The apparatus for assembling a fastener and a catch on a sheath of claim 1, wherein: the sheath pressing and positioning assembly (5) comprises a sheath axial positioning block (503) connected to the sheath pressing and fixing lifting cylinder (4), and the sheath axial positioning block (503) is located on one side close to the fixer feeding chute (702).
