杀灭白蚁的主要方法有直接喷粉法、引诱法等,其中引诱法是将引诱剂放到白蚁活动频繁的区域,并对白蚁起到诱杀的效果。引诱剂具有防治成本低、效果显著、对生态环境破坏较小的优点,而被广泛研究和使用。相关技术中的引诱剂一般单独利用花生壳、甘蔗渣、纸屑作为引诱剂,来实现对白蚁的诱杀。但是,发明人在实际应用中发现,单独采用花生壳、甘蔗渣、纸屑作为引诱剂,由于其均为生活中常见的物品,其对白蚁的引诱效果不太理想,因此,急需研究一种诱杀效果好的诱杀剂。

为了提高白蚁诱杀剂的诱杀效果,本申请提供一种白蚁诱杀剂及其制备方法和应用。

制备例2
一种增效助剂,其采用以下方法制备:
在氮气保护下,于500g N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中加入2.4g联丙烯乙酸、5.1g顺丁烯二酸酐、8.6g叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸、3.2g二硝基酸,搅拌并混合均匀,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈引发剂,偶氮二异丁腈引发剂的添加量为联丙烯乙酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸、二硝基酸总量的6%,升温至85℃,保温反应3.5h,冷却至室温、提纯干燥,得到四元共聚物,且四元共聚物的平均分子量为8万。
制备例3
一种增效助剂,其采用以下方法制备:
在氮气保护下,于500g N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中加入3.3g联丙烯乙酸、6.8g顺丁烯二酸酐、9.4g叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸、3.8g二硝基酸,搅拌并混合均匀,然后加入偶氮二异丁腈引发剂,偶氮二异丁腈引发剂的添加量为联丙烯乙酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸、二硝基酸总量的8%,升温至90℃,保温反应4h,冷却至室温、提纯干燥,得到四元共聚物,且四元共聚物的平均分子量为10万。

实施例
实施例1
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其原料配比见表1所示。
其中,玉米芯粉选自临朐县华懋饲料有限公司;柏木粉选自灵寿县奥凯矿产品加工厂的酵素浴香柏木粉;黑木耳粉选自西安瑞尔丽生物工程有限公司的SE-85;松花粉选自西安瑞尔丽生物工程有限公司的AZ-0058;巨菌草草粉为巨菌草的草叶经晒干、粉碎后得到;蔗糖选自西安拉维亚生物科技有限公司的三氯蔗糖;酵母选自济南鑫森源化工有限公司;桉油精选自广州艾蒿草生物科技有限公司;氟铃脲选自郑州远成生物科技有限公司;白僵菌选自武汉肯能化工有限公司;伊维菌素选自四川恒大生物科技有限公司;氯虫苯甲酰胺选自青岛泰普药业有限公司。
一种白蚁诱杀剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将玉米芯粉、柏木粉、黑木耳粉、松花粉、巨菌草草粉、蔗糖、酵母进行混合,并混合均匀,得到预混料a;
在预混料a中加入乙酸仲丁酯、桉油精,搅拌并混合均匀,然后加入对苯二酚、顺-3,顺-6,反8-十二碳三烯-1-醇、3-己醇,继续搅拌并混合均匀,之后加入氟铃脲、白僵菌、伊维菌素、氯虫苯甲酰胺,继续搅拌并混合均匀,密封包装,得到白蚁诱杀剂。
实施例2-3
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例1的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料配比不同,实施例2-3白蚁诱杀剂的原料配比见表2所示。
实施例4
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料中还包括增效助剂,增效助剂的添加量为1kg,且增效助剂采用制备例1得到。
一种白蚁诱杀剂的制备方法,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,在加入氟铃脲的同时加入增效助剂。
实施例5
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例4的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂原料中增效助剂的添加量不同,其增效助剂的添加量为2kg。
实施例6
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例4的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂原料中增效助剂的添加量不同,其增效助剂的添加量为3kg。
实施例7
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例5的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂原料中增效助剂不同,其增效助剂采用制备例2得到。
实施例8
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例5的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂原料中增效助剂不同,其增效助剂采用制备例3得到。
实施例9
一种白蚁诱杀剂的应用,将白蚁诱杀剂在黑翅土白蚁诱杀中使用,且使用方法为埋在地面下、暴露在地面或粘贴在树干中。
对比例
对比例1
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料中未添加对苯二酚、顺-3,顺-6,反8-十二碳三烯-1-醇。
对比例2
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料中未添加蔗糖、酵母、巨菌草草粉。
对比例3
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料中未添加乙酸仲丁酯。
对比例4
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料中未添加桉油精。
对比例5
一种白蚁诱杀剂,其和实施例2的区别之处在于,白蚁诱杀剂的原料中未添加乙酸仲丁酯、桉油精。
性能检测试验
准备多个100cm×100cm×100cm的容器,并分别在容器底部堆放1kg细砂,细砂的含水率为12%,然后在容器内放置100只黑翅土白蚁,之后在容器内放置300g松木块,避光处理,并对黑翅土白蚁正常饲养3天,待3天饲养结束后,将实施例1-8和对比例1-5的白蚁诱杀剂制备试样,试样的重量为10g,之后加水润湿,使其含水率为65%,并分别放置在容器中,对黑翅土白蚁的死亡率进行检测,检测结果如表2所示。

从表2中可以看出,本申请的白蚁诱杀剂,通过原料之间的协同作用,在经过24h后,黑翅土白蚁死亡率为81-97%,在经过28h后,能够将黑翅土白蚁完全杀灭,提高了白蚁诱杀剂的诱杀效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述白蚁诱杀剂由包含以下重量份的原料制成,玉米芯粉75-85份、柏木粉56-68份、黑木耳粉9-11份、松花粉7.5-8.5份、巨菌草草粉5.8-6.2份、蔗糖12.5-13.5份、酵母3.8-4.2份、对苯二酚1.5-2.5份、顺-3,顺-6,反8-十二碳三烯-1-醇1-1.2份、3-己醇3-3.5份、乙酸仲丁酯3.3-3.8份、桉油精2.3-2.8份、氟铃脲0.4-0.6份、白僵菌0.05-0.15份、伊维菌素0.05-0.15份、氯虫苯甲酰胺0.25-0.35份、防腐剂2.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述白蚁诱杀剂由包含以下重量份的原料制成,玉米芯粉81份、柏木粉61份、黑木耳粉10份、松花粉8份、巨菌草草粉6份、蔗糖13份、酵母4份、对苯二酚2.1份、顺-3,顺-6,反8-十二碳三烯-1-醇1.1份、3-己醇3.3份、乙酸仲丁酯3.5份、桉油精2.5份、氟铃脲0.5份、白僵菌0.1份、伊维菌素0.1份、氯虫苯甲酰胺0.3份、防腐剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述白蚁诱杀剂的原料还包括1-3重量份的增效助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述增效助剂为四元共聚物,四元共聚物为联丙烯乙酸-顺丁烯二酸酐-叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸-二硝基酸四元共聚物,且四元共聚物的平均分子量为6-10万。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述增效助剂采用以下方法制备:在惰性气体保护下,于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中加入联丙烯乙酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸、二硝基酸,搅拌并混合均匀,然后加入引发剂,升温至80-90℃,保温反应3-4h,冷却至室温、提纯干燥,得到四元共聚物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述联丙烯乙酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、叔丁基丙烯酰胺磺酸、二硝基酸的重量配比为(1.3-3.3):(3.4-6.8):(6.2-9.4):(2.2-3.8)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种白蚁诱杀剂,其特征在于:所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈,引发剂的添加量为反应物总量的5-8%。
9.一种权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的白蚁诱杀剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
将玉米芯粉、柏木粉、黑木耳粉、松花粉、巨菌草草粉、蔗糖、酵母进行混合,并混合均匀,得到预混料a;
在预混料a中加入乙酸仲丁酯、桉油精,搅拌并混合均匀,然后加入对苯二酚、顺-3,顺-6,反8-十二碳三烯-1-醇、3-己醇,继续搅拌并混合均匀,之后加入氟铃脲、白僵菌、伊维菌素、氯虫苯甲酰胺、增效助剂,继续搅拌并混合均匀,密封包装,得到白蚁诱杀剂。
10.权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的白蚁诱杀剂在黑翅土白蚁诱杀中的应用。
