Abstract
本发明公开了一种红外自发热的功能布料及其制备方法,红外自发热的功能布料上含有通过红外吸收溶液加热烘干固化得到的红外吸收涂层。本发明提供的红外自发热的功能布料及其制备方法,有机硅烷与硅烷偶联剂通过水解交联缩合,通过调配二者的烷基链长,可以在布料或布料纤维表面形成具有疏水效果的涂层,红外吸收剂加入后可以产生红外吸收效果,但是通常红外吸收剂的加入会破坏疏水效果,本发明选用的酞菁染料、纳米三氧化钨、纳米ATO、纳米GTO、纳米ITO、纳米钨酸铯能够在提供红外吸收效果的同时保留疏水效果,热固化剂的加入可以将涂层稳固于布料或布料纤维表面,进而得到品质优良的红外自发热的功能布料。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能布料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种红外自发热的功能布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
具有自发热功能的衣服在冬季保暖、御寒方面具有优势。现有技术中,为实现衣物的自发热,通常通过以下两种方式实现:
第一种方式,是在衣服中增加加热模块,通过电池通电加热实现衣物的自发热。然而,额外的电池和加热模块不仅会增加衣物的重量,更会增加衣物穿着和清洗时的风险。
第二种方式,是在衣物中添加发热纤维或直接采用发热纤维制造衣物。中国发明专利,申请号CN201810055988.X,公开了一种防静电自发热被罩布料,采用亚烯酸盐系发热纤维实现自发热;中国发明专利,申请号CN201410450565.X,公开了一种自发热手套布料,采用依克丝发热纤维实现手套的自发热。但是发热纤维的原理是将人体自身释放出的热量返还给人体,从而减少人体热量损失,起到保暖作用,因此,采用该方式的自发热能够提升的保暖效果有限。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种红外自发热的功能布料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种红外自发热的功能布料,所述红外自发热的功能布料上含有通过红外吸收溶液加热烘干固化得到的红外吸收涂层。
进一步的,按重量份数计,所述红外吸收溶液包括以下组分:
混合溶液50-90份
有机硅烷2-10份
硅烷偶联剂0.5-3份
催化剂0.001-0.05份
红外吸收剂0.1-0.5份
热固化剂1-10份。
进一步的,所述红外吸收溶液采用以下步骤制备得到:
按重量份数计,在50-90份混合溶液中加入2-10份有机硅烷,调节pH至4-5,在25-45℃温度条件下搅拌2-4h;随后,依次加入0.5-3份硅烷偶联剂和0.001-0.05份催化剂继续搅拌反应12-24h;随后,依次加入0.1-0.5份红外吸收剂和1-10份热固化剂搅拌均匀。
进一步的,所述混合溶液为去离子水与有机溶剂的混合溶液,所述有机溶剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、丁烷、己烷。
进一步的,所述有机硅烷为长链烷基的硅烷,长链硅烷的碳原子数>3,长链烷基的硅烷选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基二甲基氯硅烷、十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为含有不饱和基或含有环氧烃基的硅烷偶联剂。
进一步的,所述催化剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:二甲亚锡、甲苯磺酸-二丁基氧化锡、Pt-N(C2H5)3、辛酸亚锡。
进一步的,所述红外吸收剂选自下述组分中的一种:酞菁染料、纳米三氧化钨、纳米ATO、纳米GTO、纳米ITO、纳米钨酸铯。
进一步的,所述酞菁染料选自酞菁蓝BGS、酞菁蓝B、酞菁绿G、酞菁蓝BS中的一种。
进一步的,所述热固化剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:氨基树脂、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯。
进一步的,所述氨基树脂选自下述组分中的一种:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、脲醛树脂、烃基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
进一步的,所述醇酸树脂为由甘油、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷中的一种或多种的组合与由邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸中的一种或多种的组合缩合得到的树脂。
进一步的,所述丙烯酸树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,或聚甲基丙烯酸酯与丙烯腈、丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯、苯乙烯中的一种的共聚物。
本发明还公开了一种红外自发热的功能布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在布料或布料纤维表面涂布红外吸收溶液,随后在100-200℃条件下,加热烘干固化5-10min,布料或布料纤维表面形成红外吸收涂层,得到所需红外自发热的功能布料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
一种红外自发热的功能布料,通过在红外自发热的功能布料的布料或布料纤维上增加红外吸收涂层,增加衣物对阳光的红外吸收、减少红外反射,从而实现衣物的自发热功能。
一种红外自发热的功能布料,红外自发热的功能布料的布料或布料纤维表面包含红外吸收涂层,红外吸收涂层通过将红外吸收溶液涂布、喷涂或浸涂至布料或布料纤维上,经过加热固化得到。
按重量份数计,红外吸收溶液包括以下组分:
混合溶液50-90份
有机硅烷2-10份
硅烷偶联剂0.5-3份
催化剂0.001-0.05份
红外吸收剂0.1-0.5份
热固化剂1-10份。
红外吸收溶液的制备方法为:
按重量份数计,在50-90份混合溶液中加入2-10份有机硅烷,调节pH至4-5,在25-45℃温度条件下搅拌2-4h;随后依次加入0.5-3份硅烷偶联剂和0.001-0.05份催化剂继续搅拌反应12-24h;随后依次加入0.1-0.5份红外吸收剂和1-10份热固化剂搅拌均匀,即可得到所需红外吸收溶液。
一种红外自发热的功能布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在红外自发热的功能布料的布料或布料纤维表面通过喷涂或浸涂等方法涂布红外吸收溶液,在100-200℃条件下加热烘干5-10min后得到所需红外自发热的功能布料。
混合溶液为混合溶剂为去离子水和有机溶剂的混合溶液;有机溶剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、丁烷、己烷。
有机硅烷为长链烷基的硅烷,长链硅烷的碳原子数>3,长链烷基的硅烷选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基二甲基氯硅烷、十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷。
硅烷偶联剂为含有不饱和基或含有环氧烃基的硅烷偶联剂。
催化剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:二甲亚锡、甲苯磺酸-二丁基氧化锡、Pt-N(C2H5)3、辛酸亚锡。
红外吸收剂选自下述组分中的一种:酞菁染料、纳米三氧化钨、纳米ATO、纳米GTO、纳米ITO、纳米钨酸铯,其中,酞菁染料选自酞菁蓝BGS、酞菁蓝B、酞菁绿G、酞菁蓝BS中的一种。
热固化剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:氨基树脂、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯;氨基树脂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、脲醛树脂、烃基三聚氰胺甲醛树脂中的任一种;醇酸树脂为由甘油、季戊四醇、三羟甲基丙烷中的一种或多种的组合与由邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸中的一种或多种的组合缩合得到的树脂;丙烯酸树脂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯或其与丙烯腈、丙烯酰胺、醋酸乙烯、苯乙烯中的任一种的共聚物。
实施例1
一种红外自发热的功能布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备混合溶液:将水和乙醇按照体积比为1:3进行混合配制得到;
(2)制备红外吸收溶液:在反应釜内加入80g的混合溶液,加入10g有机硅烷十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,调节pH=4-5,于温度25-45℃下,搅拌4h;加入3g硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,加入催化剂二甲亚锡0.01g,继续反应12h;加入0.5g红外吸收剂酞菁蓝BGS和10g聚甲基丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的共聚物,搅拌均匀即可;
(3)将红外吸收溶液浸涂至布料或布料纤维表面,在120℃条件下,加热烘干10min后得到所需红外自发热的功能布料。
实施例2
一种红外自发热的功能布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备混合溶液:将水和乙醇按照体积比为1:3进行混合配制得到;
(2)制备红外吸收溶液:在反应釜内加入50g的混合溶液,加入2g有机硅烷十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,调节pH=4-5,温度25-45℃下,搅拌4h;加入0.5g硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,加入催化剂二甲亚锡0.001g,继续反应12h;加入0.1g红外吸收剂纳米ITO、1g的聚甲基丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的共聚物,搅拌均匀,备用;
(3)将红外吸收溶液浸涂至布料或布料纤维表面,在120℃条件下,加热烘干10min后得到所需布料后得到所需红外自发热的功能布料。
实施例3
一种红外自发热的功能布料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备混合溶液:将水和乙醇按照体积比为1:3进行混合配制得到;
(2)制备红外吸收溶液:在反应釜内加入90g的混合溶液,加入5g有机硅烷十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷,调节pH=4-5,温度25-45℃下,搅拌4h;加入2g硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,加入催化剂二甲亚锡0.05g,继续反应24h;加入0.3g红外吸收剂纳米三氧化钨、5g的聚甲基丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯的共聚物,搅拌均匀,备用;
(3)将红外吸收溶液浸涂至布料或布料纤维表面,在120℃条件下,加热烘干10min后得到所需布料后得到所需红外自发热的功能布料。
对比例1
对比例1为未进行任何处理的布料。
将实施例1-3所得布料及对比例1的布料均放置在阳光下,环境温度15℃,湿度42%RH,四种布料保持位置、角度相同的情况下,在不同时间测试四种布料表面的温度,测试数据如下表1:

由上表1可以看出,与对比例1相比,相同时间的阳光照射情况下,实施例1-3的布料表面温度有明显提升,具有红外自发热功能。
本发明未具体描述的部分采用现有技术即可,在此不做赘述。

1.一种红外自发热的功能布料,其特征在于,所述红外自发热的功能布料上含有通过红外吸收溶液固化得到的红外吸收涂层;
按重量份数计,所述红外吸收溶液包括以下组分:
混合溶液 50-90份
有机硅烷 2-10份
硅烷偶联剂 0.5-3份
催化剂 0.001-0.05份
红外吸收剂 0.1-0.5份
热固化剂 1-10份;
有机硅烷与硅烷偶联剂通过水解交联缩合,通过调配二者的烷基链长,可以在布料或布料纤维表面形成具有疏水效果的涂层,所述红外吸收剂选自下述组分中的一种:酞菁染料、纳米三氧化钨、纳米ATO、纳米GTO、纳米ITO、纳米钨酸铯,在提供红外吸收效果的同时保留疏水效果,热固化剂的加入可以将涂层稳固于布料或布料纤维表面,进而得到品质优良的红外自发热的功能布料;
所述红外吸收溶液采用以下步骤制备得到:
按重量份数计,在50-90份混合溶液中加入2-10份有机硅烷,调节pH至4-5,在25-45℃温度条件下搅拌2-4h;随后,依次加入0.5-3份硅烷偶联剂和0.001-0.05份催化剂继续搅拌反应12-24h;随后,依次加入0.1-0.5份红外吸收剂和1-10份热固化剂搅拌均匀;
所述有机硅烷为长链烷基的硅烷,长链硅烷的碳原子数>3,长链烷基的硅烷选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基二甲基氯硅烷、十七氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷、正辛基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外自发热的功能布料,其特征在于,所述混合溶液为去离子水与有机溶剂的混合溶液,所述有机溶剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、丁烷、己烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外自发热的功能布料,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为含有不饱和基或含有环氧烃基的硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外自发热的功能布料,其特征在于,所述催化剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:二甲亚锡、甲苯磺酸-二丁基氧化锡、Pt-N(C2H5)3、辛酸亚锡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种红外自发热的功能布料,其特征在于,所述热固化剂选自下述组分中的一种或多种的组合:氨基树脂、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯。
6.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的红外自发热的功能布料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在布料或布料纤维表面涂布红外吸收溶液,随后在100-200℃条件下,加热固化5-10min,布料或布料纤维表面形成红外吸收涂层,得到所需红外自发热的功能布料。
