receiving a queuing reminding request;
determining physical examination items according to the queuing reminding request, and acquiring waiting time of the physical examination items;
if the waiting time is longer than a preset threshold value, determining a physical examination user according to the queuing reminding request, and acquiring user information of the physical examination user, wherein the user information comprises an item to be examined of the physical examination user;
selecting recommended items from the items to be detected according to the waiting time, and recommending the recommended items to the physical examination user;
detecting whether the physical examination user finishes the recommended item;
and if the physical examination user finishes the recommended items, generating prompt information of the physical examination items, and pushing the prompt information.
Specifically, the processor 13 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 for a specific implementation method of the computer readable instructions, which is not repeated herein.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The computer readable storage medium has computer readable instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer readable instructions when executed by the processor 13 are configured to implement the steps of:
receiving a queuing reminding request;
determining physical examination items according to the queuing reminding request, and acquiring waiting time of the physical examination items;
if the waiting time is longer than a preset threshold value, determining a physical examination user according to the queuing reminding request, and acquiring user information of the physical examination user, wherein the user information comprises an item to be examined of the physical examination user;
selecting recommended items from the items to be detected according to the waiting time, and recommending the recommended items to the physical examination user;
detecting whether the physical examination user finishes the recommended item;
and if the physical examination user finishes the recommended items, generating prompt information of the physical examination items, and pushing the prompt information.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one position, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional module.
The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. 1. A physical examination queuing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a queuing reminding request;
determining physical examination items according to the queuing reminding request, and acquiring waiting time of the physical examination items, wherein the physical examination items refer to items needing to be checked for multiple times, and the waiting time refers to secondary reminding time of the physical examination items;
if the waiting time is longer than a preset threshold value, determining a physical examination user according to the queuing reminding request, and acquiring user information of the physical examination user, wherein the user information comprises an item to be examined of the physical examination user;
selecting recommended items from the items to be detected according to the waiting time, and recommending the recommended items to the physical examination user;
detecting whether the physical examination user completes the recommended item;
and if the physical examination user finishes the recommended items, generating prompt information of the physical examination items, and pushing the prompt information.
2. A physical examination queuing method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said determining physical examination items according to said queue reminder request comprises:
analyzing the message of the queuing reminding request to obtain message information carried by the message;
acquiring information of an indicating item from the message information as an item number;
acquiring a preset list, wherein a plurality of items needing to be checked for many times are stored in the preset list;
and screening the physical examination items from the preset list according to the item numbers.
3. A physical examination queuing method as claimed in claim 2 wherein said waiting time for acquiring said physical examination items comprises:
acquiring a time configuration table, wherein the time configuration table stores the inspection interval time of the items in the preset list;
determining sending equipment of the queuing reminding request, and determining the sending times of the physical examination items according to the sending equipment;
and acquiring the time simultaneously corresponding to the physical examination items and the sending times from the time configuration table as the waiting time.
4. A physical examination queuing method as claimed in claim 3 wherein said determining physical examination users according to said queue reminding request comprises:
acquiring a request identifier of the queuing reminding request, and acquiring a log list of the sending equipment;
acquiring a log corresponding to the request identifier from the log list as a sending log of the queuing reminding request;
and acquiring information indicating the user from the sending log as the physical examination user.
5. A physical examination queuing method as claimed in claim 3 wherein said pushing said prompt information comprises one or more of the following combinations:
sending the prompt information to the sending equipment; and/or
And acquiring a broadcast language from the queuing reminding request, and broadcasting the prompt information according to the broadcast language.
6. A physical examination queuing method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said selecting recommended items from said items to be examined according to said waiting time comprises:
acquiring the number of queuing people of each item to be detected and acquiring the inspection time of each item to be detected;
determining the consumption time of each item to be detected according to the number of the queuing people and the inspection time;
selecting the to-be-detected item with the consumption time less than the waiting time as a to-be-selected item;
acquiring the project priority of the target to be selected and the detection area of the target to be selected, and acquiring the floor to be detected of the target to be selected;
extracting a target floor where the physical examination user is located from the user information;
determining the score of the target to be selected according to the project priority, the inspection area, the difference value between the floor to be inspected and the target floor;
and determining the item to be selected with the maximum score as the recommended item.
7. A physical examination queuing method as claimed in claim 1 wherein said detecting whether the physical examination user has completed the recommended item comprises:
acquiring a physical examination report of the physical examination user;
determining the item position of the recommended item from the physical examination report, and determining a position associated with the item position from the physical examination report as a target position;
detecting whether any information exists in the target position;
and if the optional information exists in the target position, determining that the physical examination user completes the recommended item.
8. A physical examination queuing device is characterized in that the physical examination queuing device comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a queuing reminding request;
an acquiring unit, configured to determine a physical examination item according to the queue reminding request, and acquire a waiting time of the physical examination item, where the physical examination item is an item that needs to be checked for multiple times, and the waiting time is a secondary reminding time of the physical examination item;
the acquisition unit is further configured to determine a physical examination user according to the queuing reminding request and acquire user information of the physical examination user if the waiting time is greater than a preset threshold, where the user information includes an item to be checked of the physical examination user;
the recommending unit is used for selecting recommended items from the items to be detected according to the waiting time and recommending the recommended items to the physical examination user;
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the physical examination user finishes the recommended items;
and the pushing unit is used for generating prompt information of the physical examination items and pushing the prompt information if the physical examination user finishes the recommended items.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
a memory storing computer readable instructions; and
a processor executing computer readable instructions stored in the memory to implement the physical examination queuing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: the computer readable storage medium has stored therein computer readable instructions which are executed by a processor in an electronic device to implement the physical examination queuing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
