2. Experimental methods
(1) Taking 120 rats, wherein the weight of each rat is 160-200 g; the rats were divided into 12 groups of 10 rats each (hermaphrodite half). The products of the groups 1 to 6, the cornus oil group, the rubus davidianus juice group, the rhodiola rosea extract and the arbutin group have certain in vivo oxidation prevention effect, the test effect of each group is judged by the mean value of the percentage change of the four indexes of each group, and the percentage mean values of the products of the groups 1 to 6 are 31.2%, 36.8%, 36.2%, 42.5%, 52.6% and 57.6%, respectively, so that the products of the groups 4, 5 and 6 have stronger effects and have obvious difference compared with the model group, particularly the product synergistic effect of the products of the groups 5 and 6 is obvious.
Test example 2 clinical test
Clinical observation and study are carried out on the skin-care fruit oil disclosed by the invention, taking the skin-care fruit oil in example 6 as an example, 20 skin problem test volunteers (all informed consent) are included, the age is distributed between 20 and 50 years, 7 male patients and 13 female patients use 4mL of 1% by mass of skin-care fruit oil solution (example 6) (the solvent is the same as the propylene glycol aqueous solution in the test example 1) with the effects of fading stains and delaying skin aging on the face of each person every day, and the total test time is 4 weeks. The results of the analysis according to the skin condition are shown in Table 2. Table 2 is a statistical table of the treatment effect data of the skin care mask with the effects of lightening color spots and delaying skin aging on patients with skin problems, provided in example 6.

Clinical tests on skin care mask solutions prepared from the fruit oils of other examples show that the skin care mask solutions all have treatment effects on facial skin stains and skin aging, but the effects are not significant in example 6, and can be seen in table 1.
In conclusion, the skin care fruit oil disclosed by the invention has a synergistic effect after the components are combined, has an obvious freckle removing effect on various freckles and dark skin, has no toxic or side effect and high safety and can obviously improve the skin quality.
