stored in the storage sleeve, the device is further provided with the heat dissipation sleeve 3, a positive pressure environment is formed inside the storage sleeve 1, external dust and the like is prevented from entering, and the storage safety is higher.

Claims (8)

1. An interval storage device for welding an LED lamp substrate, comprising:
the storage sleeve is provided with a support underframe at the bottom, a vertical bracket is arranged at the rear side of the support underframe, universal idler wheels are arranged below the support underframe, a storage opening is formed in the front side of the storage sleeve, air outlet grids are arranged on the left side and the right side of the storage sleeve, and a pushing handle is arranged at the rear side of the storage sleeve;
the vertical guide rail is symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the storage opening, the storage guide rails are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the vertical guide rail, two movable sealing baffles are oppositely arranged in the middle of the vertical guide rail, friction guide rollers are arranged at the left side and the right side of each sealing baffle, folding cloth is arranged at the outer end of each sealing baffle, an elastic wind-up roller is arranged at the rear end of each folding cloth, and the positions and the sizes of the openings can be adjusted by moving and adjusting the two sealing baffles oppositely arranged;
the cooling sleeve is arranged at the rear side of the vertical support, an air inlet is formed in the rear side of the cooling sleeve, a filter screen is arranged in the middle of the air inlet, a ventilation fan is arranged at the inner side of the air inlet, a spacing baffle is arranged at the inner side of the cooling sleeve, and a connecting opening is formed in the middle of the spacing baffle;
the storage device comprises a storage base frame, a storage sleeve and a storage baffle plate, wherein the storage base frame is arranged in the storage sleeve, a turnover rotating shaft is arranged at the rear end of the storage base frame, an extension spring is arranged at the outer side of the turnover rotating shaft, a lateral sliding groove is arranged at the inner side of the storage base frame, and a spacing baffle plate is arranged below the front end of the lateral sliding groove;
the storage frame comprises a storage base frame, a storage flat frame and a positioning flange, wherein the storage flat frame is arranged in the middle of the storage base frame, a drawing handle is arranged at the front end of the storage flat frame, a horizontal supporting rod is arranged in the middle of the storage flat frame, and the positioning flange is arranged right below the horizontal supporting rod;
the locating baffle column is arranged above the horizontal supporting rod, a C-shaped fixing clamp is arranged at the bottom of the locating baffle column, and a locating opening is formed in the bottom of the C-shaped fixing clamp.
2. The spacer storage device for welding an LED lamp substrate according to claim 1, wherein the sealing baffle is slidably connected to the vertical rail through the friction guide roller, and the folding baffle is disposed between the vertical rail and the storage rail in a fitting manner.

The interval storage device for welding the LED lamp base plates according to claim 1, wherein the storage base frame is rotatably connected with the vertical support through the turnover rotating shaft, and the storage base frame is further connected with the vertical support through the tension spring.

The interval storage device for welding the LED lamp substrates according to claim 1, wherein the storage base frames are uniformly arranged along the vertical central line direction of the vertical support, and the horizontal central line of the storage base frames is perpendicular to the vertical central line of the vertical support.

The spacing storage device for welding an LED lamp substrate according to claim 1, wherein the placement flat frame is slidably connected to the storage base frame through the lateral sliding groove, and a horizontal center line of the lateral sliding groove is parallel to a horizontal center line of the placement flat frame.

The interval storage device for welding the LED lamp substrates according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal support rods are uniformly and parallelly arranged along the horizontal center line direction of the placing flat frame, and the horizontal center line of the horizontal support rods is mutually perpendicular to the horizontal center line of the placing flat frame.
