Description

Jacquard pad micro-relief knitting structure and knitting method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of braided fabrics and manufacturing methods thereof, in particular to a jacquard pad micro-relief knitting structure and a knitting method thereof.
Background
At present, the fabric embossing has an obvious effect on the design of clothes, and the fabric embossing can be used as a method for changing the texture of the clothes and has a good modeling function and a good decoration function on the clothes. In addition, the fabric embossing is utilized, the pattern selection is carried out according to the fabric texture and the material, and on the basis, the appropriate change is carried out, and the fabric with more abundant patterns can be produced by combining other dyeing and finishing processing methods such as printing, pyrograph and the like. The fabric embossing increases different three-dimensional aesthetic feeling for textiles and is also favored by designers.
The embossed knitted fabric has good extensibility and elasticity, is soft, comfortable and breathable, meets the requirements of home textile products on the fabric, and can be applied to various clothes or home textile product fabrics through pattern design and production processes. With the development of knitting technology, the pattern style of the knitted fabric is various, wherein the relief pattern is popular with consumers due to strong stereoscopic impression and unique style. The knitted relief pattern fabric has strong concave-convex sense and three-dimensional sense, gives people strong visual sense of beauty, and has wide application in home textile products. Such fabrics may be formed by terry stitches, flat and tuck stitch composite stitches, and flat and leno stitch composite stitches.
In the prior art fabrics, the weave commonly used to form the embossment is a terry weave, which can be formed using high and low terry, high terry, low terry, and no terry methods. However, the jacquard terry has the problems of high requirements on jacquard terry machines, single color, simple appearance and pattern and poor stiffness. The embossing effect of the existing knitting jacquard is realized by the difference of the number of front and rear plate coils at the protruding position or the difference of the sizes of the front and rear plate coils at the protruding part, and the front and rear plate materials are separated, so that the integrity is poor. The existing liner tissue only adopts an air tissue structure, has single raised layer, shows that the quilting effect has no micro-relief effect, and has poorer stiffness and smoothness.
Due to the reasons, the invention provides a jacquard liner micro-relief knitted structure and a knitting method thereof, the jacquard liner micro-relief knitted structure adopts two different yarn jacquards as the outer layers of the liner fabric, so that the surface of the fabric has the appearance of color change and rich pattern effect, the surface of the fabric has the micro-relief effect of different height changes, and the jacquard liner micro-relief knitted structure has better stiffness and smoothness compared with the existing liner fabric.

Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and examples. The features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the description.
The word "exemplary" is used exclusively herein to mean "serving as an example, embodiment, or illustration. Any embodiment described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments. While the various aspects of the embodiments are presented in drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
According to the jacquard pad micro-relief knit structure provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-10, the jacquard pad micro-relief knit structure comprises a plurality of knitting units, each knitting unit comprising a plurality of layers of knitting surfaces.
The plurality of knitting units are the same or different knitting units obtained by the same or different knitting methods, preferably 4 knitting units which are different from each other and obtained by different knitting methods, and the multilayer knitting surface is preferably a 4-layer knitting surface;
each of the knitting units is knitted by different knitting methods using three kinds of yarns including a lay-in yarn 100, a yarn a200, and a yarn b 300.
The yarn is a textile, is processed into products with certain fineness by various textile fibers, is used for weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidery and the like, and is divided into short staple yarn, continuous filament yarn and the like.
In the weaving process, the lining yarns 100 are added below the outer layer weaving yarns, so that the outer layer weaving yarns are raised, and the height of the raised parts can be changed according to the quantity of the lining yarns and the different retraction and expansion degrees of the lining yarns after finishing.
The shrinkage of the jacquard pad micro-relief knitted fabric is the effect of the length reduction and cross-section expansion of the yarn itself after the finishing (washing and ironing) process of the knitted fabric.
In a preferred embodiment, when the shrinkage rates of the yarn a200 and the yarn b300 are different, the fabric knitting units have convex-concave difference due to the difference of the shrinkage rates, so as to achieve the micro-relief effect, which is unique in texture and can achieve the effect which cannot be achieved by the common fabric in an aesthetic degree.
The weaving unit sequentially comprises a first unit A, a second unit B, a third unit C and a fourth unit D from top to bottom according to the height sequence.
The first unit a is a highest projection unit, and is knitted by inserting an insert yarn 100 between two needle plates, knitting a front panel stitch with a yarn a200, and knitting a rear panel stitch with a yarn b 300;
the second unit B is a second high protrusion unit woven by laying a yarn 100 between two needle plates, knitting a front panel stitch with a yarn B300, and knitting a rear panel stitch with a yarn a 200;
the convex degree of the first unit A and the second unit B can be the same or different;
the degree of protrusion of the first unit a and the second unit B is determined by the knitting density of the front panel stitch and the yarn material of the knitting front panel stitch, and the degree of protrusion is high when the knitting density is low, that is, the knitting of the yarn is loose, and the degree of protrusion is low when the knitting density is high, that is, the knitting of the yarn is compact.
The knitting density of the front plate is slightly larger than that of the rear plate, the knitting density of the front plate is close to that of a normal knitting single-side weft plain stitch, and the knitting density of the rear plate is between that of the normal knitting single-side weft plain stitch and that of a four plain stitch.
In a preferred embodiment, the first unit a and the second unit B have different protruding degrees, and the protruding degree of the first unit a is higher than that of the second unit B, so that the whole fabric can be divided into multiple layers, the whole stereoscopic impression is increased, and the whole fabric has a softer hand feeling due to the loose knitting of yarns because the protruding degree of the first unit a is high. The third unit has a lower projection degree than the second unit, and the fourth unit has a lowest projection degree;
the third unit C and the fourth unit D are longitudinally arranged in a circulating unit with two pattern rows, wherein the circulating unit comprises a first pattern row and a second pattern row;
the first pattern row and the second pattern row respectively comprise 3 weaving rows which are a first weaving row, a second weaving row and a third weaving row from top to bottom, and each weaving row respectively corresponds to one of the knitting lining yarn 100, the yarn a200 and the yarn b 300;
the pattern behavior is a complete pattern row in appearance after the weaving of the fabric is finished, a plurality of weaving rows can be combined together to form a pattern row, and each weaving row only finishes the weaving of a certain part of one pattern row.
Through the arrangement of a plurality of pattern rows, the micro-relief knitting structure of the jacquard pad has a plurality of possibilities of transformation, and complex and changeable patterns can be knitted.
The third unit C and the fourth unit D take two needles as a circulating unit in the transverse direction;
by combining the transverse weaving and the longitudinal weaving, the whole jacquard liner micro-relief knitting tissue has uniform texture and concave-convex texture.
The four plain knitting needles are in the same needle position, and the front needle plate and the rear needle plate are simultaneously withdrawn from the positions corresponding to the teeth for knitting, so that the most basic and simplest knitting structures are manufactured.
The float thread is formed by that some knitting needles go through one or more paths without knitting and then re-knit, at this time, the old loop crosses over the yarn which is not knitted and is sleeved with the new loop, and the yarn which is not looped is positioned at the back of the old loop to form the float thread. In order to prevent snagging, the floating thread is not easy to be too long.
The addition of the float thread can reduce the transverse extensibility of the knitted fabric and improve the dimensional stability.
In the third unit C, in the first pattern row, the yarn a200 is knitted with the front plate stitch as a second needle by using a four plain stitch as a first needle, and the first needle and the second needle are alternately arranged and knitted in sequence;
the yarn b300 is formed by arranging a first needle as a floating thread, a second needle is used for knitting a back plate coil, and the first needle and the second needle which are the same as the yarn a200 are sequentially and alternately arranged for knitting;
the spacer yarn 100 is disposed between the front panel stitch and the rear panel stitch.
In the third unit C, in a second pattern row, a yarn a200 is knitted by a first needle to form a front plate coil, a second needle is a four-flat needle, and the first needle and the second needle are sequentially and alternately arranged and knitted;
yarn b300 is knitted by the first needle into the back plate coil, the second needle is set to be a floating thread, and the first needle and the second needle which are the same as the yarn a200 are alternately arranged and knitted in sequence and are opposite to the first pattern row needle position;
the spacer yarn 100 is provided between the front panel stitch and the rear panel stitch from the first stitch until the knitting is finished.
Through the arrangement of two different pattern rows, the stereoscopic impression of the fabric can be more prominent, and the layering effect is more obvious.
In the fourth unit D, in the first pattern row, 300 first needles of yarns b are four plain needles, second needles are used for knitting front plate coils, and the first needles and the second needles are sequentially and alternately arranged for knitting;
the yarn a200 is characterized in that a first needle is set to be a floating thread, a second needle is used for knitting a back plate coil, and the first needle and the second needle are sequentially and alternately arranged for knitting;
in the second pattern row, the first needles of the yarn b300 are knitted into front plate coils, the second needles are four flat needles, and the first needles and the second needles are alternately arranged and knitted in sequence and are opposite to the needle arrangement position of the first pattern row;
yarn a200 first knit back panel stitch; the second needles are arranged to be floating threads, and the first needles and the second needles are sequentially and alternately arranged and woven, and the position of the second needles is opposite to that of the first pattern row needles;
the spacer yarn 100 is provided between the front panel stitch and the rear panel stitch from the first stitch until the knitting is finished.
Because the front needle plate and the rear needle plate are connected by the stitches when the third part and the fourth part are woven, the integral projection of the third part and the fourth part after the rear part is retracted is far smaller than that of the first part and the second part.
The micro relief knitted texture of the jacquard liner needs to be washed and finished after weaving, so that the fabric is prevented from being deformed greatly and losing color in the subsequent use process.
In a preferred embodiment, lay yarn 100 is 1 nylon filament 600D, yarn a200 is 1 cashmere yarn Nm2/48, yarn b300 is 1 tencel 1/37 NMB;
the cross-section expands due to the large shrinkage of the spacer yarn 100 over time. There is no yarn connection between the front and rear loops of the first and second cells, so that after the cushion yarn 100 is retracted and expanded, the fabric assumes a floating state, while the first cell protrusion height of the yarn a200 woven front panel is greater than the second cell protrusion height of the yarn b300 woven front panel because the retraction after finishing of the yarn b300 is greater than a 200.
When the third unit and the fourth unit are woven, the front needle plate and the rear needle plate are connected by a coil, and the whole projection after the back retraction is far smaller than the first unit and the second unit. Meanwhile, since the retraction after finishing of the yarn b300 is larger than a200, the third unit of the yarn a200 for knitting the front plate and knitting the four flat needles for connecting the front and rear sheets has a larger projection height than the fourth unit of the yarn b300 for knitting the front plate and knitting the four flat needles for connecting the front and rear sheets.
The invention also aims to provide a knitting method of a jacquard pad micro-relief knitting structure, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, weaving lining yarns 100 between front plate coils and rear plate coils in a first pattern row and a second pattern row;
step 2, knitting a front plate coil by using a yarn a200, knitting a rear plate coil by using a yarn b300, and knitting a first unit A;
step 3, knitting a front plate coil by using a yarn B300, knitting a rear plate coil by using a yarn a200, and knitting a second unit B;
step 4, weaving a third unit C;
step 5, knitting a fourth unit D;
and 6, washing with water and finishing.
In the step 4, the method also comprises the following 3 sub-steps:
step 4.1, the lining yarns 100 are woven in the first and second pattern rows, and the front lining is arranged between the front plate coil and the rear plate coil;
step 4.2, the yarn a200 takes a four-plain stitch as a first needle, and weaves with the front plate coil to form a second needle, the yarn b300 first needle is set as a floating thread, the second needle weaves with the rear plate coil, and both the yarn a200 and the yarn b300 are orderly and alternately arranged with the first needle and the second needle to weave a first pattern row;
and 4.3, knitting front plate coils by first needles of the yarns a200, knitting four flat needles by second needles, knitting rear plate coils by first needles of the yarns b300, setting the second needles as floating threads, and knitting second pattern rows by sequentially and alternately arranging the first needles and the second needles of the yarns a200 and b 300.
In the step 5, the following 3 sub-steps are also included:
step 5.1, the lining yarns 100 are woven in the first and second pattern rows, and the front lining is arranged between the front plate coil and the rear plate coil;
step 5.2, the first needles of the yarns b300 are four plain needles, the second needles are used for knitting front plate coils, the first needles of the yarns a200 are set as floating threads, the second needles are used for knitting rear plate coils, and the yarns a200 and the yarns b300 are respectively formed by alternately arranging the first needles and the second needles in sequence to knit a first pattern row;
and 5.3, knitting front plate coils with the first needles of the yarns b300, knitting rear plate coils with the second needles of the four flat needles, knitting rear plate coils with the first needles of the yarns a200, setting the second needles to be floating threads, and knitting second pattern rows with the first needles and the second needles which are both sequentially and alternately arranged by the yarns a200 and b 300.
The micro-relief knitting method for the jacquard pad provided by the invention is simple and easy to understand, strong in operability, low in requirements on machines and suitable for industrial production.
The four parts are woven step by step, so that the whole fabric can be divided into connection and disconnection, the connection tightness degree can be adjusted, and different parts are spliced according to different pattern requirements, so that the most ideal knitted fabric is obtained.
According to the jacquard liner micro-relief knitting method provided by the invention, the appearance effect of the double-layer liner knitted fabric can be richer, and the jacquard liner micro-relief knitting method is better in stiffness and more abundant in change of the protrusion height compared with the existing liner knitted fabric even if the jacquard liner micro-relief knitting method is used for knitting with the same yarn.
The present invention has been described above in connection with preferred embodiments, which are merely exemplary and illustrative. On the basis of the above, the invention can be subjected to various substitutions and modifications, and the substitutions and the modifications are all within the protection scope of the invention.
