Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a silicone oil-free shampoo composition with softening and repairing effects, and a preparation method and application thereof. The silicone-oil-free shampoo composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1-0.5 part of acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer, 100.1-0.5 part of polyquaternium, 1-5 parts of PEG-75 shea butter glyceride, 1-5 parts of keratin and hydrolyzed keratin, and 0.5-2 parts of myristamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate. This patent drives more polymer/oil wadding glues and adsorbs the impaired position of hair through cationic surfactant, and protein closely combines with polyquaternium material again simultaneously, improves the mode of protein adhesion strength on the hair, will as far as possible beneficial component adhere to on the hair, and then reach the purpose of moist, gentle and agreeable, glossy hair.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a silicone oil-free shampoo composition with softening and repairing effects, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
People often feel that hair is soft and smooth after washing the hair or using hair conditioners, because the used products may contain silicone oil, and if the components of the used products are carefully observed, the used products mostly contain polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol, amodimethicone and the like. This silicone oil is a water insoluble and chemically stable mineral oil that was added to personal care products in the early 50 s and became one of the most common components of shampoos and conditioners in the 70 s. Although the silicone oil is non-toxic and non-irritant to skin and mucous membranes, the silicone oil can be attached to the gaps of the hair scales in the using process to fill and level the surfaces of the hair, so that the hair quality repairing effect is brought, and the hair becomes smooth. However, since the silicone oil is not very soluble, after a certain number of times or for a certain period of time, the residue of the silicone oil which is not dissolved or metabolized is slowly accumulated around the hair, tightly surrounding the outside of the hair, and thickening the hair. Even the pores on the scalp are blocked by insoluble silicone oil, and although the scalp does not grow acne due to oil stain blockage like the skin, hair can cause the phenomena of atrophy of hair follicles, increase of dandruff, alopecia and the like of the scalp due to insufficient nutrition. In recent years, the healthier concept of silicone oil-free shampoos has begun to penetrate slowly and prevail.

The invention also comprises the application of the silicone oil-free shampoo composition with softening and repairing effects, which is applied to shampoo; the shampoo composition has a content of 4-15 wt% in the shampoo.
Wherein, the shampoo is prepared by the following method:
(1) weighing deionized water, a surfactant, a chelating agent and a thickening agent, adding the deionized water, the surfactant, the chelating agent and the thickening agent into a reaction kettle, starting stirring, adjusting the revolution of a scraper stirrer to 60 revolutions per minute, starting a heating switch, controlling the temperature to be 70-80 ℃, stirring until the raw materials are completely dissolved, and then cooling;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention creatively combines acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer, polyquaternium-10, PEG-75 shea butter glyceride, keratin, hydrolyzed keratin and myristamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate, wherein the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer is a high molecular weight cationic surfactant, has positive charges, can be combined with negative charge particles on hair, and can be easily adsorbed on the hair, and meanwhile, the relative molecular mass of the acrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer is high, which means that more polymer/oil wadding gum can be driven to be adsorbed on the damaged part of the hair, and the polyquaternium-10 and shea butter are also added in the composition aiming at the point.
The polyquaternium-10 is also a cationic polymer, is not added in a large amount but has a very important function, is equivalent to industrial monosodium glutamate, can neutralize negative charges on hair to achieve an antistatic effect when being applied to a shampoo formula, has strong wrapping and adsorption properties on other hair care components due to high nitrogen content, can deposit various beneficial components on the surface of the hair to play a role in conditioning, endows the hair with excellent wetting and combing capabilities, and is particularly effective in anti-twisting performance of the hair.
PEG-75 shea butter glyceride belongs to ethoxylated shea butter, is in a liquid state, can be dissolved with most formulas even with high content compared with solid raw materials, does not influence the foamability of cleaning formulas, also keeps the bioactivity of a plurality of solid shea butter, moisturizes and imparts soft feeling to skin, can effectively improve the combing performance of hair when applied to hair products, and enables the hair to be soft and glossy. Most importantly, ethoxylated shea butter has a very low Critical Micelle Concentration (CMC) and allows low molecular weight irritating surfactants to be incorporated into the micelles, since the larger molecules and those in the micelle structure are much less penetrating into the human skin tissue structure than those of the free surfactant monomers, thus reducing irritation of the cleansing-type formulation and resulting in a milder product.
Keratin and hydrolyzed keratin: when the hair is subjected to chemical treatment, pollution, mechanical damage and sun exposure, the structure of hair fibers can be damaged, protein is lost and scales fall off, the hair fibers become porous and split, the hair is dry/brittle, and the hair tail is split, keratin and hydrolyzed keratin with better hair affinity in the composition can be better combined with the outer surface of the hair scales, wherein small-molecule keratin can supplement the lacking keratin for the hair, and large-molecule keratin can form a tightly combined film on the epidermis of the hair and permeate into the cortex, so that the aims of moisturizing, brightening the hair and endowing the hair with certain strength are fulfilled. The keratin and hydrolyzed protein in the composition also contain a high proportion of cysteine, and the amino acid has antioxidant activity and can reduce oxidative damage to the protein and lipid components of hair when exposed to sunlight for a long period of time. Most importantly, the hydrolyzed keratin can be combined with the polyquaternium substance in the composition in a covalent bond mode to improve the isoelectric point of the protein, further improve the affinity of the hydrolyzed keratin on hair and improve the adhesion strength of the hydrolyzed protein on the hair, so that the hair is easier to comb and healthier to look like.
In addition, the composition is added with esters, namely myristamide propane dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate, so that the solubility of the functional components is increased, the product can form a thicker and more uniform film on hair, and the hair is smoother and more glossy.

(1) Control group: experimental example 1 shampoo prepared after removing shampoo composition
(2) Test group: shampoo prepared in Experimental example 1
Prepare 2 locks of hair, massage the hair from root to tip for 1 minute with the control product and the test product, respectively, and rinse in tap water for 2 minutes to avoid knotting of the hair. After drying at 23 ℃ and a relative humidity of 65% for 12 hours, the integrity of the hair scales of both locks was observed by means of an electron microscope. Wherein fig. 5 is a scanning electron microscope picture of hair fibers after washing with the control product and fig. 6 is a scanning electron microscope picture of hair fibers after washing with the test product.
From the results of the microscopic pictures of FIGS. 5 to 6, it can be seen that the hair washed with the control product had slight marks of lifting and breaking of hair scales, while the hair washed with the test product had relatively intact hair fibers with a film adhered closely to the surface, thereby making the hair fibers look smooth.
