Abstract
The invention discloses a high-speed cantilever type mold opening and closing transmission mechanism which comprises an eccentric wheel driven by a servo motor, a cooling water plate moving up and down along a linear guide system, a lower mold arranged on the cooling water plate, and an upper mold positioned above the lower mold.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-speed cantilever type mold opening and closing transmission mechanism, and belongs to the field of mechanical transmission.
Background
The existing high-speed flat plate type bubble cap machine opening and closing mechanism is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a cam box s1, a spline main shaft s2, a cam s3, a roller s4, a roller seat s5, a lower die guide plate s6, a cooling water plate s7, a lower die s8, a die locking pressing plate s9, an upper die s10, an upper die bottom plate s11, an upper die cover plate s12, a ball nut s13, an adjusting nut s14, a guide upright post s15, a steel column sleeve s16, a cam box supporting shaft s17 and an upright post clamping nut s 18. The opening and closing functions of the flat-plate type bubble cap machine on the upper die and the lower die are realized through the mechanism. In the mold opening and closing mechanism, power is input to a spline main shaft s2 by a motor, the spline main shaft s2 drives a cam s3 to rotate, and the cam s3 rotates to push a roller s4, a roller seat s5, a lower mold guide s6 and a lower mold s8 to move. The lower die guide plate s6, the steel ball sleeve s16 and the guide upright post s15 are combined into a linear guide system, so that the lower die guide plate s6 provided with the lower die s8 can move up and down linearly. The upper mold s10 is in a stationary state, and the linear up-and-down movement of the lower mold s8 allows the upper and lower molds to be closed and separated.
Although the opening and closing mechanism can also realize the opening and closing function of the upper and lower molds, the cam roller is directly acted on the lower mold system to realize linear motion, when the pressure when the upper and lower molds are closed is a fixed value, and the blister machine operates at a high speed of more than 70 times/minute, the cam s3 needs to work and output larger torque. This leads to the following results: when the safe use specification and rated torque output of the motor are ensured, the output rotating speed of the motor cannot meet the speed requirement of the bubble cap machine; under the condition of ensuring the high-speed operation of the bubble cap machine, the closing of the upper die and the lower die cannot be completed due to insufficient output torque. Therefore, the prior art can not meet the requirement that the running speed of the bubble cap machine reaches 80 times/minute or even 120 times/minute, and becomes a technical bottleneck which must be broken through in the development of the high-speed flat plate type bubble cap machine.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of improving the running speed of a high-speed flat plate type bubble cap machine.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme of the invention provides a high-speed cantilever type mold opening and closing transmission mechanism which comprises an eccentric wheel driven by a servo motor, a cooling water plate moving up and down along a linear guide system, a lower mold arranged on the cooling water plate, and an upper mold positioned above the lower mold.
Preferably, the device also comprises a rack, wherein the linear guide system, the cooling water plate, the lower die, the upper die, the lifting shaft seat and the connecting rod mechanism are positioned in the rack; the servo motor, the eccentric wheel, the rotating shaft and the connecting rod are positioned outside the rack; the other end of the pull rod penetrates through the rack and then is connected to the middle of the lifting shaft seat, the lower end of the lifting shaft seat is hinged to the rack, and the upper end of the lifting shaft seat is hinged to the connecting rod mechanism.
Preferably, the transmission case body comprises wall plates positioned on the left side and the right side and an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate.
Preferably, the upper die is arranged on the upper die base plate, and the upper die base plate is combined with the adjusting screw and then installed on the upper cover plate through a cap.
Preferably, the linear guide system comprises guide pillars and a middle guide plate which are positioned on the left side and the right side, the bottoms of the guide pillars are fixed, the middle guide plate which can move up and down along the guide pillars is arranged on the guide pillars, and the cooling water plate is arranged on the middle guide plate.
Preferably, the link mechanism comprises a link arm, and two ends of the link arm are respectively hinged with the lifting shaft seat and the middle guide plate.
Preferably, the linear guide system further comprises a steel ball sleeve arranged at the bottom of the guide pillar.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Therefore, the invention completely surpasses the prior art in theory, has breakthrough progress in application compared with the prior art, and the innovative breakthrough of the invention drives the development of the high-speed flat-plate type bubble cap machine technology, certainly promotes the rapid reverse development of the whole automatic packaging industry and brings positive use effect to the broad market.

When the die clamping pressure is a fixed value, the torque for driving the rotating wheel to rotate is reduced in a doubling manner, so that the torque output by the servo motor is reduced, the output rotating speed of the servo motor is increased, the running speed of the bubble cap machine is increased, and the stable speed can be realized for 120 times/min.
Meanwhile, the mechanism adopts a cantilever type structure, the main transmission and the main motor are arranged at the back of the machine, and the working station is arranged at the front of the machine; the cantilever type structure is convenient to clean and clean, avoids oil pollution, has attractive vision and accords with the medicine GMP standard.
