In order to overcome the defects that the speed of manually labeling the key is low and the labels are not tidy enough, the technical problem is as follows: the electric vehicle or pedal motorcycle key labeling equipment is capable of rapidly labeling keys and neatly labeling the keys.
The technical scheme is as follows: an electric motor car or pedal motorcycle key pastes mark equipment, including: the base is used for mounting the whole equipment; the air cylinder is arranged on one side of the upper part of the base; the labeling mechanism is arranged on one side, close to the cylinder, of the upper part of the base; the feeding mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the base, and the labeling mechanism is connected with the feeding mechanism.

Further, feed mechanism is including: the bracket is arranged on one side of the upper part of the base, which is far away from the fixed cylinder; the third special-shaped rod is arranged on the upper part of the bracket in a sliding manner and is connected with the labeling device on the upper side; the second spring is arranged on the third special-shaped rod, and the lower end of the second spring is connected with the bracket; the second sliding rail is arranged on one side, close to the support, of the upper part of the base; the rack is arranged on the second sliding rail in a sliding manner; the first material pushing rod is arranged on the rack; the bearing seat is arranged on one side of the upper part of the base close to the bracket; the rotating shaft is arranged on the bearing block; the special-shaped wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft; the rigid clamping piece is arranged at the upper part of the base and close to the special-shaped wheel, and the special-shaped wheel is in extrusion fit with the rigid clamping piece; the gear is omitted, the gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the gear is meshed with the rack; and the fifth sliding rail is arranged on the upper part of the base and the bracket respectively and is connected with the first material pushing rod in a sliding manner.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the fourth slide rail is arranged on the fifth slide rail on the lower side; and the second material pushing rod is arranged on the first material pushing rod and is connected with the fourth sliding rail in a sliding manner.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the third sliding rail is arranged on one side, close to the fourth sliding rail, of the upper part of the base; the sliding block is arranged in the third sliding rail in a sliding manner; the third spring is arranged between the sliding block and the third sliding rail; the material box is arranged on one side, close to the third slide rail, of the upper part of the base; and the lower pressing rod is arranged on the lower pressing block and is matched with the sliding block.
Further, the third spring is an extension spring.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention achieves the effects that the key can be quickly labeled and the labeling is orderly; the key is placed on the fourth sliding rail, the key and the label are pushed simultaneously under the matching of the first material pushing rod and the second material pushing rod, and then the labeling devices on the upper side and the lower side move in opposite directions simultaneously, so that the effect of quickly labeling can be realized, and the labels can be labeled neatly; the key is moved left and right through the sliding block, so that the key subjected to labeling can be pushed out to the left side, and the key is not required to be manually taken out.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the labeling mechanism 3 includes a fixed cylinder 30, a first special-shaped rod 31, a first slide rail 32, a lower pressing block 33, a second special-shaped rod 34, a first spring 35 and a labeling device 36, the fixed cylinder 30 is arranged on the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, the first special-shaped rod 31 is arranged in the fixed cylinder 30 in a sliding manner, the first slide rail 32 is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the right side of the upper portion of the base 1, the lower pressing block 33 is arranged on the lower portion of the air cylinder 2, the second special-shaped rod 34 is arranged between the first slide rails 32 on both sides in a sliding manner, the second special-shaped rod 34 penetrates through the first special-shaped rod 31 in a sliding manner, the first spring 35 is connected between the lower pressing block 33 and the first special-shaped rod 31.

The feeding mechanism 4 comprises a bracket 40, a third special-shaped rod 41, a second spring 42, a second slide rail 43, a rack 44, a first pushing rod 45, a bearing seat 46, a rotating shaft 47, a special-shaped wheel 48, a hard card 49, a gear-lacking wheel 410 and a fifth slide rail 411, the bracket 40 is arranged in the middle of the left side of the upper part of the base 1, the third special-shaped rod 41 is arranged on the upper part of the bracket 40 in a sliding manner, the third special-shaped rod 41 is connected with the upper-side labeler 36, the second spring 42 is sleeved on the third special-shaped rod 41, the lower end of the second spring 42 is connected with the bracket 40, the left side of the upper part of the base 1 is connected with the second slide rail 43, the rack 44 is arranged on the second slide rail 43 in a sliding manner, the first pushing rod 45 is arranged on the rear side of the rack 44, the bearing seat 46 is arranged in the middle of the left side of the upper part of the base 1, the rotating shaft 47, the special-shaped wheel 48 is in extrusion fit with the rigid clamping piece 49, the rear side of the upper part of the base 1 and the bracket 40 are both provided with a fifth sliding rail 411, and the fifth sliding rail 411 is connected with the first material pushing rod 45 in a sliding manner.

Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the material pushing device further includes a fourth slide rail 5 and a second material pushing rod 6, the fifth slide rail 411 on the lower side is provided with the fourth slide rail 5, the first material pushing rod 45 is provided with the second material pushing rod 6, and the second material pushing rod 6 is connected with the fourth slide rail 5 in a sliding manner.
The user can place the key that needs carry out the mark in fourth slide rail 5, and when first ejector pin 45 promoted the label, drive second ejector pin 6 and remove to the front side for second ejector pin 6 promotes the key to the front side, thereby need not the manual work and hold the key and wait to mark.

When briquetting 33 moves down, it moves to the left side to press slider 8, and third spring 9 is stretched this moment, because the key pastes the mark back, can increase certain thickness to slider 8 moves to the left side and can promote the key that pastes the mark and accomplish to workbin 10, if the key does not paste the mark, then the key moves to the front side, and the user can collect the key that does not paste the mark, and when briquetting 33 rebound down, under the reset action of third spring 9, slider 8 moves to the right side and resets.
