Abstract

本发明涉及封装设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于自动封装冷冻肉类的装置,包括底座,所述底座上固定安装有箱体.且箱体由上下左右四块箱板组成,所述箱体内嵌有显示屏幕,所述显示屏幕侧边由近及远依次设有主灯板装置和辅灯板装置,本发明通过松肉带将成块的冷冻肉输送至第一导料筒处,在自由升降的环刀片的切割作用下,切割出重量基本一致的肉块,一次切割后的肉块在推板推动导向作用下,置于第二导料筒上侧,在自由升降的压板的挤压作用下,进入第二导料筒内的肉块按照需要被刀片切割成相应的特定重量的几份肉块,本装置集切割,分类,抽空封装等于一体,降低操作人员操作的复杂性,且降低操作时间,提高加工效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及封装设备技术领域,具体为一种用于自动封装冷冻肉类的装置。
背景技术
冷冻肉是指畜肉宰杀后,经预冷,继而在—18℃以下急冻,深层肉温达—6℃以下的肉品。经过冻结的肉,其色泽、香味都不如新鲜肉或冷却肉,但保存期较长,故仍被广泛采用。冷冻肉在售卖之前都需要进行加工包装,加工过程包括封装过程,作为大批量售卖的冷冻肉,封装时一般都需要按照一定刻度重量进行切分后再进行封装,这样冷冻肉又需要经过多重切割、搬运、输送及分装等操作,极大增加操作人员操作的复杂性,且增加操作时间,降低加工效率,鉴于此,本发明提出一种用于自动封装冷冻肉类的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包含定量切割功能的用于自动封装冷冻肉类的装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于自动封装冷冻肉类的装置,包括机架,所述机架上安装有送肉带,且送肉带出料带一侧设有第一接料板,所述第一接料板固定于机架上,所述第一接料板上设有第一安装口,且第一安装口内固定安装有第一导料筒,所述第一接料板上固定安装有第一支架,且第一支架上固定安装有第一液压缸,所述第一液压缸自由端固定安装有刀板,且刀板正对第一导料筒筒腔,所述刀板上安装有环刀片,所述第一导料筒底筒壁贴合有第二接料板,且第二接料板固定于机架上,所述第一导料筒底侧筒壁上设有出料口,且出料口呈U字形,所述第一导料筒内筒壁正对出料口设收纳槽,且收纳槽内设有推板,所述第二接料板上安装有第二液压缸,且第二液压缸自由端固定于推板上,所述第二接料板上固定安装有第二支架,且第二支架上固定安装有第三液压缸,所述第三液压缸自由端固定安装有压板,所述第二接料板板壁上正对压板设有第二安装口,且第二安装口内固定安装有第二导料筒,所述第二导料筒内筒壁上固定安装有刀架,且刀架上安装有刀片,所述第二导料筒底端两侧均设有导料带,且两个导料带导料的方向呈相离方向设置,所述第二导料筒底筒壁上固定安装有两个相对的导板,且两个导板外侧端均设有成组的侧板,相邻两个所述侧板安装有同一导料带,所述导料带底端设有分料带,且分料带上固定安装有两个隔板,所述分料带出料端一侧设有封装导带,且封装导带两侧边和两中部位置均固定安装有成组的支杆,位于两侧边的成组支杆相对侧均安装有夹板,位于中部位置的两个成组支杆两侧均安装有夹板,相邻两个夹板相对一侧均安装有封装导热夹片,且封装导热夹片电性连接有封装机,相邻两个夹板之间放置有包装袋,且包装带袋口和相邻的夹板贴合,所述封装机固定于一侧夹板上,成组的封装导热夹片侧边顶侧设有抽气机,夹板上固定安装有侧架,且侧架设置数量和成组的封装导热夹片对应,所述侧架上固定安装第四液压缸,且第四液压缸自由端固定安装有升降板,所述升降板上固定安装有抽气机,且抽气机的抽气针头端正对相对两个夹板中间位置。
优选的,所述刀板板壁上设有刀槽,且环刀片卡于刀槽内,所述刀板上设有大刀槽、中刀槽和小刀槽。
优选的,所述刀架两侧内环壁上均设有卡口,且卡口沿两侧内环壁均呈横向阵列状分布,相对的两个卡口卡接有同一刀片。
优选的,两个所述导料带相邻端分别正对两个导板板面,且两个导料带相离端分别正对分料带上两个隔板相离端的位置上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过松肉带将成块的冷冻肉输送至第一导料筒处,在自由升降的环刀片的切割作用下,切割出重量基本一致的肉块,一次切割后的肉块在推板推动导向作用下,置于第二导料筒上侧,在自由升降的压板的挤压作用下,进入第二导料筒内的肉块按照需要被刀片切割成相应的特定重量的几份肉块,且切割后通过两个导料带将不同重量的肉块置于分料带分区的各个带面位置,然后将不同重量的肉块在封装导带的各个区位处经过抽气机抽气后及时通过各组封装导热夹片封口,再将不同重量的肉块分类导出,本装置集切割,分类,抽空封装等于一体,降低操作人员操作的复杂性,且降低操作时间,提高加工效率。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种用于自动封装冷冻肉类的装置,包括机架1,机架1上安装有送肉带2,且送肉带2出料带一侧设有第一接料板3,第一接料板3固定于机架1上,第一接料板3上设有第一安装口,且第一安装口内固定安装有第一导料筒4,第一接料板3上固定安装有第一支架5,且第一支架5上固定安装有第一液压缸6,第一液压缸6自由端固定安装有刀板7,且刀板7正对第一导料筒4筒腔,刀板7上安装有环刀片8,刀板7板壁上设有刀槽,且环刀片8卡于刀槽内,刀板7上设有大刀槽、中刀槽和小刀槽,可根据原先输入的肉块的大小,选择对应大刀槽、中刀槽和小刀槽的不同尺寸的环刀片8。
第一导料筒4底筒壁贴合有第二接料板9,且第二接料板9固定于机架1上,第一导料筒4底侧筒壁上设有出料口,且出料口呈U字形,第一导料筒4内筒壁正对出料口设收纳槽,且收纳槽内设有推板11,第二接料板9上安装有第二液压缸10,且第二液压缸10自由端固定于推板11上,第二接料板9上固定安装有第二支架12,且第二支架12上固定安装有第三液压缸13,第三液压缸13自由端固定安装有压板14,第二接料板9板壁上正对压板14设有第二安装口,且第二安装口内固定安装有第二导料筒15,第二导料筒15内筒壁上固定安装有刀架17,且刀架17上安装有刀片16,刀架17两侧内环壁上均设有卡口,且卡口沿两侧内环壁均呈横向阵列状分布,相对的两个卡口卡接有同一刀片16,根据所需要输出的各个区间的肉块的质量的不同,来确定刀架17上需安装的刀片16数量以及安装的位置。
第二导料筒15底端两侧均设有导料带19,且两个导料带19导料的方向呈相离方向设置,第二导料筒15底筒壁上固定安装有两个相对的导板20,且两个导板20外侧端均设有成组的侧板18,相邻两个侧板18安装有同一导料带19,导料带19底端设有分料带21,且分料带21上固定安装有两个隔板22,两个导料带19相邻端分别正对两个导板20板面,且两个导料带19相离端分别正对分料带21上两个隔板22相离端的位置上,落于两个导料带19上的肉块会落于分料带21上位于两个隔板22相离侧的位置上,而两个导料带19之间位置落下的肉块会落于分料带21上两个隔板22之间的位置上。
分料带21出料端一侧设有封装导带23,且封装导带23两侧边和两中部位置均固定安装有成组的支杆24,位于两侧边的成组支杆24相对侧均安装有夹板25,位于中部位置的两个成组支杆24两侧均安装有夹板25,相邻两个夹板25相对一侧均安装有封装导热夹片27,且封装导热夹片27电性连接有封装机26,相邻两个夹板25之间放置有包装袋,且包装带袋口和相邻的夹板25贴合,封装机26固定于一侧夹板25上,成组的封装导热夹片27侧边顶侧设有抽气机31,夹板25上固定安装有侧架28,且侧架28设置数量和成组的封装导热夹片27对应,侧架28上固定安装第四液压缸29,且第四液压缸29自由端固定安装有升降板30,升降板30上固定安装有抽气机31,且抽气机31的抽气针头端正对相对两个夹板25中间位置。
工作原理:送肉带2将肉块送至第一导料筒4上,启动第一液压缸6使刀板7下移,从而使环刀片8切割肉块,切下的整块冷冻肉会进入第一导料筒4底端,再启动第二液压缸10使推板11推动第一导料筒4于第二导料筒15上侧,启动第三液压缸13使压板14挤压肉块,在刀片的切割作用下,肉块被分隔成几块,顺着导板20落于两个导料带19上的肉块会落于分料带21上位于两个隔板22相离侧的位置上,而两个导料带19之间位置落下的肉块会落于分料带21上两个隔板22之间的位置上,在分料带21的导向作用下,各个区间的肉块会分别依次落于相应的包装袋内,然后在封装导带23的导向作用下,将包装袋内不同重量的肉块在封装导带23的各个区位处同时经过抽气机31抽气后及时通过各组封装导热夹片27封口,再将不同重量的肉块分类导出。
