本发明一种板件安装固定卡扣涉及一种能够对机械设备上的隔板和挡板进行快速的安装卡夹的固定卡扣,属于五金工具领域。
背景技术
目前设备上的结构采用角钢焊接形成,例如工具箱、配件架,通过角钢进行焊接,并在角钢之间设置钢板,形成分层分区,但上述结构都是采用焊接结构,不能够进行快速的拆卸,且多点焊接,焊点容易出现断开,影响承托质量,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为了改善上述情况,本发明一种板件安装固定卡扣提供了一种能够形成斜向位移卡夹的钳口结构,对胀管进行夹持,并配合杠杆结构进行拔除的拔除钳。
本发明一种板件安装固定卡扣是这样实现的:本发明一种板件安装固定卡扣包括主体板,固定脚板,挂板和限位凸台组成,主体板的下边缘切有两个贯穿槽,所述贯穿槽将主体板的下部分为三个区域,两侧的两个部分折弯形成固定脚板,所述固定脚板上设置有通孔,中部位置折弯形成挂板,所述挂板上置有限位凸台,所述挂板和固定脚板位于主体板的两侧,所述固定脚板折弯90°,所述挂板和主体板之间预留间隙。

实施例1
使用时,将板材搭接在固定脚板(2)上,然后通过铆钉和固定脚板(2)上的通过进行铆接,形成固定,在板材边缘设置多个本发明,然后通过挂板(3)挂扣在设备自身的角钢架上,形成托板,用于机械加工货架的隔板安装,或者挡板的安装,能够进行快速的拆卸。
