被成型到之前被加热的第一膜片条中,以便形成用于例如泡罩包装件的成型膜片。第一膜片条从成型站被运输至片剂输送单元,借助该片剂输送单元将各一个片剂填充到第一膜片的各个碗状部中。泡罩机此外具有第二膜片接纳部,例如由铝制成的第二膜片条在卷筒上储备在所述第二膜片接纳部上。沿运输方向在输送单元下游,第二膜片条被放置到填充有片剂的第一膜片条上并且彼此相叠的膜片然后被引导穿过热封设备的辊子间隙,以便将膜片条的环绕碗状部的区域彼此焊接并且借此紧密密封地封闭碗状部。
辊子间隙在可加热的密封辊子和与该密封辊子共同作用的配合辊子之间形成,密封辊子和配合辊子以能围绕彼此平行伸展的轴线旋转的方式支承在机器机架上。为了调整密封辊子的温度,密封辊子的加热部件具有第一调整装置。在配合辊子的侧面中设有与碗状部配合的成型部,当第一膜片条被运输通过辊子间隙时,第一膜片条的碗状部嵌入所述成型部。辊子间隙的间隙宽度是能调整的,并且为了调整在辊子间隙中作用于膜片条的密封压力,在密封辊子的轴线和配合辊子的轴线之间布置有气动缸,所述气动缸能被施加以能借助第二调整装置调整的气动压力。
借助热封设备,各膜片条应该被彼此连接使得第一膜片条的所有碗状部通过第二膜片条密封地封闭。然而在实践中不能始终确保这点。尤其是可能出现,第二膜片条在热封过程中不是在所有为此设置的部位上都与第一膜片条固定连接。如此,例如可能在各膜片条之间在有缺陷的焊接过程中出现气泡,在所述气泡上各膜片条未被彼此焊接。
为了减少这种生产缺陷的危险,对利用所述设备焊接的泡罩包装件进行随机抽查。此时,将要检查的泡罩包装件从生产过程中取出并且实施所谓的蓝色测试(Blautest),其中将泡罩包装件浸入蓝色的测试液体中。然后检查测试液体是否渗透到碗状部中。因为要检查的泡罩包装件在用测试液体检查时被弄脏,所以这些泡罩包装件必须在实施测试之后被清除。这尤其是当泡罩包装件的碗状部中包含有昂贵药品时是不利的,所述药品例如是用于治疗肿瘤的药品。此外不利的是,在先已知的测试方法不能够实现对泡罩包装件的100%检验。最后,所述测试是耗费的并且伴随有对应的费用,因为为了手动实施测试必须提供对应的人员。当在测试中确定了有缺陷的泡罩包装件时,则停止生产并且寻找在生产过程中的缺陷。在消除了缺陷之后,可以再次进行生产。
由WO 2014/075792 A2已知一种用于无接触地测量厚度的光学测量装置,泡罩包装件在测量部位上具有所述厚度。所述测量装置装配在包装机的输送带上,泡罩包装件在所述输送带上被运输。借助所述测量装置能够检查在热封部位的区域中在各膜片条之间是否存在气泡,所述气泡指出有缺陷的热封部位。所述测量装置具有投射装置,该投射装置具有光源和用于将由光源发射的光聚集到泡罩包装件上的光学器件。借助所述投射装置,光在与由泡罩包装件的上膜片条或第二膜片条张开的平面的法线成角度的情况下在各膜片条应该彼此焊接的部位上被投射到泡罩包装件上。
为了接收投射装置的在第一膜片条背离第二膜片条的光学分界面上和/或在第一膜片条朝向第二膜片条的光学分界面上和/或在第二膜片条朝向第一膜片条的光学分界面上被反射的光,所述测量装置具有线阵相机,该线阵相机的光轴相对于由第二膜片条张开的平面的法线并且相对于投射装置的光轴倾斜。投射装置的被各个分界面反射的光在线阵相机的测量信号中分别引起尖峰。尖峰的距离与材料厚度相关。从所述测量装置的测量信号中通过一定数量的测量形成算术平均值并且将各个测量信号与该平均值比较。当在测量信号和平均值之间的偏差超过预定阈值时,则在所涉及的泡罩包装件上探测到有缺陷的焊缝。虽然所述测量装置能够实现在输送带上提供的泡罩包装件的100%泡罩包装件检验。然而不利的是,当在热封部位上出现缺陷时,可能需要手动干预热封过程。
发明内容
因此产生如下任务,即,提供一种开头所述类型的热封设备,在该热封设备中,即使在没有手动干预热封过程的情况下也尽量避免在热封泡罩包装件或条形包装件时出现缺陷。
该任务利用按照本发明的特征解决。这些特征设置在开头所述类型的热封设备中,从而所述热封设备具有用于无接触地检测厚度尺寸的至少一个测量信号的测量装置,由各膜片条形成的层组件在穿过辊子间隙之后在热封部位上具有所述厚度尺寸,所述测量装置与用于将测量信号与参考信号或参考信号范围比较的比较装置连接,并且该比较装置经由调节器与第一和/或第二调整装置控制连接,使得当在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差时,以减小偏差的方式改变温度和/或密封压力。
厚度尺寸理解为如下距离,即,第一膜片条的背离第二膜片条的表面或朝向第二膜片条的表面在测量部位上相对于第二膜片条的朝向第一膜片条的表面或背离第一膜片条的表面具有所述距离。
亦即,按照本发明,测量装置利用第一和/或第二调整装置接入调节回路。由此,当在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差并且因此存在有缺陷的热封缝时,改变密封辊子的温度和/或在辊子间隙中作用于膜片条的密封压力,使得所述偏差在适配温度或密封压力之后减小。当测量装置在各膜片条应该彼此焊接的位置上测量得到层组件的大于对应于参考信号的厚度值的厚度尺寸时,提高密封辊子的温度和/或增大密封压力。当测量装置在各膜片条应该彼此焊接的部位上测量得到层组件的小于对应于参考信号的厚度值的厚度尺寸时,降低密封辊子的温度减少和/或减小密封压力。因为利用所述热封设备制造的焊缝的质量按照经验仅缓慢地改变,所以有利的是,调节器具有低通特性。因此,密封辊子的温度和/或密封压力在厚度偏差(Dickenabweisung)持续较长时间时比在厚度偏差仅短时间持续时更强烈地提高。
在本发明的一种优选的设计方案中,调节器被设计成:
a)对于在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差的情况,以减小该偏差的方式改变密封辊子的温度并且使密封压力保持恒定,
b)此后将测量信号重新与参考信号比较,并且对于在该比较中确定了偏差的情况,以减小该偏差的方式改变密封压力并且使密封辊子的温度保持恒定,以及
c)可选地重复至少一次步骤a)和b)。
亦即,当在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差时,所述偏差首先通过以预定的温度步长改变热封辊的温度来减小并且如果这不足以消除偏差,则此后以预定的压力步长改变热封压力。如果这也不足以消除偏差,则再次提高温度等。也可设想相反的操作方式,其中首先改变密封压力并且如果这不足以消除偏差,则此后以预定的温度步长改变密封辊子的温度。
在本发明的一种有利的实施形式中,测量装置具有至少一个激光干涉仪,所述激光干涉仪为了确定厚度尺寸而以其光轴横向于由第二膜片条张开的平面布置,由各膜片条形成的层组件具有所述厚度尺寸。由此能够特别准确并且高分辨率地确定由各膜片条组成的层组件的厚度。因为激光干涉仪在窄的光学波长范围中工作并且以高强度的光学辐射工作,所以此外能够实现无干扰的测量值检测。
有利的是,激光干涉仪的光路相对于支架布置成,使得激光辐射穿过第一膜片条的背离第二膜片条的表面入射到第一膜片条中,密封辊子和配合辊子可旋转地支承在所述支架上。在该情况下,第二膜片条可以由对于激光干涉仪的光学辐射穿透差或甚至不可穿透的材料制成。
在本发明的一种优选的设计方案中,测量装置被设计使得能在多个测量部位上测量厚度尺寸的测量信号,由各膜片条形成的层组件具有所述厚度尺寸,所述多个测量部位在层组件延伸所在的平面中横向于层组件的运输方向彼此间隔开距离。当在层组件沿运输方向被运输期间实施多个测量时,可以测量厚度尺寸的二维图像。当所述测量部位对应彼此紧密地布置时,能够实现热封连接的100%检验,在所述测量部位上检测厚度尺寸的测量信号。
在本发明的一种进一步扩展方案中,密封辊子的加热部件具有至少两个沿密封辊子的轴向方向彼此错开的加热区,不同的能借助第一调整装置单独操控的加热元件被配属给所述加热区,并且调节器与第一调整装置控制连接,使得当在各个测量部位上在厚度尺寸的测量信号之间出现不均匀性时,以减小该不均匀性的方式操控加热元件。通过该措施,也能够在密封辊子侧补偿在用于厚度尺寸的测量信号和参考信号或参考信号范围之间出现的偏差。
在本发明的另一种有利的设计方案中,用于产生密封压力的装置具有至少两个沿密封辊子的轴向方向彼此错开的压力产生区,不同的能借助第二调整装置单独操控的压力产生元件被配属给所述压力产生区,并且调节器与第二调整装置控制连接,使得当在在各个测量部位上在厚度尺寸的测量信号之间出现不均匀性时,以减小该不均匀性减少的方式操控压力产生元件。由此也能够在密封辊子侧减小或甚至完全平衡在用于厚度尺寸的测量信号和参考信号或参考信号范围之间出现的偏差。
在需要时,激光干涉仪可以被设计为光学相干断层扫描测量装置。这样的测量装置例如由WO 2014/075792 A2已知,利用该测量装置可以产生热封焊缝的三维图像。
在本发明的一种优选的设计方案中,激光干涉仪在指向第一和/或第二膜片条的测量激光束的光路中具有至少一个转向装置,借助该转向装置能使测量激光束横向于具有膜片条的层组件的运输方向转向。
有利的是,所述热封设备具有用于将压花引入至少一个所述膜片条中的压花装置,测量装置具有用于确定第一实际值的机构,该第一实际值表示在压花的位置与在各膜片条间形成的用于接纳产品的内凹部的位置之间的相对位置,测量装置与第一比较元件连接,该第一比较元件用于将第一实际值与压花和内凹部之间的相对位置的第一期望值进行比较,热封设备具有第一调整元件,该第一调整元件用于相对于内凹部的位置调整压花的位置,并且第一比较元件与第一调整元件控制连接,使得当在第一实际值和第一期望值之间出现偏差时以减小该偏差的方式改变所述相对位置。如果压花的位置相对于内凹部的位置偏离预定程度,则所述热封设备能够实现参考内凹部的位置自动校正压花。
在本发明的另一种有利的实施形式中,所述热封设备具有用于将穿孔引入至少一个所述膜片条中的穿孔装置,其中,测量装置具有用于确定第二实际值的机构,该第二实际值表示在穿孔的位置与在各膜片条间形成的用于接纳产品的内凹部的位置之间的相对位置,其中,测量装置与第二比较元件连接,该第二比较元件用于将第二实际值与穿孔和内凹部之间的相对位置的第二期望值进行比较,其中,热封设备具有第二调整元件,该第二调整元件用于相对于内凹部的位置调整穿孔的位置,并且第二比较元件与第二调整元件控制连接,使得当在第二实际值和第二期望值之间出现偏差时以减小该偏差的方式改变所述相对位置。在此,第二期望值这样选择,使得穿孔以与碗状部间隔开距离的方式引入泡罩包装件或条形包装件中,优选大致居中地在彼此相邻的碗状部之间或在彼此相邻的碗状部排列之间。

具体实施方式
用于泡罩机的在图1中整体用1表示的热封设备用于焊接泡罩带2的第一膜片条3和第二膜片条6。如在图2中可看出的,泡罩带2的第一膜片条构成为由透光塑料制成的成型膜片,多个碗状部4被成型到所述成型膜片中,所述多个碗状部分别被产品5、例如片剂所填充。平行于由第一膜片条3张开的平面,在第一膜片条3上布置有与该第一膜片条焊接的第二膜片条6,该第二膜片条紧密密封地封闭碗状部4的内凹部7。第二膜片条6优选由铝制成,其层厚被这样确定尺寸,使得产品5能够被用户相应地通过作用于对应碗状部4的背离第二膜片条6的前侧的压力挤压穿过第二膜片条6。第二膜片条6此时裂开。
为了密封地封闭碗状部4的内凹部7,第二膜片条借助不中断地围绕各个碗状部4延伸的热封缝与第一膜片条3焊接。
泡罩机具有第一膜片接纳部,由热塑性塑料制成的第一膜片条3在第一卷筒上储备在所述第一膜片接纳部上。第一膜片条3能借助运输装置被进一步运输至加热站并且从该加热站被进一步运输至泡罩机的成型站。在成型站中,以本身已知的方式借助对应的模具将碗状部4成型到之前在加热站中被加热的第一膜片条3中。以该方式形成的成型膜片从成型站被运输至片剂输送单元,借助该片剂输送单元将各一个产品5填充到成型膜片或第一膜片条3的各个碗状部4中。
泡罩机此外具有第二膜片接纳部,第二膜片条6在第二卷筒上储备在所述第二膜片接纳部上。沿运输方向13在片剂输送装置下游,填充有产品5的第一膜片条3和第二膜片条6被彼此叠放并且然后沿运输方向13被引导穿过热封设备1的辊子间隙8,以便将第一膜片条3的环绕碗状部4的区域与第二膜片条6焊接。
如在图1中可看出的,辊子间隙8在可加热的密封辊子9与配合辊子10之间形成。密封辊子9和配合辊子10以能围绕彼此平行伸展的轴线旋转的方式支承在支架11上。配合辊子10在其侧面中具有用于接纳第一膜片条3的碗状部4的成型部12。密封辊子9的被加热的侧面具有用于密封图案的凹凸结构(Reliefstruktur),所述密封图案例如可以具有菱形结构元素。
密封辊子9能借助在附图中未详细示出的电加热部件加热,该电加热部件经由操控装置被供以电流。为了调整密封辊子9的温度,操控装置具有第一调整装置。
在密封辊子9和配合辊子10之间形成的辊子间隙8的间隙宽度是能调整的。为此目的,密封辊子9在第一保持装置14上可旋转地支承,而配合辊子10在第二保持装置15上可旋转地支承。第一保持装置14能围绕与密封辊子9的旋转轴线和配合辊子10的旋转轴线间隔开距离的平行于这些旋转轴线布置的偏转轴16相对于第二保持装置15偏转。第一保持装置14的与偏转轴16间隔开距离的支承部位与气动的工作缸体17的活塞杆18铰接连接,而工作缸体17的缸体部件19与第二保持装置15铰接连接。
工作缸体17的由活塞和缸体部件限定的工作空间经由在附图中未详细示出的第二调整装置与气动压力源连接。借助第二调整元件能调整在工作空间中的气动压力。由此能够调整在辊子间隙中作用于膜片条3、6的密封压力。
为了无接触地检测厚度尺寸D的测量信号,热封设备1具有测量装置20,该测量装置被设计为按照激光干涉仪原理的光学相干断层扫描测量装置20,由各膜片条形成的层组件在处于碗状部4的内凹部7之外的部位上在穿过辊子间隙8之后横向于由第二膜片条6张开的平面具有所述厚度尺寸。
测量装置20具有激光器,在该激光器的光路中布置有分束器。在该分束器中,激光束被分成测量光束21和在附图中未详细示出的参考光束。测量光束21横向于第二膜片条6延伸所在的平面布置,使得测量光束入射到第一膜片条3上并且在第一和/或第二膜片条3、6的光学分界面上被反射。参考光束射到镜上并且被镜反射回到自身中。在分束器上,测量光束21和参考光束再次汇合并且正好在由两个光束经过的行程的差别小于相干长度时产生干涉。干涉信号利用探测器记录并且此后被分析。在测量光束21的光路中设有转向装置,借助该转向装置能够使测量光束21为了扫描成型膜片3而横向于成型膜片3的运输方向13来回运动。
在图2中示出以泡罩带2为例的厚度尺寸D,在该泡罩带中膜片条3、6被正确地彼此焊接。明显可看出,膜片条3、6在第一膜片条3的被内凹部7覆盖的区域之外直接彼此相叠并且在那里被材料接合地彼此连接。
图3示出以泡罩带2为例的厚度尺寸D,在该泡罩带中热封缝是有缺陷的。在这里可看出,焊缝在膜片条3、6之间在未被碗状部4的内凹部7覆盖的区域中具有气泡22。由此,在该部位上在图3中产生厚度尺寸D‘,该厚度尺寸大于图2中的厚度尺寸D。
测量装置20与用于将测量信号与参考信号范围进行比较的比较装置连接。比较装置经由调节器与第一调整装置控制连接,使得当在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差时以减小该偏差的方式改变密封辊子的温度并且使密封压力保持恒定。当对应于测量信号的厚度尺寸例如大于对应于参考信号的参考尺寸时,将密封辊子的温度提高预定值。第一调整元件为此被对应地操控。在对密封辊子9的温度进行再调节期间,使密封压力保持恒定。
此外,比较装置经由调节器与第二调整装置控制连接,使得当在实施改变了密封辊子9的温度的调节步骤之后在测量信号和参考信号之间仍然出现偏差时,将密封压力提高并且使密封辊子9的温度保持恒定。第二调整元件为此被操控使得在工作缸体17中的压力对应地增加。在对密封压力进行再调节期间,使密封辊子9的温度保持恒定。
在图4中示意性示出密封辊子9的温度和密封压力的调节。也可设想其他调节策略,在这些调节策略中,当在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差时,首先改变密封压力并且然后改变密封辊子9的温度。此外可能的是,当在测量信号和参考信号之间出现偏差时,同时改变两个参数(密封压力和温度)。
还应该提到的是,泡罩机具有在附图中未详细示出的冲压装置,在泡罩带2穿过热封设备1之后借助所述冲压装置从泡罩带2冲出泡罩包装件。所冲出的泡罩包装件被进一步运输至在附图中未详细示出的纸箱打包机,借助该纸箱打包机将泡罩包装件包装在折叠纸箱中。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于焊接泡罩包装件和/或条形包装件的膜片条的热封设备(1),所述热封设备包括辊子组件,该辊子组件具有能借助加热部件加热的密封辊子(9)和与该密封辊子共同作用的配合辊子(10),该配合辊子在其侧面中具有用于接纳要在各膜片条之间包围的产品的成型部(12),其中,所述加热部件具有用于调整所述密封辊子(9)的温度的第一调整装置,其中,所述密封辊子(9)和所述配合辊子(10)在支架(11)上可旋转地支承,使得在所述密封辊子(9)和所述配合辊子(10)的侧面的环绕所述成型部(12)的区域之间形成辊子间隙(8),其中,所述热封设备(1)具有输送装置,借助该输送装置能将各膜片条彼此叠放地沿运输方向(13)输送至所述辊子间隙(8),以便将各膜片条在热封部位上彼此焊接,使得所述产品被包围在各膜片条之间,其中,所述辊子间隙(8)的间隙宽度是能调整的,并且在所述密封辊子(9)和所述配合辊子(10)之间布置有用于产生在所述辊子间隙(8)中作用于膜片条的密封压力的装置,该装置具有第二调整装置,借助该第二调整装置能调整所述密封压力,其特征在于,所述热封设备(1)具有用于无接触地检测厚度尺寸(D、D‘)的至少一个测量信号的测量装置(20),由各膜片条形成的层组件在穿过所述辊子间隙(8)之后在所述热封部位上具有所述厚度尺寸,所述测量装置(20)与用于将所述测量信号与参考信号或参考信号范围进行比较的比较装置连接,并且所述比较装置经由调节器与所述第一调整装置和/或所述第二调整装置控制连接,使得当在所述测量信号与所述参考信号或所述参考信号范围之间出现偏差时以减小该偏差的方式改变所述温度和/或所述密封压力;
其中,所述调节器被设计成:
a)对于在所述测量信号与所述参考信号之间出现偏差的情况,以减小该偏差的方式改变所述密封辊子(9)的温度并且使所述密封压力保持恒定,并且
b)此后将所述测量信号重新与所述参考信号比较,并且对于在该比较中确定了偏差的情况,以减小该偏差的方式改变所述密封压力并且使所述密封辊子(9)的温度保持恒定;
或者,所述调节器被设计成:
a)对于在所述测量信号与所述参考信号之间出现偏差的情况,首先改变所述密封压力,并且
b)如果这不足以消除所述偏差,则此后以预定的温度步长改变所述密封辊子(9)的温度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的热封设备(1),其特征在于,所述调节器被设计成:
c)重复至少一次步骤a)和b)。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的热封设备(1),其特征在于,所述测量装置(20)具有至少一个激光干涉仪,所述激光干涉仪为了确定所述厚度尺寸(D、D‘)而以其光轴横向于由第二膜片条(6)张开的平面布置,由各膜片条形成的层组件具有所述厚度尺寸。
4.按照权利要求3所述的热封设备,其特征在于,所述激光干涉仪的光路相对于所述支架(11)布置成,使得激光辐射穿过第一膜片条(3)的背离第二膜片条(6)的表面入射到第一膜片条(3)中,所述密封辊子(9)和所述配合辊子(10)可旋转地支承在所述支架上。

7.按照权利要求5所述的热封设备(1),其特征在于,用于产生密封压力的装置具有至少两个沿所述密封辊子的轴向方向彼此错开的压力产生区,不同的能借助所述第二调整装置单独操控的压力产生元件被配属给所述压力产生区,并且所述调节器与所述第二调整装置控制连接,使得当在各个测量部位上在所述厚度尺寸(D、D‘)的测量信号之间出现不均匀性时,以减小该不均匀性的方式操控所述压力产生元件。
8.按照权利要求3所述的热封设备(1),其特征在于,所述激光干涉仪被设计为光学相干断层扫描测量装置。
9.按照权利要求8所述的热封设备(1),其特征在于,所述激光干涉仪在指向第一膜片条(3)和/或第二膜片条(6)的测量激光束(21)的光路中具有至少一个转向装置,借助该转向装置能使所述测量激光束(21)横向于具有膜片条的层组件的运输方向(13)转向。
