An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, where the computer-executable instructions are executed by a computer processor to perform a physical examination queuing processing method, and the method includes:
acquiring physical examination information of a user; wherein the physical examination information comprises physical examination items;
determining a physical examination category to which each physical examination item belongs from at least two candidate physical examination categories;
and determining a physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the physical examination item category and a preset queuing rule.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the physical examination queuing processing method provided by any embodiment of the present invention.

1. A physical examination queuing processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring physical examination information of a user; wherein the physical examination information comprises physical examination items;
determining a physical examination category to which each physical examination item belongs from at least two candidate physical examination categories;
and determining a physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the physical examination item category and a preset queuing rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the physical examination item category and the preset queuing rule comprises:
determining a category queuing queue corresponding to the physical examination item category of the user according to the physical examination item category and the preset queuing rule;
and determining a physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the category queuing queue.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the physical examination information further comprises: user information;
correspondingly, the step of determining the physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the physical examination item category and the preset queuing rule comprises the following steps:
and determining a physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the physical examination item category, the user information and a preset queuing rule.
4. The method of claim 1, after determining the physical examination queue of the user, further comprising:
determining queuing information of the user according to the physical examination queuing queue and the current number;
and sending the prompting content of the queuing information to the user according to the queuing information and a preset prompting rule.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring physical examination result information of a user;
and acquiring a disease risk prediction result of the user according to the physical examination result information and a disease risk prediction model constructed in advance based on big data.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset queuing rules comprise: the physical examination item priority queuing rule is at least one of a physical examination item close queuing rule and a physical examination item time optimal queuing rule.
7. A physical examination queuing processing device is characterized by comprising:
the physical examination information acquisition module is used for acquiring physical examination information of the user; wherein the physical examination information comprises physical examination items;
a physical examination category determining module, configured to determine a physical examination category to which each of the physical examination items belongs from at least two candidate physical examination categories;
and the physical examination queue determining module is used for determining the physical examination queue of the user according to the physical examination item category and the preset queuing rule.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the physical examination queue determining module comprises:
a category queue determining unit, configured to determine, according to the physical examination item categories, category queue queues corresponding to the physical examination item categories of the users;
and the physical examination queuing queue determining unit is used for determining the physical examination queuing queue of the user according to the category queuing queue and the preset queuing rule.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the physical examination queue processing method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the physical examination queue processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
