Description

Continuous electrolytic machining device of strip-shaped workpiece group groove structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrolytic machining, in particular to a continuous electrolytic machining device with a strip-shaped workpiece group groove structure.
Background
In order to meet special use requirements, the metal group groove structural parts are made of titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, stainless steel and other difficult-to-process materials.
Researchers have proposed various technological methods to improve the processing quality and the processing efficiency of the group groove structure. Plastic forming is a common processing method of a group groove structure, but the plastic forming process has the problems of large forming force, large die abrasion, large residual stress of workpieces, easy deformation of sheet metal and the like due to high yield stress of difficult-to-process materials. The micro milling is another processing method of a group groove structure, but for a thin-wall group groove structure of a difficult-to-process material, the problems of easy deformation of a plate, processing stress, tool abrasion, unavoidable processing burrs, low processing efficiency and the like still exist in the micro milling. Researchers also adopt micro electric discharge machining, laser machining, chemical etching and other processes to process the group groove structure. The workpiece is eroded by utilizing heat energy in the electric spark machining and the laser machining, and the thin-wall part is easy to deform when being heated; the electric spark machining speed is low, and the tool electrode loss is serious; laser processing has a 'flanging' formed by the residual melt when the melt meets the condensation, and the flanging is usually removed by adopting a secondary finishing process. The chemical etching process has poor precision control capability for group grooves, so that the efficient high-quality processing of the difficult-to-process material group groove structure is an urgent problem to be solved.
The electrochemical machining removes materials in an ion form through electrochemical dissolution reaction, macroscopic mechanical acting force and residual stress do not exist in the machining process, tools are free of loss, the surface quality is good, the defects of recasting layers and the like are avoided, and the electrochemical machining is particularly suitable for precise micro-machining of materials difficult to machine. In recent years, researchers have paid particular attention to the electrolytic machining technology, and hope to solve the manufacturing problem of the micro-groove structure of the difficult-to-machine material by utilizing the unique machining principle and characteristics, the following electrolytic machining methods are proposed: adopting a block-shaped electrode copy type electrolytic machining micro-channel, simulating the forming process of the micro-channel in the machining mode, and machining a micro-group channel with the surface width of 450 micrometers, the bottom surface width of 340 micrometers and the depth of 65 micrometers; adopting a forming tool electrode copy type processing group groove structure with a telescopic comb-shaped liquid sealing structure; and adopting a rod-shaped electrode electrolytic milling micro-groove structure. Processing a micro-channel by adopting an electrolytic transfer printing process; finite element analysis of an electrochemical mask etching electric field of the snake-shaped microgroove is carried out, and influences of processing parameters on the width and the depth of the groove are researched; machining a micro groove on the surface of the cylindrical curved surface by adopting a jet electrochemical machining technology; and scanning and processing the micro-reactor with the micro-cluster groove structure by adopting an electro-hydraulic beam technology. The electrolytic machining methods are mainly used for machining the group groove structure of the rigid metal plate, and the machining of the continuous group groove on the surface of the metal strip has limitations.
In conclusion, the electrochemical machining is very suitable for machining a difficult-to-machine material group groove structure, but the machining efficiency, the machining of flexible strip-shaped parts and the process adaptability are different from the production application.
