Abstract
The invention relates to the field of food processing, in particular to a system for quickly and accurately spraying freeze-dried powder on the surface of oatmeal, which comprises a feeding system, a turning system and a powder spraying system, wherein the feeding system is connected with the turning system; wherein: the feeding system comprises a charging barrel for containing oatmeal, and the charging barrel is connected with a lifting machine pipeline; the overturning system comprises an overturning seat and an overturning charging barrel rotationally connected with the overturning seat, and the overturning seat is also provided with an axial rotating motor and a longitudinal rotating motor which are used for controlling the overturning charging barrel to axially overturn and vertically overturn; the powder spraying system comprises a homogeneous mixing tank, the homogeneous mixing tank is externally connected with a powder pump, and the powder pump is provided with a powder spraying pipe through pipeline connection. The invention overcomes the defect of poor spraying uniformity of oatmeal in the surface powder spraying process in the prior art, and has the advantages that seasoning powder can be uniformly sprayed on all surfaces of the oatmeal, and the quick and accurate powder spraying effect is realized.

Technical Field

Background
Oats are gramineous herbaceous plants, have a long planting history in China, and have a cultivation history for three thousand years. It has special physiological function in human body after being eaten, and can promote the reproduction of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tract and normal peristalsis of intestinal tract, and prevent intestinal canceration. In addition, the health food has the functions of preventing the absorption of cholesterol by human bodies and reducing cholesterol, and is health food for reducing blood sugar, blood fat, relaxing bowels, losing weight and the like.
Oatmeal is a food processed by using oat or wheat as a raw material, and once is the first breakfast cereal food produced industrially. the overturning system comprises an overturning seat and an overturning charging barrel rotationally connected with the overturning seat, and the overturning seat is also provided with an axial rotating motor and a longitudinal rotating motor which are used for controlling the overturning charging barrel to axially overturn and vertically overturn;
the powder spraying system comprises a homogeneous mixing tank, the homogeneous mixing tank is externally connected with a powder pump, and the powder pump is provided with a powder spraying pipe through pipeline connection.
Preferably, the cross section of the turnover charging barrel is in a regular polygon shape, one end of the turnover charging barrel is provided with an opening, the other end of the turnover charging barrel is provided with a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the turnover seat.

(1) the system for quickly and accurately spraying the freeze-dried powder on the surface of the oatmeal comprises a powder spraying system which has a homogenizing function and can homogenize various powder raw materials and other ingredients into a stable paste mixture, and then the paste mixture can be sprayed out through a material spraying pipe through a powder pump so as to be attached to the oatmeal. In order to keep the uniform powder adhesion on the surface of the oatmeal, the invention is also provided with the turnover system which has the functions of turning over up and down and turning over around the axial direction of the turnover charging barrel, so that the oatmeal in the turnover charging barrel can be turned over simultaneously in the turnover process, all surfaces of the oatmeal can be uniformly sprayed with seasoning powder, and the quick and accurate powder spraying effect is achieved.
(2) The turnover charging barrel is set to be in the shape of the regular polygon in cross section, and the reason is that the oatmeal can slide along the inner wall of the roller in the rolling process of the common round roller, so that the effect of earning and turning the oatmeal cannot be achieved.
(3) In order to ensure that the oatmeal is overturned more violently along with the movement of the overturning charging barrel, the inner wall of the overturning charging barrel is provided with the block-shaped bulge which can collide the oatmeal in the overturning charging barrel when the overturning charging barrel moves, so that the overturning is more effective.
(4) The material spraying pipe can stretch back and forth so as to adjust the front position and the rear position at any time, so that the spraying is more uniform in the powder spraying process, and the material spraying pipe can be conveniently stored after the powder spraying is finished.

The turnover system 2 comprises a turnover seat 21 and a turnover charging barrel 22 which is rotatably connected with the turnover seat 21, the cross section of the turnover charging barrel 22 is in a regular hexagon shape, so that the inner wall of the oatmeal can be tightly attached to the flat surface of the turnover charging barrel, and when the oatmeal is close to the edge of the inner wall of the turnover charging barrel, the effect of turnover can be achieved on the oatmeal, and the powder can be sprayed on the surface of the oatmeal more uniformly. The inner wall of the turnover charging barrel 22 is provided with a plurality of block-shaped bulges 27, so that the cornmeal in the turnover charging barrel can be collided when moving, and the cornmeal can be overturned more violently along with the movement of the turnover charging barrel.
One end of the turning material cylinder 22 is provided with an opening 25, the other end is provided with a rotating shaft 26, the rotating shaft 26 is rotatably connected with the turning seat 21, and the turning seat 21 is also provided with an axial rotating motor 23 and a longitudinal rotating motor 24 which are used for controlling the turning material cylinder 22 to turn axially and turn up and down.

wherein: the feeding system (1) comprises a charging barrel (11) for containing oatmeal, and the charging barrel is connected with a lifting machine (12) through a pipeline;
the overturning system (2) comprises an overturning seat (21) and an overturning charging barrel (22) rotationally connected with the overturning seat (21), and the overturning seat (21) is also provided with an axial rotating motor (23) and a longitudinal rotating motor (24) which are used for controlling the overturning charging barrel (22) to overturn axially and overturn up and down;
