wherein, the through hole (223) is arranged on the upper plate (221), and the second abdicating groove (224) is arranged on the connecting side plate (222).

the lower end of the well pipe body (231) is inserted into the waterproof upper cover (22) through a through hole (223);

5. A construction method for the drainage structure of municipal roads according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
s1, fixing the waterproof bottom support (21) on the foundation by means of anchoring, and then coating a waterproof coating layer covering the anchor rod in the waterproof bottom support (21);
s2, overlapping the end part of the rainwater pipe (1) on the first abdicating groove (214) and the third abdicating groove (215) to enable each flexible waterproof gasket on the rainwater pipe (1) to be positioned between the outer side plate (212) and the inner side plate (213) which are adjacently arranged;
s3, mounting the prefabricated well pipe (23) in the waterproof bottom support (21), and mounting the waterproof upper cover (22) on the prefabricated well pipe (23), so that the waterproof upper cover (22) can be matched with the waterproof bottom support (21) to form the catch basin (2) in a combined manner;
s4, spraying waterproof coatings on the inner wall and the outer wall of the catch basin (2).
