In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a chick feeding device for animal breeding comprises a box body, a plurality of exhaust fans, a plurality of feed boxes, an electric box and a water tank, wherein a turnover heating device and a cleaning device matched with the turnover heating device are arranged at the bottom of the box body, the feed boxes are arranged at the top of the box body, the exhaust fans are arranged on one side of the feed boxes at the top of the box body, the water tank is arranged on the left side of the box body, the electric box is arranged at the bottom of the back of the box body, a first partition plate, a second partition plate and a third partition plate are vertically arranged in the box body from left to right, the first partition plate, the second partition plate and the third partition plate divide the interior of the box body into a first feeding bin, a second feeding bin, a third feeding bin and a fourth feeding bin, a fourth partition plate is arranged in the first feeding bin, the second feeding bin, the third feeding bin and the fourth feeding bin, a feeding detection device is arranged in the first feeding bin, the second feeding bin and the fourth feeding bin, and humidifiers are respectively arranged on the upper portions of the four partition plates in the box body, the bottom of the humidifier is communicated with a spray pipe, the spray pipe penetrates through a fourth partition plate, the bottom of the exhaust fan is communicated with an exhaust pipe, the top of the exhaust pipe downwards penetrates through the box body and the fourth partition plate, the lower portions of a first feeding bin, a second feeding bin, a third feeding bin and a fourth outer partition plate of the feeding bin are respectively provided with a feeding port, the bottom of the outer feeding port of the box body is provided with a feeding trough, the upper portions of the feeding troughs on two sides of the feeding port are provided with a plurality of handrails, a fifth partition plate is arranged in the feeding trough and divides the feeding trough into a water trough and a feed trough, the bottom of the water tank is connected with a water supply pipe, the bottom of the water trough is respectively communicated with a water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is communicated with the feed trough, the inlet pipe penetrates through the box body and then respectively upwards extends along the first partition plate, the second partition plate, the third partition plate and the right side wall of the box body to be communicated with the feed trough, raise storehouse one, raise storehouse two, raise storehouse three and raise four upper portions in storehouse and be provided with respectively with the sealing device that the feed mouth cooperation was used, the box right side is provided with the controller, the controller respectively with humidifier and exhaust fan electric connection.

Preferably, the sealing device comprises a top plate, a sealing plate, two side frames matched with the sealing plate and a lifting electric cylinder, wherein the middle of the top plate is provided with a through groove matched with the sealing plate, the side frames are distributed and installed on two sides of the food inlet, the sealing plate is installed between the side frames, the top end of the lifting electric cylinder is connected with the top of the sealing plate by penetrating through the through groove, and the lifting electric cylinder is electrically connected with the controller.

An operation method of a chick breeding device for animal breeding comprises the following specific steps:
s1, feeding chicks: the controller opens the sealing door, and the chickens are respectively placed in the first feeding bin, the second feeding bin, the third feeding bin and the fourth feeding bin through the feeding openings;
s2, food throwing: the water inlet valve and the feed valve are respectively opened through the controller, and water and feed are respectively added into the water tank and the feed tank, so that the chickens can conveniently eat;
s3, monitoring and adjusting the environment of the feeding bin: the temperature and the humidity in the first feeding bin, the second feeding bin, the third feeding bin and the fourth feeding bin are detected through a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, temperature information is transmitted to a controller, a heating plate and a heating block on a control side are used for heating, the temperature is guaranteed to be suitable for growth of the chickens, and meanwhile, the humidity is adjusted by controlling the starting of a humidifier; the body temperature of the chicken is monitored by an infrared thermometer, the chicken with abnormal temperature is found in time and taken out for independent treatment,
s4, cleaning: the chicken is taken out at regular time, the power motor is controlled and started by the controller, the used surface of the turnover sheet is turned into the cavity, and the electric cylinder is pushed by starting to drive the cleaning brush plate to clean the corresponding turnover sheet;
s5, sealing the feeding bin: the lifting electric cylinder is controlled by the controller to extend at night, the sealing plate is put down, the first feeding bin, the second feeding bin, the third feeding bin and the fourth feeding bin are sealed, and the exhaust fan is controlled to start to ventilate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention is provided with a feeding detection device, the temperature and the humidity in the box body are monitored through a humidity sensor and a sensor, the body temperature characteristics of the chicks are monitored in real time through an infrared thermometer, and the chicks with abnormal body temperature are timely found and taken out for treatment;
2. the invention is also provided with a turnover heating mechanism, the two sides of the turnover sheet are alternately used through the turnover sheet which can be turned over, and the turnover sheet is heated through the heating block to heat the box body;
3. the invention is also provided with the cleaning device, the turnover sheet turned into the cavity is cleaned by the cleaning device, and the cleaned turnover sheet can be reused.

The power mechanism 1052 is installed in the electrical box 103, the power mechanism 1052 includes a power motor 10521 and a plurality of transmission gears 10522, the transmission gears 10522 are sleeved outside the connecting shaft 129, the transmission gears 10522 are engaged with each other, an output shaft of the power motor 10521 and one connecting shaft 129 pass through a coupler, and the power motor 10521 is electrically connected with the controller 128.
The sealing device 127 comprises a top plate 1271, a sealing plate 1272, two side frames 1273 matched with the sealing plate 1272 for use and an electric lifting cylinder 1274, wherein the middle part of the top plate 1271 is provided with a through groove 131 matched with the sealing plate 1272, the side frames 1273 are distributed and installed at two sides of the food inlet 118, the sealing plate 1272 is installed between the side frames 1273, the top end of the electric lifting cylinder 1274 penetrates through the through groove 131 to be connected with the top part of the sealing plate 1272, and the electric lifting cylinder 1274 is electrically connected with the controller 128.
The cleaning device 106 comprises a cleaning brush plate 1061, 2 guide rods 1062, a pushing electric cylinder 1063 and a recovery box 1064, wherein the cleaning brush plate 1061 is sleeved outside the guide rods 1062, the pushing electric cylinder 1063 is installed in the electric cabinet 103, the top end of the pushing electric cylinder penetrates through the cavity 130 to be connected with the cleaning brush plate 1061, the pushing electric cylinder 1063 is electrically connected with the controller 128, two ends of the guide rods 1062 are welded to the inner walls of two sides of the cavity 130, the recovery box 1064 is located on the lower side of the cleaning brush plate 1061 and is slidably connected with the inner wall of the cavity 130, a box door is hinged to the outer bottom of the box 100 at a position corresponding to the recovery box 1064, a handle is installed on the box door, and a brush is installed on one side, close to the turnover piece 10511, of the cleaning brush plate 1061.
The inlet pipe 125 is connected to an inlet valve 132, the inlet pipe 126 is connected to an inlet valve 133, and the exhaust pipe 118 is connected to an exhaust valve 134.
The inlet valve 132, the inlet valve 133 and the exhaust valve 134 are all solenoid valves, and the inlet valve 132, the inlet valve 133 and the exhaust valve 134 are respectively electrically connected with the controller 128.
The top of feedbox 102 communicates there is the filling tube, and the top of filling tube is connected with the material lid, and the top of water tank 104 communicates there is the filler pipe, and the filler pipe top is connected with the water lid, and four brace tables are installed to box 100 bottom, and brace table evenly distributed is in box 100 four corners.
Referring to fig. 8, a method for operating a chick breeding device for animal breeding includes the following steps:
s1, feeding chicks: the controller 128 opens the sealing door to place the chickens in the first feeding bin 110, the second feeding bin 111, the third feeding bin 112 and the fourth feeding bin 113 through the feeding openings 118;
s2, food throwing: the controller 128 opens the water inlet valve 132 and the feed valve 133 respectively, and water and feed are added into the water tank 122 and the feed tank 123 respectively, so that the chickens can eat the feed conveniently;
s3, monitoring and adjusting the environment of the feeding bin: the temperature and the humidity in the first feeding bin 110, the second feeding bin 111, the third feeding bin 112 and the fourth feeding bin 113 are detected by a temperature sensor 1152 and a humidity sensor 1153, temperature information is transmitted to the controller 128, heating is carried out by a control side heating plate 1154 and a heating block 10512, the temperature is ensured to be suitable for the growth of chicks, and meanwhile, the humidity is adjusted by controlling the starting of the humidifier 116; the body temperature of the chicken is monitored by an infrared thermometer 1151, the chicken with abnormal temperature is found in time and taken out for independent treatment,
s4, cleaning: the chicken is taken out at regular time, the controller 128 controls the power motor 10521 to be started, the used surface of the turnover sheet 10511 is turned into the cavity 130, and the electric cylinder 1063 is started to drive the cleaning brush plate 1061 to clean the corresponding turnover sheet 10511;
s5, closing the feeding bin: the controller 128 controls the lifting electric cylinder 1274 to extend at night, the sealing plate 1272 is put down, the first feeding bin 110, the second feeding bin 111, the third feeding bin 112 and the fourth feeding bin 113 are sealed, and the exhaust fan 101 is controlled to start for ventilation.
The working principle is as follows: when the temperature and humidity control device is used, the temperature sensor 1152 and the humidity and humidity sensor 1153 transmit temperature and humidity information to the controller 128, the controller 128 compares the temperature and the preset value, if the temperature is lower than the set value, the heating piece and the heating block 10512 are controlled to heat, and on the contrary, hot air is extracted through the exhaust fan 101 to cool; when the turning sheet 10511 is adjusted, the controller 128 starts the power motor 10521, the power motor 10521 rotates to drive the transmission gear 10522 to rotate, the transmission gear 10522 drives the connecting shaft 129 to rotate, and the connecting shaft 129 rotates to drive the turning sheet 10511 to rotate; the controller 128 starts the electric pushing cylinder 1063, the electric pushing cylinder 1063 moves to drive the cleaning brush plate 1061 to slide on the guide rod 1062, and the turning sheet 10511 is cleaned by the brushes on the cleaning brush plate 1061; at night or when the first feeding bin 110, the second feeding bin 111, the third feeding bin 112 or the fourth feeding bin 113 needs to be closed, the controller 128 controls the lifting electric cylinder 1274 to be started, the lifting electric cylinder 1274 drives the sealing plate 1272 to slide up and down in the side frame 1273 after being started, the feeding port 118 is sealed, the situation that the chickens run out of the box body 100 is avoided, or the chickens fall off when the box body 100 is moved, the function of protecting the chickens is achieved, and meanwhile, the effect of heat preservation can be achieved by closing the sealing plate 1272 in winter; when adding feed, the controller 128 opens the feed valve 133 and feed flows along the feed tube 126 from the feedbox 102 into the trough 123, allowing different feeds to be placed for different types of chicks, due to the multiple feedboxes 102 installed; when water is added, the controller 128 controls the water inlet valve 132 to be opened, water flows from the water tank 104 into the water tank 122 through the water conveying pipe 124 and the water inlet pipe 125, the controller 128 controls the water adding amount by controlling the opening time of the water inlet valve 132, and the corresponding water tank 122 is independently added by controlling the opening and closing of any water valve; due to the installation of the side heating plates 1154, when the side heating plates 1154 heat the air in the box body 100, the heat of the side heating plates 1154 is transferred to the feed pipe 126, the feed in the feed pipe 126 is heated, the evaporation of the water vapor in the feed is facilitated, the dryness of the feed is improved, and the opening state of the sealing plate 1272 can be avoided through the railings 120, so that the chickens can run out of the box body 100 when eating.
