Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a herringbone rerailer disclosed by the present invention includes a pair of rerailing singlets, where the rerailing singlets include a panel 102, a first correcting rib 101, a second correcting rib 104 and a stop 103 disposed on a front surface of the panel 102, and a first longitudinal rib 105, a second longitudinal rib 106, a third longitudinal rib 107 and a reinforcing rib 108 disposed on a back surface of the panel 102; wherein:
the implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the panel 102 of the herringbone rerailer comprises a head, a first tail wing and a second tail wing which are diverged along the extension of the head, and a divergent part is arranged between the first tail wing and the second tail wing; wherein: the stopper 103 is disposed on the head, the first correction rib 101 is disposed on the front surface of the first tail wing, the second correction rib is disposed on the front surface of the second tail wing, the first longitudinal rib 105 is disposed on the back surface of the first tail wing, and the second longitudinal rib 106 and the third longitudinal rib 107 are disposed on the back surface of the second tail wing; wherein: the back surfaces of the first tail wing and the second tail wing are also transversely provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 108.
When a railroad worker places the railroad on a rail, the herringbone rerailer is not convenient to operate and has low one-time rerailing rate due to various factors, such as: if the ground foundation on which the herringbone rerailer is placed is not flat, and the guiding force or the friction force of the front side of the herringbone rerailer is insufficient, the friction force between the back side of the herringbone rerailer and the foundation is insufficient, so that the herringbone rerailer slides in the rerailing process, and the one-time rerailing efficiency of the herringbone rerailer is low, therefore, the shape of the herringbone rerailer and the correction ribs on the front side are very important, and in addition, if a plurality of longitudinal ribs are arranged on the back side of the herringbone rerailer, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 108 are arranged on the back side of the herringbone rerailer, the operation of the herringbone rerailer in the rerailing process is more convenient and faster, and the one-time operation success rate is higher. In this embodiment, the panel 102 includes a head, and a first flight and a second flight diverging along the extension of the head, with a diverging portion therebetween; wherein: the stopper 103 is disposed on the head, the first correction rib 101 is disposed on the front surface of the first tail wing, the second correction rib is disposed on the front surface of the second tail wing, the first longitudinal rib 105 is disposed on the back surface of the first tail wing, and the second longitudinal rib 106 and the third longitudinal rib 107 are disposed on the back surface of the second tail wing; wherein: the back surfaces of the first tail wing and the second tail wing are also transversely provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 108. The purpose of arranging the correction ribs on the front face of the herringbone rerailer is to correct and drag the rail wheels of the train in the rerailing process and guide the rail wheels of the train to gradually go up a positive rail, and if the back face of the herringbone rerailer is unstable with a foundation in the dragging and correcting process, the herringbone rerailer is loosened in the rerailing process, so that the herringbone rerailing failure is caused, therefore, in the embodiment, the back face of the herringbone rerailer is provided with the plurality of longitudinal ribs and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 108, and the longitudinal ribs and the reinforcing ribs 108 enable the herringbone rerailer to be more stable in the rerailing process, the operation is more convenient and faster, and the one-time rerailing rate is higher. In one embodiment of the present invention, the single piece of the rerailing further comprises a handle disposed on the face plate 102 of the rerailing single piece.
