The inlet and outlet of the culture room 1 are provided with the rapid automatic rolling doors which are opened only at the moment when the culture rack enters and exits, thereby effectively preventing waste gas leakage and temperature loss.

The cultivation frame circulating track 3 is of a segmented combined type steel frame structure, the track surface is in an A shape, the cultivation frame 8 walks to be pushed by the cultivation frame conveying devices 5 on the longitudinal circulating tracks 31 on the two sides and is responsible for pushing 16 cultivation frames 8 to move progressively, and the cultivation frame conveying devices 4 on the two ends are matched together to realize the circulating operation of 32 cultivation frames 8.

The cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the longitudinal circulating rail 31, and the tail end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the dragging frame 51. Guide wheels 312 are provided at both side portions of the longitudinal circulating rail 31 and at the inner side of the guide rail 311, and both side portions of the drag frame 51 are slidably provided on the guide wheels 312 at the corresponding sides. In order to prevent the cultivation shelf 8 and the dragging frame 51 from sliding relatively when the dragging frame 51 drags the cultivation shelf 8 to move, both sides of the starting end of the dragging frame 51 are provided with a hook mechanism 53. Fixed pulleys 43 serving as steering wheels are respectively arranged at two ends of the transverse circulating track 32 below the traversing platform 41, a motor driving mechanism 42 is arranged on the transverse circulating track 32, the motor driving mechanism 42 comprises a driving motor 421, a steel wire rope 427 is wound at the output end of the driving motor 421, the steel wire rope 427 is wound around the fixed pulleys 43 at the two ends to form a transmission closed loop in a closed manner, and the traversing platform 41 is fixedly connected with the steel wire rope 427.
To further increase the friction between the cable 427 and the driving wheel, the motor driving mechanism 42 may include a plurality of driven wheels 423, and the driven wheels 423 are disposed on the base near the driving wheel 422, spaced apart from the driving wheel 422, and parallel to the driving wheel 422. Cable 427 is wound one or more times around the set of driving pulley 422 and driven pulley 423. This structure further increases the frictional force between the wire rope 427 and the drive wheel 422. The steel wire 427 and the driving wheel 422 are not easy to slip, thereby improving the transmission efficiency of the transmission device.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the driving wheel 422 and the driven wheel 423 are mounted between two fixed plates 425 arranged at intervals, the ends of the two fixed plates 425 are connected with a connecting plate 426, the fixed plates 425 and the connecting plate 426 enclose a mounting cavity 424, and the driving wheel 422 and the driven wheel 423 are rotatably mounted in the mounting cavity 424. The output end of the motor 421 is fixedly connected with a driving wheel 422 positioned in the mounting cavity 424.
The two end parts of the traverse platform 41 are respectively provided with a guide rail 412 which is used for butting with the guide rails 311 on the two side parts of the longitudinal circulating track 31, so that the cultivation rack can be conveniently moved to the traverse platform 41 from the longitudinal circulating track 31 in the moving and circulating process of the cultivation rack 8 on the cultivation rack circulating track 3.
Referring to fig. 16, the cultivation shelf traverse device of the present invention is configured such that the cultivation shelf 8 is placed on the traverse platform 41, the driving motor 421 rotates to drive the driving wheel 422 to rotate, the transmission closed loop operation of the steel cable 427 is driven, the steel cable 427 fixed to the traverse platform 41 starts to move in one direction, and the steel cable 427 pulls the traverse platform to move transversely, so that the cultivation shelf on the traverse platform 41 moves transversely to the other side of the circular track of the square cultivation shelf. When the culture rack 8 is not transported, the motor 421 can be controlled to rotate reversely, so that the transmission closed loop of the steel wire rope 427 operates reversely to drive the traversing platform 41 to reset. In the moving process, the transverse moving platform 41 is stably moved, so that the cultivation frame 8 is not easy to incline, the transfer speed is high, and the working efficiency is high.
Referring to fig. 17 to 36, the foodstuff feeder 6 includes a frame 61, and the frame 61 is welded by a steel pipe, and has a light weight and a high load-bearing property. The frame 61 is provided with a culture rack moving device 62 and a feeding device 63, and the feeding device 63 is positioned on one side of the culture rack moving device 62.
The culture rack moving device 62 comprises a moving platform 622 arranged on the transverse circulating track 32 and a first driving mechanism 623 for driving the moving platform 622 to move on the transverse circulating track 32, wherein the first driving mechanism 623 is used for driving the culture rack 8 to move transversely, so that the culture rack 8 is moved to the position of the next group of culture boxes to be fed.
Here, the lateral circulating rail 32 is provided at both side edge portions thereof with slide rails 6211 and first rack bars 6234. The bottom of the moving platform 622 is provided with a sliding block 624, and the sliding block 624 is connected with a sliding rail 6211 on the corresponding side in a sliding manner. The first driving mechanism 623 comprises a first motor arranged on the moving platform 622, the first motor 6231 is connected with a speed reducer, the speed reducer is in transmission connection with a first rotating shaft 6232, first gears 6233 are arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft 6232 and in meshing transmission connection with first racks 6234 on the corresponding side of the base frame, the first motor 6231 rotates, the first rotating shaft 6232 drives the first gears 6233 to rotate, the first gears 6233 are in meshing transmission with the first racks 6234 on the base frame, and the moving platform 622 is driven to move on the sliding rail 6211 of the transverse circulating track 32.
Guide rails 6221 for moving the cultivation shelves are installed at both ends of the movable platform 622, and the guide rails 6221 can be butted with the guide rails 311 of the longitudinal circulating rails 31, so that the cultivation shelves can be conveniently conveyed from the guide rails 311 of the longitudinal circulating rails 31 to the movable platform 622.
The feeding device 63 comprises a mounting rack 631 slidably arranged on the frame 61 and a second driving mechanism 637 for driving the mounting rack 631 to move towards the cultivation rack moving device, guide rails 611 are arranged on two side edges of the top of the frame 1, and the mounting rack 631 is formed by welding stainless steel pipes. The two ends of the mounting rack 631 are provided with sliders 6311, and the sliders 6311 of the mounting rack 631 are slidably connected to the guide rails 611 on the corresponding side of the frame 61, so that the feeder 63 can move on the frame 61 by the movement of the mounting rack 631 on the frame 61.
Second actuating mechanism 637 is including locating second motor 6371 on mounting bracket 631, second motor 6371 is connected with the reduction gear, the reduction gear transmission is connected with second pivot 6372, second gear 6373 is installed at the both ends of second pivot 6372, be equipped with second rack 6374 on the crossbeam of the frame 61 of mounting bracket 631 both sides, second rack 6373 is connected with the second rack 6374 meshing transmission of corresponding side, when second motor 6371 rotates and drives second gear 6373 and rotate, with second rack 6374 meshing transmission, the whole feeding device 63 who installs on mounting bracket 631 moves.
The extending direction of the first rack 6234 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the second rack 6374, so that the moving platform 622 of the moving device 62 can move back and forth on the frame 61, and the feeding device 63 can move left and right on the frame 61, and the moving directions of the two are perpendicular.
The upper part in the mounting frame 631 is provided with a hopper 632, the lower part in the mounting frame 631 is provided with a plurality of layers of quantitative feeding mechanisms 636, the hopper 632 is provided with a feeding hole 634, the bottom of the hopper 632 is provided with five discharging holes 6337, and the number of the discharging holes 6337 can be changed according to the actual situation. A transfer pump 635 is connected to each outlet 6337.

each breeding rack is provided with ten layers of breeding boxes, each layer is provided with two rows of four breeding boxes, each row comprises eighty breeding boxes in total, and one quantitative feeder is provided with ten sets of ten breeding boxes which are arranged up and down at a time.

The automatic feeding device has the advantages that the automatic feeding of regular and quantitative breeding boxes 9 on all breeding frames 8 in the breeding roadway 2 can be realized, the breeding frames are combined with a cyclic feeding mode of a square-shaped cyclic track of the breeding roadway, materials can be fed for multiple times every day according to breeding process setting, less feeding is carried out, black soldier flies can eat fresh materials all the time, the feeding effect is good, multiple breeding frames circulate on the cyclic track, the cyclic feeding of a large number of breeding boxes can be realized, the large-scale breeding of the black soldier flies can be realized, the automatic regular and quantitative feeding of the black soldier flies bred in a large scale can be realized, the industrial automatic breeding is realized, the feeding effect is good, the working efficiency is high, the whole feeding process is carried out in a closed breeding house roadway, the environment in the breeding process can be effectively controlled, and the conversion efficiency of waste organic matters is high.
The number and the numerical value are examples, for example, the number of the culture boxes on the culture rack is only an example, and each number can be specifically set according to actual needs.

b. arranging a breeding room, wherein at least one breeding roadway is arranged in the breeding room in an isolated manner; a square-shaped breeding frame circulating rail is arranged in the breeding roadway, the breeding frame circulating rail comprises a longitudinal circulating rail extending along the breeding roadway and a transverse circulating rail located at the end part of the breeding roadway, and the breeding frame moves and circulates on the breeding frame circulating rail;
c. the longitudinal circulating track is provided with a culture rack conveying device for a roadway, and the transverse circulating track is provided with a culture rack transverse moving device;
a foodstuff feeding machine is arranged at the transverse circulating track at one end in the cultivation roadway and comprises a frame, a cultivation rack moving device and a feeding device are arranged on the frame, and the feeding device is located on one side of the cultivation rack moving device;
the culture rack moving device comprises a moving platform arranged on the transverse circulating track and a first driving mechanism used for driving the moving platform to move on the transverse circulating track; the feeding device comprises a mounting frame arranged on the frame in a sliding mode and a second driving mechanism used for driving the mounting frame to move towards the cultivation frame moving device, a hopper is arranged at the upper portion in the mounting frame, a feeding hole is formed in the hopper, a plurality of discharging holes are formed in the bottom of the hopper, a conveying pump is connected to the discharging holes, a plurality of layers of quantitative feeding mechanisms are arranged at the lower portion in the mounting frame, each quantitative feeding mechanism comprises a quantitative feeding cylinder, one end of each quantitative feeding cylinder is sequentially connected with a one-way feeding valve and a feeding valve, an air inlet hole is formed in the other end of each quantitative feeding cylinder, the feeding hole of each one-way feeding valve is connected with an output port of the conveying pump, a feeding pipe is connected to the discharging hole of each feeding valve, a piston is arranged in each quantitative feeding cylinder, a magnetic ring is mounted on the piston in each quantitative feeding cylinder, and a magnetic sensor is mounted on the cylinder body of each quantitative feeding cylinder;
d. a plurality of culture racks move on the culture rack circulating track to circulate, and move on the moving platform of the foodstuff feeding machine in a circulating manner, and the foodstuff feeding machine automatically feeds the culture boxes on the culture racks with feed.
2. The roadway-type hermetia illucens feeding method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the breeding room is built by adopting a composite insulation board; the outlet end of the culture room is provided with an automatic rolling door.
