技术领域

背景技术
可作为传统吸烟制品,如香烟、雪茄以及烟斗的替代品的电子蒸气吸入器(也称电子香烟、电子烟以及个人气化器)正变得越来越流行和普遍。电子蒸气吸入器通常由电池供电,加热并雾化含尼古丁的液体以产生可供使用者吸入的含尼古丁的蒸气。所述蒸气通过烟嘴吸入并将尼古丁送到肺部,并且,使用者呼出的蒸气通常模仿传统吸烟制品所产生的烟雾外观。虽然,所述蒸气的吸入会产生与常规吸烟相类似的物理感觉,但是,由于没有燃烧,其并不会产生或吸入有害化学物质,如,二氧化碳和焦油。

发明内容

当使用者希望利用所述电子蒸气吸入器10来吸入蒸气时,该使用者需要先接近所述腔室24,例如,通过从所述壳体12的远端16移除所述腔室24(例如,通过旋开)。然后,使用者将预制的胶囊26装入到所述腔室24中。所述预制的胶囊26通常以可单独购买的包装来提供,且每一胶囊26已含有所述气味释放介质40和感应加热元件42,这些都是在所述胶囊26的制造过程中提供的。因此,对于使用者来说,将所述胶囊26装载到所述腔室24中是一个非常简单的过程。
然后,该使用者关闭所述腔室24,例如,将所述腔室24再连接到所述壳体12的远端16上(例如,通过将其拧回到所述壳体12上)。在将所述腔室24连接到所述壳体12的过程中,所述温度传感器44穿过所述盖子38。然后所述使用者可打开所述电子蒸气吸入器10准备使用,从而给所述感应线圈25通电并如上所述地加热所述感应加热元件42以及所述气味释放介质40,从而使得所述气味释放介质40被加热而无需燃烧。
当使用者将他们的嘴放着在所述烟嘴18上并吸气时,环境空气通过进气口54进入到所述腔室24。所述环境空气通过如上所描述的由可透气材料形成的所述基底30以及侧壁32进入到所述外壳28。该气流以线56所示意性示出。所述空气随着其流过所述外壳28而被加热,且具有适当的香味和气味的加热空气通过所述可透气盖子38流出所述外壳28,如线58所示。随着已加热空气沿着所述导光15流动,其冷凝以形成可被使用者通过烟嘴18吸入的蒸气。由于在所述烟嘴18处的最佳蒸气温度是一个个人选择的情况,因此,所述控制装置20可包括一温度传感器以使得使用者能选择所希望的蒸气吸入温度。
在吸入过程中,当环境空气流入并通过所述外壳28,可以理解的是,所述感应线圈52可通电因必须维持所述外壳28内基本恒定的温度。这反过来又确保了使用者通过所述烟嘴18吸入的蒸气的温度是基本恒定的。
当提供给所述烟嘴18的蒸气的气味和香味达到使用者认为是不能接受的水平时,可取出所述腔室24,例如通过将其从所述壳体12的远端16移除。然后,可移除并丢弃已用过的胶囊26,并在将所述腔室24安装到如上所述的准备使用的所述电子蒸气吸入器10的远端16中之前将一新的胶囊26放置于所述腔室24中。
图5示出了电子蒸气吸入器60的另一种实施方式。所述电子蒸气吸入器60具有许多与如图1,2和4所示的电子蒸气吸入器10相同的特性,因此,相应的特性以相同的附图标记示出。
所述电子蒸气吸入器60利用一改良的温度传感器62,其具有中空通道46,通过该中空通道46,加热的空气或蒸气可流出所述外壳28并沿着所述管道15进入到烟嘴18。因此,在该替代实施方式中,所述盖子38不必要包括可透气材料。为了适应所述温度传感器62,每一感应加热元件42包括一中心开孔64。这些开孔64也可提高通过所述外壳28的气流。
尽管在前面的段落中描述了示例性的实施方式,但应当理解的是,在不脱离所附权利要求的保护范围之下,还可对这些实施方式进行各种变化。因此,所附权利要求的广度和范围并不旨在限制于如上所述的示例性实施方式。除另有说明的以外,本说明书,包括所附权利要求以及附图中所公开的每一特征,可以被用于相同、等效或相似目的的替代特征所替代。
例如,所述外壳28的基底30以及侧壁32不一定全都由可透气材料形成,并且只要其中之一是由可透气材料形成的就已足够了。在这种情况下,优选所述基底30由可透气材料形成,从而空气在所述外壳28的基底30和顶部34之间流动,并由此能与几乎所有的气味释放介质40相接触。
尽管在实际运用中,采用多个如上所述的感应加热元件42是可取的,但是,也可使用单个感应加热元件42以实现所述气味释放介质40所需的加热。
除非上下文中有明确要求,否则整个说明书以及权利要求书中,“包括”、“含有”等词语应被解释为开放式的而非排他性的或详尽意义,也就是说,“包括,但不限于”的意思。
因此,除非另有说明或显然与本发明的内容相矛盾,否则,如上所述的所有可能变化中的特征的任意组合均被包含在本发明内。

Claims (11)

1.一种电子蒸气吸入器,其包括:
具有近端和远端的壳体;
位于所述壳体的近端的烟嘴;
用于接收气味释放介质的腔室和感应加热元件;以及
在所述壳体的远端的感应加热装置,其被设置成感应加热所述感应加热元件并由此加热所述气味释放介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述腔室位于所述壳体的远端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述感应加热装置包括感应线圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述感应线圈围绕所述腔室延伸。
5.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述壳体包括入气口,空气通过所述入气口流入所述腔室。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述入气口位于所述壳体的远端。
7.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:还包括位于所述腔室和所述烟嘴之间的管道。
8.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:还包括位于所述壳体内的所述感应加热装置和所述烟嘴之间的控制装置和电源。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述控制装置和所述电源位于所述管道的周围。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:所述控制装置适用于给所述感应加热装置通电以维持所述腔室内部基本的预设温度。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电子蒸气吸入器,其特征在于:还包括用于测量所述腔室内部温度的温度传感器,其中,所述控制装置适用于根据所述温度传感器所测得的温度给所述感应加热装置通电以维持所述的基本的预设温度。
