Abstract
本发明提供一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,由以下材料按照重量份组成:含羟基氯醋树脂50‑100份、三聚氰胺树脂5‑30份、空穴传输材料35‑70份、电子传输材料20‑40份、电荷发生材料2‑10份、抗氧剂1‑5份及溶剂300‑500份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:利用氯醋树脂的羟基官能团与三聚氰胺加热固化形成交联网状结构膜层,用于正充电型感光鼓涂层,获得优异得电特性和附着力,增强感光鼓的耐磨性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及光电半导体涂料技术领域,具体是指一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方。
背景技术
有机感光鼓是一类在激光照射下能使光产生载流子形成并迁移的新型高技术信息处理器件,是激光打印机、数码复印机、激光传真机及多功能一体机等现代办公设备中最为核心的光电转换及成像部件,直接决定打印、复印等影像传输的质量。是集现代功能材料、现代先进制造技术于一体的高集成、高附加值的有机光电子信息产品。
有机感光鼓主要由圆筒状铝基材和基材外表层涂膜的有机感光材料组成;其中,有机感光材料主要是由树脂和功能材料组成,目前大多数感光鼓外层成膜树脂以聚碳酸树脂和聚酯树脂居多。用聚碳酸树脂或聚酯树脂作为成膜主体材料,有一定的局限性,如对铝基材附着力不足,膜层硬度不足,防刮擦和耐磨性能不能达到要求等。以此成膜的OPC感光鼓寿命短,在实际应用中有一定的局限性。国外有改性聚碳酸树脂,一定程度可增加感光鼓膜层的耐磨性,但是对国内技术封锁,一般为原装OEM厂家的定制产品,不对外销售。即使改性,对于聚碳酸树脂和聚酯树脂而言,在铝基附着力和耐磨性方面还是有一定的局限性。
特别的,正电型感光鼓涂料中除了成膜树脂外,还含功能性材料如光敏感材料,空穴传输材料和电子传输材料等,功能性材料含量比例较大,易造成感光膜层的机械性能下降,如变脆,附着力差,耐磨性不好等。功能性材料含量降低时又达不到感光鼓的光电敏感性要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,进而提供一种具有优异的电特性和附着力,增强感光鼓的耐磨性的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,由以下材料按照重量份组成:含羟基氯醋树脂50-100份、三聚氰胺树脂5-30份、空穴传输材料35-70份、电子传输材料20-40份、电荷发生材料2-10份、抗氧剂1-5份及溶剂300-500份。
进一步的,所述含羟基氯醋树脂为含1-3%羟基的三元氯醋树脂。
进一步的,所述三聚氰胺树脂为氨基固化剂,可在90-120℃固化的高度甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂。
进一步的,所述电子传输材料为具有醌类结构的化合物。
进一步的,所述电荷发生材料为含金属酞菁的材料。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂采用受阻酚类抗氧剂。
进一步的,所述溶剂为四氢呋喃。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
配方简单,材料易获得,具有优异的成膜性,可交联固化,所制成感光鼓膜层均匀光亮,具有优良的光电特性,优异的附着力和耐磨性。
含羟基的三元氯醋树脂,有利于光敏材料即电荷发生材料金属酞菁颜料的均匀分散,不好发生二次凝聚,所得液体可长期保持均匀稳定而不发生颜料沉淀。三聚氰胺树脂适合采用高度甲醚的化三聚氰胺树脂,可低温固化,一般90-120℃可交联固化为宜。一方面在室温条件下三聚氰胺树脂和羟基不会交联,涂料在室温下可长期保持,不会因交联固化而胶化。另一方面固化温度在此范围适合于批量生产制造,过高易造成功能性材料如电荷发生材料和空穴电子传输材料的破坏,且又不利于生产减能节排。以上涂料在铝基上涂膜固化,可交联反应固化形成网状结构膜层,有效增加膜层的附着力和耐磨性,延长感光鼓的寿命。氯醋树脂和三聚氰胺树脂来源广泛,相对于改性聚碳酸树脂或聚酯树脂便宜得多,可大大降低感光鼓的材料成本。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方如下,每份按质量分数计:含羟基氯醋树脂:80份,三聚氰胺树脂:20份,空穴传输材料:50份,电子传输材料:30份,电荷发生材料:3份,抗氧剂:5份,溶剂(四氢呋喃):400份。
以上材料混合溶解完全后,在研磨机上研磨2小时,大小为1mm锆珠,80%仓体填充量,制得液体用5微米过滤器过滤,用圆环涂膜方式,在铝基上涂上一层涂膜,100℃干燥30分钟,得到25微米厚的均匀涂层。
对比实施例1
聚碳酸树脂感光鼓涂料的配方如下,每份按质量分数计:聚碳酸树脂:100份,空穴传输材料:50份,电子传输材料:30份,电荷发生材料:3份,抗氧剂:5份,溶剂(四氢呋喃):400份。
以上材料混合溶解完全后,在研磨机上研磨2小时,大小为1mm锆珠,80%仓体填充量。制得液体用5微米过滤器过滤,用圆环涂膜方式,在铝基上涂上一层涂膜,100℃干燥30分钟,得到30微米厚的均匀涂层。
以上正充电型有机感光鼓,安装在兄弟打印机器上,按ISO_IEC_19752_2004,5%浓度A4印字30000张,评价感光鼓的附着力,打印黑度和耐磨性:
附着力:按GB/T 9286-1998《色漆和清漆漆膜的划格试验》方法测试,优0<5差;
打印黑度:按100%浓度的黑度值评价;
耐磨性:按平均每1万张印量的膜厚消减量评价,结果如下表一:
由以上结果可以看出,本发明所述配方制得感光鼓具有与比较例一样的光敏感特性,且膜层附着力和耐磨性相对比较例有很大改善。

Claims (8)
1.一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,由以下材料按照重量份组成:含羟基氯醋树脂50-100份、三聚氰胺树脂5-30份、空穴传输材料35-70份、电子传输材料20-40份、电荷发生材料2-10份、抗氧剂1-5份及溶剂300-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述含羟基氯醋树脂为含1-3%羟基的三元氯醋树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述三聚氰胺树脂为氨基固化剂,可在90-120℃固化的高度甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述空穴传输材料为具有含烯烃的苯胺衍生物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述电子传输材料为具有醌类结构的化合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述电荷发生材料为含金属酞菁的材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂采用受阻酚类抗氧剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种正电型感光鼓涂料配方,其特征在于,所述溶剂为四氢呋喃。
