The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is not limited to industries and commodities, is designed according to the whole industry and the whole category, realizes the unified service of related enterprises based on the upstream and downstream relations of the supply chain at the same time from the perspective of multiple companies, and meets the business process processing of self-service contract, purchase, sale, logistics, settlement, finance and the like among the enterprises with the mapping relation of the supply chain. By utilizing a full-chain integration idea from a supply end to a demand end, the unification, sharing, intellectualization and visualization of end-to-end business model data are realized, so that the data is changed into assets, and the data service with high efficiency and low cost is provided.

It should be noted that the technical solutions in the embodiments may be combined with each other, but must be realized by those skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be realized, such a combination of the technical solutions should not be considered to exist, and is not within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a first embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a principle of steps of an embodiment of a supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method provided by the invention.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading method includes the following steps:
s01: establishing a first mapping relationship between a first user and at least one second user according to the first transaction requirement information, as shown in fig. 2; establishing a second mapping relationship between the first user and at least one third user and between each second user and at least one third user according to the second transaction requirement information, as shown in fig. 3;
s02: iteratively establishing the second mapping relationship between the first user and each third user and between each second user and each third user, as shown in fig. 4, until all supply chain positions between the first user and the second user have users, and establishing a temporary transaction supply chain according to the established mapping relationship;
s03: marking users in a temporary transaction supply chain and users having a mapping relation with the users, and sharing enterprise information, transaction demand information and service execution information for the users with the same marks;
s04: and generating a transaction contract between users with a mapping relation in the temporary transaction supply chain according to the user enterprise information and the transaction demand information, generating a transaction to-be-executed instruction at a corresponding time node according to the transaction contract content, and sending the transaction to-be-executed instruction to the corresponding user in the temporary transaction supply chain.
In this embodiment, the first transaction requirement information includes:
business information of a first user (i.e., a transaction initiating object);
enterprise information of a second user (namely a supply chain transaction object) selected by the first user and establishing a mapping relation with the first user;
transaction demand information between the first user and the second user in the supply chain transaction.
The method is used for the first user and the second user to establish a supply and demand transaction relationship in a supply chain according to enterprise information and transaction demand information of the two users.
In this embodiment, the second transaction requirement information includes:
enterprise information of the first user and the second user;
enterprise information of a third user (an object for providing service for the first user and the second user in the supply chain transaction process) which is selected by the first user and the second user in a public way and respectively establishes a mapping relation with the first user and the second user;
and the first user and the second user respectively correspond to the third user.
The method is used for establishing the supply and demand transaction relationship among the first user, the second user and the third user in the supply chain according to the three-party enterprise information and the transaction demand information.
Preferably, the step of establishing a first mapping relationship between a first user and at least one second user according to first transaction demand information includes:
acquiring a first transaction request initiated by a first user in a supply chain, analyzing first transaction demand information of the first transaction request, and pushing and displaying the first transaction demand information in the supply chain;
the method comprises the steps of receiving transaction response information of all second users in the same supply chain meeting first transaction demand information within a first preset time, pushing all the transaction response information to a first user, and establishing a first mapping relation between the first user and at least one second user selected by the first user.
Preferably, the step of establishing a second mapping relationship between the first user and at least one third user and between each second user and at least one third user according to the second transaction requirement information includes:
acquiring a second transaction request initiated by the first user and the second user together, analyzing second transaction demand information of the second transaction request, and pushing and displaying the second transaction demand information in a supply chain;
and receiving the transaction responses of all third users in the same supply chain meeting the second transaction demand information within a second preset time, pushing all transaction response information to the first user and each second user, and establishing at least one third user selected by the first user and each second user together and a second mapping relation between the first user and the second user.
Preferably, before the step of establishing the first mapping relationship between the first user and the at least one second user according to the first transaction demand information, the supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method further includes:
acquiring enterprise information and a supply chain adding request input by a user, marking qualified users and distributing supply chain transaction authority;
and searching and providing a supply chain service ID list with service requirements according to the transaction position of the user in the supply chain, and adding the user into the supply chain corresponding to the selected ID.
Preferably, the transaction method based on supply chain information collaborative sharing further includes, before the step of acquiring the enterprise information entered by the user and the supply chain joining request:
receiving a supply chain building request of a lead enterprise, calling a supply chain line corresponding to a business mode, building a supply chain with multi-user end points, and filling enterprise information of the lead enterprise into the position of a user end point corresponding to the business of the lead enterprise.
Preferably, after the step of generating a transaction to-be-executed instruction at a corresponding time node according to the content of the transaction contract and sending the transaction to-be-executed instruction to a corresponding user in the temporary transaction supply chain, the supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method further includes:
and the user imports the service execution information which is finished correspondingly to the transaction to-be-executed instruction, and shares the service execution information with the user with the mapping relation.
Preferably, the business execution information comprises supply and demand order distribution and transaction payment; wherein:
the supply and demand order distribution comprises the steps that a user distributes orders to a plurality of users with mapping relations according to the demand and the stock in a transaction to-be-executed instruction;
the payment of the transaction payment comprises the step that the user pays money to a plurality of users with mapping relation according to the payment amount and the payment time limit in the instruction to be executed in the transaction.
Preferably, after the step of generating a transaction contract between users having a mapping relationship in a temporary transaction supply chain according to user enterprise information and transaction demand information, generating a transaction to-be-executed instruction at a corresponding time node according to transaction contract content, and sending the transaction to-be-executed instruction to a corresponding user in the temporary transaction supply chain, the supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method further includes:
searching whether all users in the temporary transaction supply chain have a transaction to-be-executed instruction or not according to a temporary transaction supply chain quit request initiated by the user, and if so, ignoring the request; if not, the temporary transaction supply chain is deleted from the user terminal.
In a second aspect of the present invention, a supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading system is provided, where the supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading system includes a supply chain information sharing platform and a user management platform, and the user management platform and the supply chain information sharing platform are in mutual data interaction communication; wherein:
the user management platform comprises:
a user registration system: receiving user registration information provided by a user side, performing user registration in a supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction system, and acquiring a supply chain transaction authority;
supply chain and temporary supply chain building system: receiving a user request, calling a supply chain line corresponding to a business mode, and constructing a supply chain or temporary supply chain building system with multi-user endpoints;
the transaction request system: receiving a business transaction request initiated by a user side in a supply chain, calling a sharing service provided by a supply chain information sharing platform to execute supply chain business transaction between two and/or a plurality of users, acquiring transaction information of the business transaction, and feeding back the transaction information as a callable sharing information resource to the supply chain information sharing platform;

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading system is proposed, where the information sharing system includes a supply chain information sharing platform and a user management platform, and the user management platform and the supply chain information sharing platform are in data interaction communication with each other; wherein:
(1) the user management platform comprises:
a user registration system: receiving user registration information provided by a user side, performing user registration in a supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction system, and acquiring a supply chain transaction authority;
supply chain and temporary supply chain building system: receiving a user request, calling a supply chain line corresponding to a business mode, and constructing a supply chain or temporary supply chain building system with multi-user endpoints;
the transaction request system: receiving a business transaction request initiated by a user side in a supply chain, calling a sharing service provided by a supply chain information sharing platform to execute supply chain business transaction between two and/or a plurality of users, acquiring transaction information of the business transaction, and feeding back the transaction information as a callable sharing information resource to the supply chain information sharing platform;
(2) the supply chain information sharing platform comprises:
an enterprise information sharing system: extracting user information of user permission recorded in a user registration system by a user side, classifying and storing the user information, and providing user enterprise information to call sharing service when each user side initiates a transaction request;
transaction demand information sharing system: importing information required by user transaction, providing transaction required information to call sharing service when each user side initiates a transaction request;
transaction information sharing system: and receiving the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, calling the user information extracted by the enterprise information sharing system, and providing the sharing service comprising contract management, purchase management, sales management, warehousing management, transportation management and financial management for the transaction request system to execute the business transaction.
In another possible embodiment, in order to meet the application requirements of supply chain services, the enterprise information sharing system is provided with an enterprise information management module, which comprises an enterprise information management module, a commodity information management module, a warehouse information management module, a transportation vehicle and driver management module, a logistics billing management module and the like, and is used for enterprises with mapping relationships in the supply chain to provide sharing services of operation information and supply chain information.
It should be noted that for different types of enterprises in the supply chain, only the information content of the related business can be recorded and shared in the enterprise information sharing system.
Specifically, responsible users of suppliers/distributors are assumed in the supply chain, and the enterprise information sharing system only extracts the enterprise information and commodity information input by the enterprise information sharing system; the enterprise information sharing system only extracts the enterprise information and the warehouse information which are input by the enterprise information sharing system; the enterprise information sharing system only extracts the enterprise information, the transportation vehicle and driver management information and the logistics billing information which are input by the enterprise information sharing system.
Similarly, for a responsible user who undertakes a plurality of different identities in a supply chain, the enterprise information sharing system can only extract the information content selected and disclosed by the user, and the information content is used for the user to select the business participation content according to business requirements.
In a preferred implementation:
the enterprise information management module extracts the user information of each user in the supply chain stored in the user registration system, and stores and shares the basic information of enterprise operation, including enterprise name and social credit code information, in the user information permitted by each user.
The commodity information management module extracts the user information of each user in the supply chain stored in the user registration system, and stores and shares the commodity information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including the business area commodity information and the business area service information.
The warehouse information management module extracts the user information of each user in the supply chain stored in the user registration system, and stores and shares the warehouse information of the enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including the name and address information of the warehouse required for operation.
The transport vehicle and driver management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in the user registration system, and stores and shares transport vehicle and driver information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including vehicle license plate type and driver name mobile phone number information required by transportation.
The logistics charging management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in the user registration system, and stores and shares warehouse logistics basic information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including purchasing, selling and service relation information between warehouse transportation logistics service charging models and enterprises in the supply chain.
In another possible embodiment: the transaction information sharing system also comprises a contract management subsystem used for providing contract management sharing service, wherein the contract management subsystem receives the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, calls the basic information, commodity information, warehouse information, transportation vehicle and driver information, the warehousing and transportation logistics service billing model of each enterprise and the purchasing, selling and service relation information among enterprises in the supply chain, which are stored by the enterprise information sharing system, and generates the sharing service of various standard contracts required by business transactions among enterprises with mapping relations in the supply chain.
Specifically, the contract management subsystem comprises an enterprise information acquisition module, an online contract generation module and an electronic signature and signing module.
It should be understood that the enterprise information obtaining module obtains information required for generating the corresponding business electronic contract according to the called basic information, commodity information, warehouse information, transportation vehicle and driver information, the warehousing and transportation logistics service billing model and the purchasing, selling and service relationship information among enterprises in the supply chain, and is used for subsequently generating the corresponding electronic contract.
It should be understood that, the online contract generating module generates the corresponding business electronic contract according to the information required by the corresponding business contract acquired by the enterprise information acquiring module and the transaction information collected by each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system.
For example: according to the commodity suppliers and the warehousing suppliers participating in the business, enterprise information of corresponding users is obtained firstly, wherein the enterprise information comprises enterprise basic information, commodity information, warehousing information and a warehousing and transportation logistics service charging model to generate basic contents of an electronic contract; and according to negotiation information of business users, including purchasing information, sales information and service relation information, specific contract details are added on the electronic contract for generating basic content, and finally standard electronic contracts for different businesses and different forms are generated.
The standard contract comprises a purchasing contract module, a selling contract module, a logistics service contract module, an agent purchasing service contract module, a direct supply service contract module and a money collection transfer contract module.
It should be understood that the electronic signature signing module receives the signing confirmation information of the user at the user end through electronic signature, short message authentication or face recognition authentication and the like, obtains the electronic signature signing authorization, and realizes the signing of the electronic contract.
In another possible embodiment: the transaction information sharing system also comprises a purchase management subsystem used for providing purchase management sharing service, wherein the purchase management subsystem receives the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, calls the basic information, commodity information, warehouse information, transportation vehicle and driver information, the warehousing and transportation logistics service billing model of each enterprise and the purchase, sale and service relation information among enterprises in the supply chain, which are stored by the enterprise information sharing system, and generates the sharing service of the supply chain with a plurality of purchase business modes required by the demander user and the supplier user in the business transaction among the mapping relation enterprises.
Specifically, the purchasing management subsystem comprises a purchasing inquiry module, a bidding purchasing module and an agent purchasing/direct supply module.
It needs to be understood that the purchase inquiry module builds a request channel for the demander user to directly initiate inquiry purchase to the supplier user, and generates an electronic application template of the purchase inquiry order.
It is to be understood that the bid purchasing module builds request channels for the buyer user to initiate bid and the supplier user to initiate bid, and generates an electronic application template of the bid order and an electronic application template of the bid order.
It should be understood that the agent procurement/direct supply module builds a request channel for a user to initiate agent procurement/direct supply through a server, and generates an electronic application template of an agent procurement/direct supply order.
In the request channel, by constructing a functional platform for information query, service consultation and transaction negotiation of the demander user and the supplier user, a place for providing purchasing service negotiation for a plurality of users in a supply chain is provided.
In another possible embodiment: the transaction information sharing system also comprises a sales management subsystem used for providing sales management sharing service, wherein the sales management subsystem receives the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, calls the basic information, commodity information, warehouse information, transportation vehicle and driver information, the warehousing and transportation logistics service billing model of each enterprise and the purchasing, sales and service relation information among enterprises in the supply chain, which are stored by the enterprise information sharing system, and generates the sharing service of the supply chain with a plurality of sales modes required by the demander user and the supplier user in the business transaction among the mapping relation enterprises.

It should be understood that the commodity warehousing module generates a commodity warehousing instruction for the warehousing enterprises in the supply chain according to the transaction information of each user in the supply chain, which is acquired by the transaction request system, and guides the corresponding warehousing enterprise users to store the transaction commodities according to the warehousing instruction.

It should be understood that the commodity ex-warehouse module generates a commodity ex-warehouse instruction for the warehousing enterprises in the supply chain according to the transaction information of each user in the supply chain, which is acquired by the transaction request system, and guides the corresponding warehousing enterprise users to store the transaction commodities according to the warehousing ex-warehouse instruction.
It should be understood that the data synchronization module generates an external warehousing management system interface port and an IOT system interface port for data synchronization of the user according to the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, and provides a data synchronization service for automatically accessing warehousing orders, ex-warehouse orders and internet of things data for the user.

It is to be understood that the accounts receivable transfer module generates an application for accounts receivable transfer from the creditor to the supply chain financial service side in the corresponding business according to the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, and distributes the corresponding statement to the corresponding creditor.
In this embodiment, in the process of executing accounts receivable transfer, the system calls a contract signed between corresponding users according to a user request, and executes the operation of account transfer after the approval of the users is obtained.
Specifically, in a business chain among a primary provider, a secondary provider and a distributor three-party user, if the secondary provider has debt at the primary provider and the distributor has debt at the secondary provider, after the three-party user confirms and the system checks contract information, the debt among the multiple users in the supply chain can be converted in an account transfer mode.
In another possible embodiment: the user management platform further comprises a supply chain and a temporary supply chain building system, wherein the supply chain building system comprises a supply chain building module, a supply chain enterprise invitation module and a supply chain business management module.
It is to be understood that the supply chain building module provides a supply chain line template with multiple service modes, records user information required by the lead enterprise for participating in positioning in the supply chain through data interaction with the enterprise information management subsystem, and calls the supply chain template required by the corresponding service participated by the lead enterprise to build the supply chain.
It should be understood that the supply chain enterprise invitation module calls the basic information, commodity information, warehouse information, transportation vehicle and driver information, the warehousing and transportation logistics service billing model of each enterprise stored in the enterprise information sharing system and the purchasing, selling and service relationship information among the enterprises in the supply chain to provide the supply chain user retrieval service, searches other enterprise users in the information sharing system as each endpoint user of the supply chain, and invites the corresponding user to join the existing supply chain line.

By recording the process information of the whole business transaction and guiding the operation information of the completed business, three-party users and even multi-party users are promoted, and clear and accurate business operation guidance is provided for each user under the condition of a single supply chain or even multiple supply chains. Meanwhile, the acquired process information of the whole service transaction provides standard data support for service accountability when the service is not completed or postponed or suspended or stopped.
The present invention provides a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, a supply chain information-based collaborative sharing system includes a supply chain information sharing platform and a user management platform, where the user management platform provides a user registration and user management interface of the information sharing system for an enterprise operating in each link of a supply chain, and provides an information sharing service of the supply chain where a corresponding user is located for the corresponding user; the supply chain information sharing platform comprises an enterprise information management subsystem, a contract management subsystem, a purchase management subsystem, a sales management subsystem, a storage management subsystem, a transportation management subsystem and a financial management subsystem which are respectively in data butt joint with the user management platform, and different supply chain information sharing services are provided for users by utilizing information interaction of the user management platform on each subsystem under the supply chain information sharing platform.
In a preferred embodiment, the enterprise information management subsystem unifies and standardizes and manages enterprise main body information such as enterprise names and social credit card codes, commodity and service information provided in an operation range, information such as names and addresses of warehouses required for operation, information such as license plates and vehicle types of vehicles required for transportation, information such as names and mobile phone numbers of drivers, warehousing and transportation logistics service billing model information, purchasing, selling and service relationship information between enterprises and the like, and takes the unified and standardized management as main data of the whole platform.
In this embodiment, the commodity information is managed to the minimum unit in the SKU system, and information such as the commodity name, brand, specification, size such as high length, weight, and barcode is managed.
In this embodiment, the logistics charging model performs charging formula management according to the latitudes of loading and unloading fees, storage fees, management fees, transportation fees and the like involved in the storage and transportation operation processes, and the system automatically generates a logistics charge bill when the storage management module and the transportation management module form corresponding data.
Enterprises and related upstream and downstream enterprises thereof realize online business operation through the platform, and simultaneously the enterprises on a supply chain can select to share data such as order commodity information, quantity information, inventory information and the like, so that the full-chain information from a supply end to a demand end is shared in real time, thereby improving the transaction efficiency and reducing the transaction cost.
In a preferred embodiment, the contract management subsystem performs online generation and electronic signature signing on the same contracts of a purchase contract, a sales contract, a logistics service contract, a proxy purchase service contract, a direct supply service contract and an account receivable transfer contract of both suppliers and demanders, wherein enterprise information in the contracts comes from the enterprise information management subsystem, and other subsystems call the contract information as the basis of subsequent business processes.
In the preferred embodiment, the purchase management subsystem realizes that the requiring party initiates purchase inquiry to the supplying party, and the two parties are converted into purchase orders after agreement is reached; the support demander initiates online bidding and evaluation, and converts the bidding and evaluation result into a purchase order; the support demander directly initiates a purchase order to the supplier, confirms the model, specification, quantity, unit price, total price and tax of the purchased commodity on line, and confirms the information of the delivery location, the receiver and the like; the method supports the initiation of agent purchase/direct supply business application to a supply chain financial service party when fund demand exists, realizes the purchase and sale of commodities and performs online management through the service party, and forms a purchase order of the service party to a supplier and a sale order of the service party to an demander after the application is initiated by the demander.
In this embodiment, upstream and downstream businesses on a supply chain may share data so that the upstream associated business knows the actual demand of the most downstream needs.
In the preferred embodiment, the sales management subsystem realizes that the supplier initiates a quotation to the demander, and the two parties are converted into a sales order after agreement is reached; the supplier is supported to initiate bid to the demander for on-line bidding, and the bid is converted into a sales order according to the bid evaluation result; the support supplier confirms the purchase order initiated by the acquirer to form the sales order.
In this embodiment, upstream and downstream businesses on a supply chain may share data so that the upstream associated business knows the actual demand of the most downstream needs.
In a preferred embodiment, the warehousing management subsystem realizes the function of systematically managing commodity inventory by a client, and supports recording the minimum management latitude information of commodity models, specifications, quantity, weight and the like in the system; supporting self-help initiation of commodity warehousing operation, and recording warehouse location information according to the physical management condition; the management operations such as moving, inquiring and the like of inventory commodities are supported; and the self-service initiation of commodity warehouse-out operation is supported, commodity shipping data is formed, and the commodity shipping data is in butt joint with the transportation management subsystem.
In this embodiment, the subsystem also supports docking with an external WMS warehouse management system and an IOT system, and realizes data synchronization functions such as warehousing orders, ex-warehouse orders, and automatic access of internet of things data. The warehousing operation state information can be synchronously provided to enterprises with a mapping relation in the supply chain, so that all parties can know the logistics state.
In a preferred embodiment, the transportation management subsystem implements transportation order information management; supporting the driver and vehicle distribution function required by order execution; supporting order state tracking, accessing position service information to track order execution path; the driver end management is supported, and the functions of vehicle confirmation, commodity delivery, on-the-way information feedback, receipt uploading after receiving and signing are realized for a driver; and the management of the signing and receiving end is supported, and the functions of confirming the goods receiving information on line by the goods receiver, synchronizing the goods receiving state in real time and the like are realized.
In this embodiment, the subsystem also supports docking with an external TMS transportation management system, thereby implementing a transportation information synchronization function. The transportation operation state information can be synchronously provided to the enterprise with the mapping relation in the supply chain, so that all the parties can know the logistics state.
In the preferred embodiment, the financial management subsystem realizes the reconciliation settlement of the supply and demand parties, and forms a corresponding purchase settlement sheet, a sale settlement sheet, a logistics service settlement sheet and a supply chain service settlement sheet; and the invoice billing management and invoice registration functions are supported.
In the embodiment, the creditor can initiate an application for transferring the accounts receivable to the supply chain financial service party for the accounts receivable formed at the same time, and the debtor can perform subsequent system processing after online confirmation.
In a preferred embodiment, the user management platform provides user management services for all enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain to share information in the supply chain, and the user management services comprise a user information editing module, a supply chain building module and a supply chain service module; wherein:
the user information editing module is used for registering enterprise users, and inputting and managing user information required by enterprises for participating in positioning in a supply chain through data interaction with the enterprise information management subsystem;
the supply chain building module is used for searching other enterprise users in the information sharing system as each endpoint user of the supply chain by building a supply chain line by the enterprise users and executing corresponding services;
the supply chain service module is used for executing supply chain services by enterprise users, and realizes shared information services in corresponding subsystems through data interaction with the contract management subsystem, the purchase management subsystem, the sale management subsystem, the storage management subsystem and the transportation management subsystem.
In the embodiment, by providing a supply chain collaborative information system, a customer can conveniently and quickly complete system online operation in a self-service manner, enterprise information, commodity information, logistics information and relationship information maintenance between enterprises are realized, related enterprises can share main data, the inconsistency of data apertures is avoided, the customer can selectively share data required by supply chain upstream and downstream, and the transaction efficiency and the data accuracy are improved; meanwhile, safe and efficient business cooperation is realized through online contract making and electronic signature signing, paperless management is realized, and contract signing time is reduced; in addition, through online purchasing and selling information confirmation, based on shared inventory data, both the supplier and the demander can determine commodity inventory information at the first time and arrange stock and transportation in time, and the purchaser, the salesman, the warehouse manager, the transportation scheduling, the driver and the consignee can receive order information at the first time to make relevant work preparation, thereby avoiding repetitive communication and errors.
And finally, the information of the purchase order, the sales order and the logistics order can be extracted in real time during financial management, the financial and real comparison is carried out, and the information of the purchase bill, the sales bill, the logistics service bill, the supply chain service bill and the like is determined. When the fund demand appears, the supply chain financial service side can be docked in real time, the fund service is provided by the supply chain financial service side, the business cooperation of the supply and demand side is more stable, the fund turnover problem is solved, the business scale is enlarged, higher income is obtained, the customer satisfaction degree is high, and the experience feeling is good.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the industry and the commodity are not limited, the design is performed according to the whole industry and the whole category, and meanwhile, the unified service of the related enterprises is realized based on the upstream and downstream relations of the supply chain from the perspective of multiple companies, so as to satisfy the business process processing of self-service contract, purchase, sale, logistics, settlement, finance and the like between the enterprises having the mapping relation in the supply chain. By utilizing a full-chain integration idea from a supply end to a demand end, the unification, sharing, intellectualization and visualization of end-to-end business model data are realized, so that the data is changed into assets, and the data service with high efficiency and low cost is provided.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles and broad features of the present invention and advantages thereof. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. A supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing a first mapping relation between a first user and at least one second user according to the first transaction requirement information; establishing a second mapping relation between the first user and at least one third user and between each second user and at least one third user according to the second transaction requirement information;
iteratively establishing the second mapping relation between the first user and each third user and between each second user and each third user until all supply chain positions between the first user and the second user have users, and establishing a temporary transaction supply chain according to the established mapping relation;
marking users in a temporary transaction supply chain and users having a mapping relation with the users, and sharing enterprise information, transaction demand information and service execution information for the users with the same marks;
and generating a transaction contract between users with a mapping relation in the temporary transaction supply chain according to the user enterprise information and the transaction demand information, generating a transaction to-be-executed instruction at a corresponding time node according to the transaction contract content, and sending the transaction to-be-executed instruction to the corresponding user in the temporary transaction supply chain.
2. The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method according to claim 1, wherein the step of establishing a first mapping relationship between a first user and at least one second user according to first transaction demand information includes:
acquiring a first transaction request initiated by a first user in a supply chain, analyzing first transaction demand information of the first transaction request, and pushing and displaying the first transaction demand information in the supply chain;
the method comprises the steps of receiving transaction response information of all second users in the same supply chain meeting first transaction demand information within a first preset time, pushing all the transaction response information to a first user, and establishing a first mapping relation between the first user and at least one second user selected by the first user.
3. The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method according to claim 2, wherein the step of establishing a second mapping relationship between the first user and at least one third user and between each second user and at least one third user according to the second transaction demand information comprises:
acquiring a second transaction request initiated by the first user and the second user together, analyzing second transaction demand information of the second transaction request, and pushing and displaying the second transaction demand information in a supply chain;
and receiving the transaction responses of all third users in the same supply chain meeting the second transaction demand information within a second preset time, pushing all transaction response information to the first user and each second user, and establishing at least one third user selected by the first user and each second user together and a second mapping relation between the first user and the second user.
4. The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of establishing the first mapping relationship between the first user and the at least one second user according to the first transaction requirement information, the method further comprises:
acquiring enterprise information and a supply chain adding request input by a user, marking qualified users and distributing supply chain transaction authority;
and searching and providing a supply chain service ID list with service requirements according to the transaction position of the user in the supply chain, and adding the user into the supply chain corresponding to the selected ID.
5. The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method according to claim 4, wherein before the step of acquiring the enterprise information entered by the user and the supply chain joining request, the method further comprises:
receiving a supply chain building request of a lead enterprise, calling a supply chain line corresponding to a business mode, building a supply chain with multi-user end points, and filling enterprise information of the lead enterprise into the position of a user end point corresponding to the business of the lead enterprise.

The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of generating a trading to-be-executed instruction at a corresponding time node according to the trading contract content and sending the trading to a corresponding user in a temporary trading supply chain, the method further comprises:
and the user imports the service execution information which is finished correspondingly to the transaction to-be-executed instruction, and shares the service execution information with the user with the mapping relation.
7. The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading method according to claim 6, wherein the business execution information comprises supply and demand order allocation and trade payment; wherein:
the supply and demand order distribution comprises the steps that a user distributes orders to a plurality of users with mapping relations according to the demand and the stock in a transaction to-be-executed instruction;
the payment of the transaction payment comprises the step that the user pays money to a plurality of users with mapping relation according to the payment amount and the payment time limit in the instruction to be executed in the transaction.
8. The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein after the steps of generating a transaction contract between users having a mapping relationship in a temporary transaction supply chain according to user enterprise information and transaction demand information, generating a transaction to-be-executed instruction at a corresponding time node according to transaction contract content, and sending the transaction to-be-executed instruction to a corresponding user in the temporary transaction supply chain, further comprises:
searching whether all users in the temporary transaction supply chain have a transaction to-be-executed instruction or not according to a temporary transaction supply chain quit request initiated by the user, and if so, ignoring the request; if not, the temporary transaction supply chain is deleted from the user terminal.

The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based trading system is characterized by comprising a supply chain information sharing platform and a user management platform, wherein the user management platform and the supply chain information sharing platform are in data interaction communication with each other; wherein:
the user management platform comprises:
a user registration system: receiving user registration information provided by a user side, performing user registration in a transaction system based on supply chain information sharing, and acquiring a supply chain transaction authority;
supply chain and temporary supply chain building system: receiving a user request, calling a supply chain line corresponding to a business mode, and constructing a supply chain or temporary supply chain building system with multi-user endpoints;
the transaction request system: receiving a business transaction request initiated by a user side in a supply chain, calling a sharing service provided by a supply chain information sharing platform to execute supply chain business transaction between two and/or a plurality of users, acquiring transaction information of the business transaction, and feeding back the transaction information as a callable sharing information resource to the supply chain information sharing platform;
the supply chain information sharing platform comprises:
an enterprise information sharing system: extracting user information of user permission recorded in a user registration system by a user side, classifying and storing the user information, and providing user enterprise information to call sharing service when each user side initiates a transaction request;
transaction demand information sharing system: importing information required by user transaction, providing transaction required information to call sharing service when each user side initiates a transaction request;
transaction information sharing system: and receiving the transaction information of each user in the supply chain acquired by the transaction request system, calling the user information extracted by the enterprise information sharing system, and providing the sharing service comprising contract management, purchase management, sales management, warehousing management, transportation management and financial management for the transaction request system to execute the business transaction.

The supply chain information collaborative sharing-based transaction system according to claim 9, wherein the enterprise information sharing system comprises an enterprise information management module, a commodity information management module, a warehouse information management module, a transportation vehicle and driver management module and a logistics billing management module, and is used for providing a service of sharing operation information and transaction information by enterprise users with a mapping relationship in a supply chain; wherein:
the enterprise information management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in a user registration system, and stores and shares basic information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including enterprise name and social credit code information;
the commodity information management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in a user registration system, and stores and shares commodity information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including business area commodity information and business area service information;
the warehouse information management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in a user registration system, and stores and shares warehouse information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including name and address information of a warehouse required for operation;
the transport vehicle and driver management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in a user registration system, and stores and shares transport vehicle and driver information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including license plate vehicle types of vehicles required for transportation and driver name mobile phone number information;
the logistics charging management module extracts user information of each user in a supply chain stored in the user registration system, and stores and shares warehouse logistics basic information of enterprise operation in the user information permitted by each user, including warehouse transportation logistics service charging models and purchasing, selling and service relation information among enterprises in the supply chain.
