技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种电子蒸气吸入器,具体涉及一种含有用于电子蒸气吸入器的气味释放介质的容器,其中,可加热所述气味释放介质以产生可供使用者吸入的蒸气。
背景技术
可作为传统吸烟制品,如香烟、雪茄以及烟斗的替代品的电子蒸气吸入器(也称电子香烟、电子烟以及个人气化器)正变得越来越流行和普遍。电子蒸气吸入器通常由电池供电,加热并雾化含尼古丁的液体以产生可供使用者吸入的含尼古丁的蒸气。所述蒸气通过烟嘴吸入并将尼古丁送到肺部,并且,使用者呼出的蒸气通常模仿传统吸烟制品所产生的烟雾外观。虽然,所述蒸气的吸入会产生与常规吸烟相类似的物理感觉,但是,由于没有燃烧,其并不会产生或吸入有害化学物质,如,二氧化碳和焦油。

在所述盖子38沿所述侧壁32的上边缘33密封所述外壳28的顶部34之前,所述外壳28内先填充有气味释放介质40。所述气味释放介质40通常包括烟草或烟草材料,其可以蒸气形成介质,例如丙二醇浸渍,从而使得其能被加热以形成供使用者通过所述电子蒸气吸入器10的烟嘴18吸入的蒸气。当使用烟草或烟草材料时,所述电子蒸气吸入器10可作为电子烟使用。但是,如本发明之前所描述的,也可使用除烟草以外的材料。
所述胶囊26包括多个感应加热元件42,其以大致相等的间距设置在所述外壳28内的所述基底30和所述盖子38之间间隔设置。所述感应加热元件42包括可在感应场存在下加热的任何合适的材料。
在所示的实施方式中,所述感应加热元件42是大致为圆形的盘(参考图4)的形式,其横截面与所述外壳28的大致圆形横截面大致相符。然而,所述感应加热元件42可以采用任何合适的形式。从图4中可知,所述圆形感应加热元件42的直径小于所述圆形外壳28的直径,从而使得空气可在所述圆形感应加热元件42的边界与所述外壳28的内侧壁32之间流动。
所述感应加热元件42接触至少一部分的气味释放介质40。其结果是,当所述感应加热元件42在感应场的存在下被加热时,所述气味释放介质40开始在所述外壳28中被快速且均匀地加热。其结果是,所加热的壳体28内的温度基本是均匀的。
所述电子蒸气吸入器10包括感应加热装置50,其包括能由电源22供电的感应线圈52。正如本领域技术人员所能理解的是,当所述感应线圈52被通电后,产生一磁场,从而在所述感应加热元件42内形成涡流,并由此使得所述感应加热元件42被加热。然而,该热量从所述感应加热元件42通过例如传导、辐射以及对流的方式被传递到所述气味释放介质40。
所述感应加热装置50的操作由所述控制装置20控制以将所述外壳28内的气味释放介质40保持在一基本恒定的温度,该温度下能实现气味和香味的最佳释放。
在图1和图2所示的实施方式中,所述电子蒸气吸入器10包括一温度传感器44,当所述胶囊26设置于所述腔室24中时,其穿过所述盖子38并延伸至所述外壳28内。所述温度传感器44测量所述外壳28内的温度,且所述控制装置20根据由所述温度传感器44测得的温度来控制所述感应加热装置50的操作。
当使用者希望利用所述电子蒸气吸入器10来吸入蒸气时,该使用者需要先接近所述腔室24,例如,通过从所述壳体12的远端16移除所述腔室24(例如,通过旋开)。然后,使用者将预制的胶囊26装入到所述腔室24中。所述预制的胶囊26通常以可单独购买的包装来提供,且每一胶囊26已含有所述气味释放介质40和感应加热元件42,这些都是在所述胶囊26的制造过程中提供的。因此,对于使用者来说,将所述胶囊26装载到所述腔室24中是一个非常简单的过程。
然后,该使用者关闭所述腔室24,例如,将所述腔室24再连接到所述壳体12的远端16上(例如,通过将其拧回到所述壳体12上)。在将所述腔室24连接到所述壳体12的过程中,所述温度传感器44穿过所述盖子38。然后所述使用者可打开所述电子蒸气吸入器10准备使用,从而给所述感应线圈25通电并如上所述地加热所述感应加热元件42以及所述气味释放介质40,从而使得所述气味释放介质40被加热而无需燃烧。
当使用者将他们的嘴放着在所述烟嘴18上并吸气时,环境空气通过进气口54进入到所述腔室24。所述环境空气通过如上所描述的由可透气材料形成的所述基底30以及侧壁32进入到所述外壳28。该气流以线56所示意性示出。所述空气随着其流过所述外壳28而被加热,且具有适当的香味和气味的加热空气通过所述可透气盖子38流出所述外壳28,如线58所示。随着已加热空气沿着所述导光15流动,其冷凝以形成可被使用者通过烟嘴18吸入的蒸气。由于在所述烟嘴18处的最佳蒸气温度是一个个人选择的情况,因此,所述控制装置20可包括一温度传感器以使得使用者能选择所希望的蒸气吸入温度。
在吸入过程中,当环境空气流入并通过所述外壳28,可以理解的是,所述感应线圈52可通电因必须维持所述外壳28内基本恒定的温度。这反过来又确保了使用者通过所述烟嘴18吸入的蒸气的温度是基本恒定的。
当提供给所述烟嘴18的蒸气的气味和香味达到使用者认为是不能接受的水平时,可取出所述腔室24,例如通过将其从所述壳体12的远端16移除。然后,可移除并丢弃已用过的胶囊26,并在将所述腔室24安装到如上所述的准备使用的所述电子蒸气吸入器10的远端16中之前将一新的胶囊26放置于所述腔室24中。
图5示出了电子蒸气吸入器60的另一种实施方式。所述电子蒸气吸入器60具有许多与如图1,2和4所示的电子蒸气吸入器10相同的特性,因此,相应的特性以相同的附图标记示出。
所述电子蒸气吸入器60利用一改良的温度传感器62,其具有中空通道46,通过该中空通道46,加热的空气或蒸气可流出所述外壳28并沿着所述管道15进入到烟嘴18。因此,在该替代实施方式中,所述盖子38不必要包括可透气材料。为了适应所述温度传感器62,每一感应加热元件42包括一中心开孔64。这些开孔64也可提高通过所述外壳28的气流。
尽管在前面的段落中描述了示例性的实施方式,但应当理解的是,在不脱离所附权利要求的保护范围之下,还可对这些实施方式进行各种变化。因此,所附权利要求的广度和范围并不旨在限制于如上所述的示例性实施方式。除另有说明的以外,本说明书,包括所附权利要求以及附图中所公开的每一特征,可以被用于相同、等效或相似目的的替代特征所替代。
例如,所述外壳28的基底30以及侧壁32不一定全都由可透气材料形成,并且只要其中之一是由可透气材料形成的就已足够了。在这种情况下,优选所述基底30由可透气材料形成,从而空气在所述外壳28的基底30和顶部34之间流动,并由此能与几乎所有的气味释放介质40相接触。
尽管在实际运用中,采用多个如上所述的感应加热元件42是可取的,但是,也可使用单个感应加热元件42以实现所述气味释放介质40所需的加热。
除非上下文中有明确要求,否则整个说明书以及权利要求书中,“包括”、“含有”等词语应被解释为开放式的而非排他性的或详尽意义,也就是说,“包括,但不限于”的意思。
因此,除非另有说明或显然与本发明的内容相矛盾,否则,如上所述的所有可能变化中的特征的任意组合均被包含在本发明内。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于电子蒸气吸入器(10)的胶囊(26),所述胶囊包括:
用于容纳气味释放介质(40)的外壳(28);
所述外壳内设置有感应加热元件(42),其被设置成加热所述气味释放介质(40);其中:
所述外壳(28)的至少一部分包括透气材料;
所述外壳包括基底区域(30)、侧壁区域(32)以及盖子(38);
所述基底区域(30)和所述侧壁区域(32)一体成型;
所述基底区域(30)包括所述透气材料;以及
所述透气材料是电绝缘且非磁性的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述气味释放介质(40)是烟草材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述气味释放介质(40)浸渍有蒸气形成介质。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述蒸气形成介质是丙二醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述透气材料包括纤维素纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述盖子(38)密封所述侧壁区域(32)的上边缘(33)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述侧壁区域(32)包括所述透气材料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述盖子(38)包括所述透气材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述胶囊(26)包括多个所述感应加热元件(42)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的胶囊,其特征在于:所述感应加热元件(42)在所述基底区域(30)与所述盖子(38)之间间隔设置,且所述气味释放介质设置在所述间隔设置的感应加热元件(42)之间所形成的区域内。
11.根据前述权利要求中任意一项所述的胶囊,其特征在于:每一所述感应加热元件(42)包括一个或多个允许空气流通的开孔。
12.一种电子蒸气吸入器(10、60),其包括:
具有近端(14)和远端(16)的壳体(12);
位于所述壳体(12)的近端(14)的烟嘴(18);
设置在所述壳体(12)中的如前述权利要求中任意一项所述的胶囊(26);以及
被设置成感应加热所述感应加热元件(42)并由此加热所述气味释放介质(40)的感应加热装置(50)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述壳体(12)包括用于设置所述胶囊(26)的腔室(24)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于所述壳体包括入气口,环境空气可通过其流入所述腔室(24)并经所述透气材料进入到所述外壳(28)中。
15.根据权利要求12-14中任意一项所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:还包括控制装置(20),其适用于给所述感应加热装置(50)通电以维持所述外壳(28)内基本呈预设温度。
16.根据权利要求15所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:还包括用于测量所述外壳(28)内温度的温度传感器(44、62),其中,所述控制装置(20)适用于根据所述温度传感器(44、62)所测得的温度给所述感应加热装置(50)通电以维持基本呈预设温度。
