A health promotion soup comprises ramulus Uncariae cum uncis chicken, dried radix seu caulis Parthenocissi Tricuspidatae shark fin, herb Chonghua, dried Carnis Haliotidis, Glycyrrhrizae radix, fructus Lycii, Bulbus Lilii, Tricholoma matsutake, bamboo fungus, fructus Jujubae, radix Puerariae, Tremella, rhizoma Gastrodiae, Ginseng radix, radix Ginseng alba, water and salt.
2. The health preserving soup and the preparation process thereof according to claim 1, wherein the health preserving soup is characterized in that: the dried shark fin and the dried abalone are soaked in water before use.
