Abstract

本发明涉及一种气路接口结构,其包括设置在进气口位置处的空腔、设置在空腔内的胶塞以及穿透胶塞的针头,所述针头通过气管与供气装置连通;本发明利用在进气口位置处设有胶塞,通过针头穿刺胶塞后实现气管与进气口的连通,其结构简单且安插方便直接、可靠,气密性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气路接口结构。
背景技术
现有气路连接接头多为倒锥接头及快插接头,使用倒锥接头时气管安装困难,不利于快速安装,快插接头可实现气管的快速安装,但快插接头本身需要足够的安装空间,在狭小的空间内安装不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气路接口结构,其结构简单、安装方便。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种气路接口结构,其包括设置在进气口位置处的空腔、设置在空腔内的胶塞以及穿透胶塞的针头,所述针头通过气管与供气装置连通。
进一步的,在胶塞的内侧面上设有喇叭形凹槽。
进一步的,在所述进气口上设有端盖,空腔设置在端盖的内侧,在端盖上设有供针头通过的通孔。
进一步的,所述供气装置包括气囊、一端与气囊连通的出气管以及与出气管另一端连通的电磁阀,所述针头通过气管与电磁阀连接。
进一步的,所述电磁阀为多通道两位三通电磁阀。
进一步的,在所述电磁阀上连接有压力传感器。
进一步的,所述气囊包括储气罐、与储气罐连通的进气管、设置在储气罐外壁上的制冷/加热片以及设置在制冷/加热片外侧的散热装置,在进气管的端部连接有气泵,所述出气管与储气罐连通。
进一步的,所述制冷/加热片为利用帕尔贴效应的片体。
进一步的,所述散热装置包括设置在制冷/加热片上若干个散热片以及设置在散热片上的散热风扇。
进一步的,所述制冷/加热片设置在储气罐的底部,在储气罐的侧壁上设有若干个散热片。
进一步的,在所述储气罐上设有温度传感器。
本发明的积极效果为:本发明利用在进气口位置处设有胶塞,通过针头穿刺胶塞后实现气管与进气口的连通,其结构简单且安插方便直接、可靠,气密性好。并且利用针头进行连接,所需空间较小。

具体实施方式
如附图1、2所示,本发明包括设置在进气口15位置处的空腔、设置在空腔内的胶塞16以及穿透胶塞16的针头14,所述针头14通过气管与供气装置连通。在进气口15上设有端盖17,空腔位于端盖17的内侧,利用端盖17将胶塞16固定,在端盖17上设有供针头14通过的通孔。在本实施例中,进气口15为试剂盒的进气口。
在胶塞16的内侧面中部设有喇叭形凹槽18,使胶塞中间厚度变薄,容易使针头穿刺进去,而胶塞外圆部分不会变薄,而使密封性能下降。
针头14安装在气管上,供气装置包括气囊以及一端与气囊连通的出气管10,所述出气管10与针头14的气管通过电磁阀12连通,通过电磁阀可控制对试剂盒的充气、放气。电磁阀12为多通道两位三通电磁阀,多个针头14通过气管与对应的电磁阀接口连通,在多通道电磁阀12上设有压力传感器13。
优选的,出气管10、气管与电磁阀12通过快插接头11连接。
如附图1所示,气囊包括储气罐5、设置在储气罐5顶部的盖板6、设置在盖板6上的进气管8、设置在储气罐5外壁上的制冷/加热片3以及设置在制冷/加热片3外侧的散热装置。出气管10与盖板6连通。
制冷/加热片3为采用帕尔贴效应的片体,通电时,其两侧分别出现吸热即可对储气罐5降温和放热即可对储气罐5加热现象,当反向通电时,吸放热互换,即原吸热侧变为放热侧,原放热侧变为吸热侧。
在盖板6上设有温度传感器,当储气、罐5内温度升高超出设定温度时,制冷/加热片3通电启动制冷功能,对储气罐5进行降温,此时制冷/加热片3反面产生热量,需进行散热。因此,在制冷/加热片3上设有由若干个散热片2组成的散热装置,制冷/加热片3和储气罐5分别位于制冷/加热片3的两侧,在散热片2上设有散热风扇1,利用散热片2和散热风扇1进行散热。
当储气罐温度下降到设定温度以下时,制冷/加热片3反向通电,原制冷面变为加热面,原加热面变成制冷面,对储气罐进行加热,以此保证储气罐恒温。
优选的,制冷/加热片3位于储气罐5的底部外壁上,且在所述制冷/加热片3与储气罐5之间设有隔热板,散热装置安装在制冷/加热片3的底面上。在储气罐5的侧壁上也设有一圈散热片2,当对储气罐加压时,因压力升高而使温度升高,热量可通过散热片快速散发出去。
储气罐5内部有加强筋4,保证储气罐5在压力过高时的稳定性。

Claims (10)

1.一种气路接口结构,其特征在于其包括设置在进气口(15)位置处的空腔、设置在空腔内的胶塞(16)以及穿透胶塞(16)的针头(14),所述针头(14)通过气管与供气装置连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于在胶塞(16)的内侧面上设有喇叭形凹槽(18)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于在所述进气口(15)上设有端盖(17),空腔设置在端盖(17)的内侧,在端盖(17)上设有供针头(14)通过的通孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于所述供气装置包括气囊、一端与气囊连通的出气管(10)以及与出气管(10)另一端连通的电磁阀(12),所述针头(14)通过气管与电磁阀(12)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于所述电磁阀(12)为多通道两位三通电磁阀。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于所述气囊包括储气罐(5)、与储气罐(5)连通的进气管(8)、设置在储气罐(5)外壁上的制冷/加热片(3)以及设置在制冷/加热片(3)外侧的散热装置,在进气管(8)的端部连接有气泵(7),所述出气管(10)与储气罐(5)连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于所述制冷/加热片(3)为利用帕尔贴效应的片体。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于所述散热装置包括设置在制冷/加热片(3)上若干个散热片(2)以及设置在散热片(2)上的散热风扇(1)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于所述制冷/加热片(3)设置在储气罐(5)的底部,在储气罐(5)的侧壁上设有若干个散热片(2)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种气路接口结构,其特征在于在所述储气罐(5)上设有温度传感器(9)。
