技术领域
本发明属于动物饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
妊娠是繁殖母猪特殊的生理阶段,为维持妊娠,母猪体内会持续分泌孕酮,而孕酮可减缓消化道平滑肌的收缩,再加上不断增大的胎儿对胃肠道产生挤压的因素,会使母猪肠蠕动大大减弱,从而造成食糜在胃肠道滞留时间延长,排粪次数减少;同时,母猪正处于“妊娠合成代谢”旺盛阶段,对胃肠道食物的消化吸收和利用能力较其他任何阶段都要高出许多,特别是小肠和大肠对食糜中水分的强大吸收能力,所以会造成妊娠母猪排粪数量减少。
现代养猪以精饲料为主,缺乏足够的粗纤维和青绿饲料,而为了提高饲料消化率,常喜欢对饲料原料进行过细粉碎,会造成母猪消化道蠕动减慢、粪便排出迟缓,造成大量粪便蓄积于结肠和直肠而出现便秘,如果突然更换饲料也易导致便秘。此外,饲料原料轻微霉变往往不能凭人的肉眼发现,长期使用时霉菌毒素会在母猪肠道蓄积而使肠道平滑肌麻痹,造成内容物滞留引发便秘,而妊娠母猪便秘对腹中胎儿会造成一定影响,使流产、早产、产死弱胎及木乃伊胎的风险增大。
为此,能够提供一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料是本领域相关人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料及其制备方法,本发明饲料在保证妊娠母猪生长和维持需要的同时,能够控制母猪体况,可显著改善母猪便秘提高产仔数。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料,具体包括以下原材料:按重量份计,玉米15-40份、大豆粕8-20份、裸大麦5-35份、小麦麸5-20份、菊粉2-10份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.05-0.4份、缬氨酸0.1-1份、苏氨酸0.05-0.3份、磷酸氢钙0.2-1.5份、石粉0.2-1.5份、盐0.1-0.5份、预混料1份。
本发明原料中赖氨酸是猪体内第一限制性氨基酸,不仅可以作为底物合成蛋白质,还可以作为调控因子调控蛋白质的合成,添加赖氨酸可以提高仔猪的初生重和出生窝重;苏氨酸在玉米豆粕型饲粮中是猪的第三限制性氨基酸,苏氨酸不仅参与体蛋白质的合成,还参与粘液黏蛋白的合成,在猪的免疫方面,苏氨酸主要体现在对体液免疫的调节,它可以调节免疫球蛋白的合成;缬氨酸氨酸是猪必需氨基酸,可以促进乳腺发育和蛋白合成;本发明配方中还加入了大麦、小麦麸和菊粉,其都含有大量的可溶性纤维,可溶性纤维可以具有良好的吸水性和膨胀性,满足母猪的饱感,控制母猪妊娠期采食量,缓解母猪便秘,同时提高肠道乳酸菌等有益菌的数量,增加短链脂肪酸产生,改善母猪围产期胰岛素敏感性。本发明通过理想蛋白质模型,配制氨基酸平衡饲粮,保证各种必需氨基酸的供应,同时优化饲粮配方,对母猪进行精确饲养,在保证妊娠母猪生长和维持需要的同时,能够控制母猪体况,使其体重保持在合理的范围。
优选地,具体包括以下原材料:按重量份计,玉米34.55份、大豆粕18份、裸大麦25份、小麦麸10份、菊粉8份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.15份、缬氨酸0.4份、苏氨酸0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.2份、石粉1.2份、盐0.45份、预混料1份。
本配方满足了妊娠母猪氨基酸需求的最佳比例:赖氨酸:蛋氨酸+胱氨酸:苏氨酸:色氨酸:缬氨酸=100:62:65:20:125;本发明饲粮中可溶性纤维占总纤维的比例为45%,然而目前技术中普遍的比例为20~30%,是远不能达到妊娠母猪得需要量的。
优选地,所述预混料中每千克包含,铜(硫酸铜)元素:8-20mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:50-200mg、锰(硫酸锰)元素:20-50mg、锌(硫酸锌)元素:80-180mg、硒(亚硒酸钠)元素:0.1-0.3mg、胆碱:1-2g、维生素A:10000-20000IU、维生素D3:2500-5000IU、维生素E:80-200mg、维生素K:2.5-4mg、叶酸:3-8mg、尼克酸:40-100mg、泛酸:50-90mg、核黄素:10-20mg、维生素B1:3-10mg和维生素B6:4-8mg。
优选地,所述预混料中每千克包含,铜元素:12mg、铁元素:100mg、锰元素:60mg、锌元素:150mg、硒元素:0.15mg、胆碱元素:1.5g、维生素A:16000IU、维生素D3:4000IU、维生素E:150mg、维生素K:3mg、叶酸:5mg、尼克酸:50mg、泛酸:60mg、核黄素:18g、维生素B1:5mg和维生素B6:5mg。
上述所述一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原材料玉米、大豆粕、裸大麦、小麦麸、菊粉、赖氨酸盐酸盐、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、磷酸氢钙、石粉、盐、预混料,备用;
(2)先将所述赖氨酸盐酸盐、所述苏氨酸、所述缬氨酸和所述盐混合均匀,然后加入所述预混料、所述石粉和所述磷酸氢钙混合均匀,得混合料;
(3)采用逐级混匀的方式依次添加所述玉米、所述大麦、所述豆粕、所述小麦麸、所述混合料和所述菊粉,混合均匀后制粒,即得一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料。
采用上述制备方法,能够保证饲料中的各个部分混合均匀,保证预混料中的营养物质均匀的分布到所有饲料,从而使母猪采食的饲料的营养物质相同。
优选地,步骤(3)所述制粒的温度为75-85℃。

本发明根据妊娠期前期(30-85天)胎儿发育缓慢,营养需要不多,太多的营养摄入会导致母猪脂肪沉积过多,影响胎儿发育;在妊娠后期,胎儿发育加快,对各种营养物质需求量加大,需加大饲料供给的规律,合理安排饲喂量,保证胎儿的正常生长发育。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明通过理想蛋白质模型,配制氨基酸平衡饲粮,保证各种必需氨基酸的供应,同时优化饲粮配方,对母猪进行精确饲养,在保证妊娠母猪生长和维持需要的同时,能够控制母猪体况,使其体重保持在合理的范围。
(2)本发明充分考虑了妊娠母猪由于采食量低、运动量范围小,很容易产生便秘的营养生理特点,考虑饲粮中不同纤维比例的影响,在配方中加入了大麦、小麦麸和菊粉,其都含有大量的可溶性纤维,可溶性纤维可以具有良好的吸水性和膨胀性,满足母猪的饱感,控制母猪妊娠期采食量,缓解母猪便秘,同时提高肠道乳酸菌等有益菌的数量,增加短链脂肪酸产生,改善母猪围产期胰岛素敏感性。
(3)本发明在母猪饲料中添加了双歧杆菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸杆菌,其不仅能够调节母猪肠道微生态、抑制有害微生物繁殖、改善母猪便秘,同时还能提高母猪免疫性能,改善肠道健康。
(4)本发明在母猪饲料中添加了缬氨酸,有效促进乳腺发育,改善初乳乳成分,缬氨酸可通过激活mTOR信号通路促进猪乳腺细胞增殖和乳蛋白合成以及通过激活Akt/mTOR/SREBP1信号通路促进乳脂肪合成。

(1)称取原材料:按重量份计,玉米15份、大豆粕8份、裸大麦5份、小麦麸5份、菊粉2份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.05份、缬氨酸0.1份、苏氨酸0.05份、磷酸氢钙0.2份、石粉0.2份、盐0.1份、预混料1份,备用;其中,预混料中每千克包含,铜(硫酸铜)元素:8mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:50mg、锰(硫酸锰)元素:20mg、锌(硫酸锌)元素:80mg、硒(亚硒酸钠)元素:0.1mg、胆碱:1g、维生素A:10000IU、维生素D3:2500IU、维生素E:80mg、维生素K:2.5mg、叶酸:3mg、尼克酸:40mg、泛酸:50mg、核黄素:10mg、维生素B1:3mg和维生素B6:4mg;

(1)称取原材料:按重量份计,玉米40份、大豆粕20份、裸大麦35份、小麦麸20份、菊粉10份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.4份、缬氨酸1份、苏氨酸0.3份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、石粉1.5份、盐0.5份、预混料1份,备用;其中,预混料中每千克包含,铜(硫酸铜)元素:20mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:200mg、锰(硫酸锰)元素:50mg、锌(硫酸锌)元素:180mg、硒(亚硒酸钠)元素:0.3mg、胆碱:2g、维生素A:20000IU、维生素D3:5000IU、维生素E:200mg、维生素K:4mg、叶酸:8mg、尼克酸:100mg、泛酸:90mg、核黄素:20mg、维生素B1:10mg和维生素B6:8mg;

(2)先将赖氨酸盐酸盐、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、和盐混合均匀,然后加入预混料、石粉和磷酸氢钙混合均匀,得混合料;
(3)采用逐级混匀的方式依次添加玉米、大麦、豆粕、小麦麸、混合料和菊粉,混合均匀后在75-85℃下制粒,粒径为2.5-3.5mm,即得一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料。

一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原材料:按重量份计,玉米40份、大豆粕16份、裸大麦21.47份、小麦麸13份、菊粉5份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.15份、缬氨酸0.43份、苏氨酸0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.1份、石粉1.3份、食盐0.45份、预混料1份,备用;其中,预混料中每千克包含,铜(硫酸铜)元素:12mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:100mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:60mg、锌(硫酸锌)元素:150mg、硒(亚硒酸钠)元素:0.15mg、胆碱元素:1.5g、维生素A:16000IU、维生素D3:4000IU、维生素E:150mg、维生素K:3mg、叶酸:5mg、尼克酸:50mg、泛酸:60mg、核黄素:18g、维生素B1:5mg和维生素B6:5mg;

(1)称取原材料:按重量份计,玉米44.8份、大豆粕18份、裸大麦15份、小麦麸14份、菊粉4份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.15份、缬氨酸0.4份、苏氨酸0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.3份、石粉0.8份、食盐0.45份、预混料1份,备用;其中,预混料中每千克包含,铜(硫酸铜)元素:12mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:100mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:60mg、锌(硫酸锌)元素:150mg、硒(亚硒酸钠)元素:0.15mg、胆碱元素:1.5g、维生素A:16000IU、维生素D3:4000IU、维生素E:150mg、维生素K:3mg、叶酸:5mg、尼克酸:50mg、泛酸:60mg、核黄素:18g、维生素B1:5mg和维生素B6:5mg;

(1)称取原材料:按重量份计,玉米26.08份、大豆粕20份、裸大麦35份、小麦麸8份、菊粉6.5份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.2份、缬氨酸0.5份苏氨酸0.12份、磷酸氢钙1.15份、石粉1.05份、食盐0.4份、预混料1份,备用;其中,预混料中每千克包含,铜(硫酸铜)元素:12mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:100mg、铁(硫酸亚铁)元素:60mg、锌(硫酸锌)元素:150mg、硒(亚硒酸钠)元素:0.15mg、胆碱元素:1.5g、维生素A:16000IU、维生素D3:4000IU、维生素E:150mg、维生素K:3mg、叶酸:5mg、尼克酸:50mg、泛酸:60mg、核黄素:18g、维生素B1:5mg和维生素B6:5mg;

应用例
试验挑选体重相近,遗传背景一致,健康良好,发育正常,发情期和配种日期接近的长×大母猪(目前国内外猪场的常用母猪品种)20头2胎次的母猪,根据体况随机均分成2个处理组,分别为对照组饲喂市场购买饲料(广东科邦饲料科技有限公司,怀孕母猪配合饲料325)、试验组采食实施例3制备的饲料;怀孕成功的母猪从妊娠30天开始饲喂对应试验饲粮,进入正式试验期,妊娠前期(<90天)所有母猪等量限饲为2.3kg/天,妊娠后期(≥90天)饲喂2.8kg/天,饲粮均分成两份饲喂(上午7∶30和下午16∶00),母猪自由饮水,110天进入产房,采食不同饲料对妊娠母猪粪便和繁殖性能的影响结果见表1。

结果表明:饲喂本发明饲料可显著提高母猪的产活仔数,对仔猪的初生重没有显著影响,显著改善母猪的粪便评分,改善母猪便秘。

Claims (10)
1.一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料,其特征在于,具体包括以下原材料:按重量份计,玉米15-40份、大豆粕8-20份、裸大麦5-35份、小麦麸5-20份、菊粉2-10份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.05-0.4份、缬氨酸0.1-1份、苏氨酸0.05-0.3份、磷酸氢钙0.2-1.5份、石粉0.2-1.5份、盐0.1-0.5份、预混料1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料,其特征在于,具体包括以下原材料:按重量份计,玉米34.55份、大豆粕18份、裸大麦25份、小麦麸10份、菊粉8份、赖氨酸盐酸盐0.15份、缬氨酸0.4份、苏氨酸0.1份、磷酸氢钙1.2份、石粉1.2份、盐0.45份、预混料1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料中每千克包含,铜元素:8-20mg、铁元素:50-200mg、锰元素:20-50mg、锌元素:80-180mg、硒元素:0.1-0.3mg、胆碱:1-2g、维生素A:10000-20000IU、维生素D3:2500-5000IU、维生素E:80-200mg、维生素K:2.5-4mg、叶酸:3-8mg、尼克酸:40-100mg、泛酸:50-90mg、核黄素:10-20mg、维生素B1:3-10mg和维生素B6:4-8mg。
4.一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)称取原材料玉米、大豆粕、裸大麦、小麦麸、菊粉、赖氨酸盐酸盐、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、磷酸氢钙、石粉、盐、预混料,备用;
(2)先将所述赖氨酸盐酸盐、所述苏氨酸、所述缬氨酸和所述盐混合均匀,然后加入所述预混料、所述石粉和所述磷酸氢钙混合均匀,得混合料;
(3)采用逐级混匀的方式依次添加所述玉米、所述大麦、所述豆粕、所述小麦麸、所述混合料和所述菊粉,混合均匀后制粒,即得一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述制粒的温度为75-85℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善母猪便秘、提高产仔数的妊娠母猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述制粒的粒径为2.5-3.5mm。
7.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的妊娠母猪饲料或者如权利要求4-6任一项所述制备方法制备出的妊娠母猪饲料在母猪妊娠饲喂中的应用。
8.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述饲喂的方法为:妊娠前期每天供给1.8-2.5kg/头饲料,妊娠后期每天供给2.5-3.1kg/头饲料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述妊娠前期每天供给2.3kg/头饲料,所述妊娠后期每天供给2.8kg/头饲料。
10.根据权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述妊娠前期为妊娠30-85天,所述妊娠后期为妊娠86天至分娩。
